• Cannot play movie from Sony offer

  Hello everyone here!

  Thursday, I just got my Xperia Z2 and saw that Sony offers 6 movies for buyers... but I have a problem...

  I just used the code and Video Unlimited app for reading of these but when I choose 'Download' it get a XPD file and when I "clicked", it says "cannot open the file '. I tried several times but still the same problem.

  I use Video Unlimited on my PS4 and on that, I can watch these movies, but it's impossible on my Xperia Z2 using the same application...

  Can someone help me?

• Wag54G2 wireless for Sony laptop configuration

  I'll put up a new laptop Sony VGN-NS20E (Vista OS) to my WAG54G2. As you can see by reading this that I set up a wired connection, but the problem lies in connecting wireless to the WAG. The laptop has a problem with the PIN number I enter when you set up the connection. He tells me it is incorrect. I know that the number is correct, that it is on the lower side of the unit.   As you are aware of all wireless (SSID, security key) of your router settings. You can do is, on your computer, click on start - Control Panel - Network and sharing Center - and under NSC on the left side to the high slot 'Task' click 'Manage wireless networks' window, and click on 'Add' and it invites you to select the 3 Options, you must click on 'Manually create a network profile' and on the next screen it prompts you to enter your wireless network (SSID) name Enter your SSID, select the security level and enter your password security key and click Next and the following screen, click on "connect to" now it will show you your connected network. Now, check if you are online.

  According to the Windows Vista for Sony DCR-DVD403 Compatibility Center the device itself is compatible without any intervention on your part.  Support for any third party hardware or software is always from the hardware manufacturer or software.  It is their place to ensure that their hardware and software are compatible with the operating systems their customers use (or not to do - put an end to their support for said product and basically stating that produced a legacy package/device).

  Visit Sony support web page and put in your camera model after you have selected the option for downloads, it takes a place where you can select various downloads.  Simply choose 'Windows Vista' in the menu drop-down "Select an Operating System.  Then it expans show several possible downloads to support this device in Windows Vista, including updates of Picture Motion Browser and Picture Package Sony feeding with their products.  Here are a few updates - so you will need to have a version already installed.

• New Sony Walkman NWZ - M464 MM Player installs (to facilitate file transfer) software taskbar on my laptop. . Were wiped out my media files on PC

  Since last week, after installing the software MediaGo integrated into my new Media Player Digital Sony Walkman NWZ-E464 - which was to facilitate the transfer between the camera and the PC - I've known everything, but a transport seamless music and photos.  Allegedly, the software is designed to simplify the process by using just one application to streamline the effort.  However, my pictures, and my music are in chaos due to this element.

  I lost folders with hundreds of photo files in transfers.  Some are found on the Sony; the other disappeared fronm the laptop.  I have no idea why my Flip videos stills are in past in photos on the device files.   I found MP3 files in some of my document files.  It was last week when I thought that carrying the music from my PC to the Sony.  Now, Windows Media Player will not play CD I insert the optical disc; It does not recognize the artist or the 6 following the statement (I'm connected to the internet at the time).  Tear up or burn?  Out of the question.

  After that the unit stopped and stop in the middle of a transport of pictures, and Windows blinking a Code 43 "Windows does not recognize this legacy", I cleared any activity of this kind.  Occasionally my PC screen open these windows (without the trendy Sony) offer me to download codecs.  I searched for what seemed to be executable files (codecs). • Error in the display of the Source instead of drive

  I am trying to operate a 900 PRS on a Mac using OS 10.4.11 and the Player library. The source view displays error every time I try to connect. I did everything that Sony offers about reformatting, rebooting hard etc. I opened it new from the box, so it shouldn't have a hardware problem and gauge it reads very well. But I can't get retrieves books from library with DRM on the drive using Calibre, and then open them. How can I get Reader Library to recognize the drive?

  I emailed the Sony support an email in even time as I posted that and they responded quickly. They suggested that I try everything on this support page and call them if none of these things worked:

  I had already tried, so I called their support number. This person sent me a patch that fixed everything. I suggest emailing Sony if you experience this problem; they were great to deal with. Problem solved.

  Welcome to the HP Forum!

  Each printer receives / uses its own software to printer.

  You need new software of full functionality for your new printer:

  E-all-in-one printer, HP Photosmart 7520 range

  The documents do not reside in the printer, at least not in the context that most people understand.

  Your Documents must be on your computer, on a USB key, in the cloud - where the documents are located, but where they will stay.

  You can "clear Fax log" on the old game AND printer back to the default settings before you turn off the power for the last time.

  On the Web page for your new printer, you can find video help for the installation steps.

  After the printer is installed, you can open Control Panel > display icon > programs and features to remove the older printer software.

  If your previous printer was an ePrint printer AND have already put ePrint in place, then you can open your connected HP (or ePrint) Web page, select 'peripheral' and 'Add a device' to add to your new printer.  You can then "remove device" to remove the old printer from your ePrint account.

  If you need to register with HP connected to implement your ePrint for the first time, use the code "request" which should print the printer it is plugged into the network (installing the software).

  Photo software:

  Don't forget to remove all your old printer SD photo cards - don't want to lose your photos because the card on which they are is sent to the charity bin with the printer.

  You will lose the old Image Zone software interface, it's the program you used to edit, format, perhaps print and / or watch your photos.  Real photos should physically remain on the system.

  WARNING: You should definitely have your photos stored on a USB key or a remote storage server.  Don't think that just because that the photos on your computer today that something won't happen to them tomorrow.

  You can connect cRIOs to any wireless router and configure them correctly. We haven´t has worked with this particular wireless router, but based on the specifications on the Web Sony´s is a regular wireless router. You can use any wireless router to configure your cRIO.

  This is the second phone of sony, which is destroyed in my pocket in 3 months.  I guess I have to go back to HTC.

  Have you not taken / Web sites that offer insurance gadget in the United States? Nothing to do with the warranty of the phone. External insurance coverage for your phone, no matter where you bought it. Well, because for a long time it is from a reputable company and you have proof of purchase.

  If I have a question outside the warranty company and I just put a claim with my insurance company and they deal with it 14 days return. I just have to pay the excess. They will send the phone for repair.

  things that I was instructed, to include take my machine and the service ticket number, for best buy to have the machine worked, the service plan that I bought for $144 would be honored. so, like any good product owner wishing to ensure that it was done, I called the best buy closest and he said very firmly their geeksquad Department head that they and I qoute "do not that, unless the product has been purchased through best buy" end of quote.

  the next day was spent trying to get to the sony support, at which point I could arrainge to a box and the mailing will be sent, label it was on Thursday, so I spent the weekend backing up my files, this issue would be seen to.

  Monday... no box. I called and was told by someone at the warehouse and I still don't know how to choose support options on the menu of the phone system annoys me is transferred... that sony offers more ship in the service of service center, the option has been disabled. I was then given the second suggestion which turned out be just as worthless as the first... take my machine, packed in my own box, and the service ticket number to ups, where a prepaid label could be printed, the machine etc. so expelled...   The following procedure should solve the problem you're having with your units:

  Follow the steps below to resolve this issue *.

  Unplug the power cord of the TV from the power outlet.
  Leave the TV to remain without electricity for one minute.
  Plug the power cord into the power outlet.
  Perform a factory reset.

  Turn on the TV.
  Immediately after that a photo or display information appears, press and hold the up arrow button on the remote control.
  IMPORTANT: Make sure that the remote control is directed to the front of the TV.

  While holding the up arrow button, press and release the power button on the side of the TV.

  The light orange on the face before the TV starts flashing and the TV will not respond to the remote control or the buttons on panel until you have completed the update.

  NOTE: You MUST first confirm that the TV has the latest version of the software. Otherwise Internet content update will delay the automatic update every 24 hours.

  I have Windows Movie Maker Version 6, which came with Vista Ultimate. My camera is an AVCHD, Sony HDR-CX500 model. It's movies high definition have the extention name .m2ts, for example "movie.m2ts". My Movie Maker program recognizes these movie files not high definition, although Version 6 comes with Vista Ultimate is supposed to accept and work with HD video. Why not? I have to download another version of Windows Movie Maker to match my camera? Where can I download this version 'HD' in Movie Maker? Sony offers a program called PMB that allows to convert his films in high definition WMV files. These WMV files are of course recognized by Windows Movie Maker version 6 and we can make a film edited. But the edited film is of inferior quality, certainly not a HD movie. No solution to my problem?

• Cannot rotate JPEG of DSC-WX350 pictures in Windows Photo Viewer. Should use memories of play?

  I recently bought a Sony DSC-WX350 and uploaded pictures on my PC. I can see/open the pictures, but I can't rotate JPEG images using Windows Photo Viewer (I can easily rotate images taken with my Canon and Olympus cameras). I tried to rotate the images on two different PC's with the same result (using Windows 8). Sony offers a software play memories, but I don't want to download and use yet another software package when all I want to do is rotate images before sharing them with family and friends. If I rotate the images before sharing them, my family / friends would have to download the software of memories play in order to rotate/edit? I tried not to actually change the photos again, which could also be a problem. I tend to return the camera. Thank you

  Please check the image properties and uncheck [read-only] only then try to rotate the image or rotate the image using Microsoft Paint.
