who should I contact with so that I can actually get my honored extended service plan?

First of all, I would like to begin by expressing my satisfaction with my sony notebook for the first year and a half of property, it has proved capable of anything, that I asked. Until last Thursday, I was a completely satisfied customer of sony. Let me explain why this changed... in detail.

for the last week, I tried to get my computer repaired for some questions of things... networking, computer do not close completely if given the order to do so, had a tendency these days to lock up tighter that a handbag the day before racing etc. and each agent I spoke asked me to do things, I knew based on previous research, before they even suggest that these things would not be accepted.

the next day was spent trying to get to the sony support, at which point I could arrainge to a box and the mailing will be sent, label it was on Thursday, so I spent the weekend backing up my files, this issue would be seen to.

Monday... no box. I called and was told by someone at the warehouse and I still don't know how to choose support options on the menu of the phone system annoys me is transferred... that sony offers more ship in the service of service center, the option has been disabled. I was then given the second suggestion which turned out be just as worthless as the first... take my machine, packed in my own box, and the service ticket number to ups, where a prepaid label could be printed, the machine etc. so expelled... I called ups customer service, where I was told, but even once, they don't do that, that shops are privately franchise and its place in the store to honor that agreement or not.

so... I went with a $652.* * portable, supported by extended by three years $ 144,44 service plan, the latter which has been purchased in order to prevent this exact situation of the event, which are almost completely useless to me right now.

to add to the cake, this situation has become... the support phone system Sony has become about as reliable as my State Senator to move things... for example beside useless.

so, I ask, pointedly... who do I speak to either get my honor service plan... WITHOUT CLOTHING, or a refund on the package and or computer? that I be given clearly not the services I paid for and am therefore currently denied the use of my computer. I have NOT paid just under $ 800 to be treated in this way.
