• SP2309W won't go into energy saving mode when connected via HDMI

  I just got 2 SP2309W, and I love them, the only problem I encounter is just one of them (the one connected via HDMI) is not in power saving mode, even when I turn off my laptop. Is anyone else having the same problem?

  I have connected the monitor via VGA and DVI and the energy saver works fine but it does not work with HDMI

  I have a XPS 1530, Intel Core 2 Duo processor T9300with a 256 MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600 M GT video card.

  We left three SP2309Ws on all night to disconnect the HDMI cable and in STFC mode and came this morning to see the message from MONIQUE always there. They all didn't say, 'no HDMI cable. This is normal. In fact, we have tested on several other models of monitors and they all do the same thing.

  Dell SP2309W webcam doesn't seem to work. It is connected to the HP laptop. In Device Manager, I can see the Monitor webcam installed under imaging devices. The upstream USB cable is connected to the monitor of the docking station. Could someone help with this problem. Thank you. Smitha

  The other problem has been reported before, but the sample size was small. I've not heard of a fix for this. I would plug the headphones directly into the PC.

• Support for SP2309W monitor don't bend, no visible lock

  I've been using my 2 Dell monitors attached to a monitor arm and want to return to their use with stands, with what they came. I was ranger stands by compressing them flat as they would go. Now when I try to open them, the edge that clings to the back of the monitor are vertically held.

  I tried to get a lock on the entire body system, as I discovered Dell done sometimes with some stands, but found nothing. I am at a loss here. Anyone run into something similar?

  I have a Dell SP2309w monitor and had a CD with Dell Webcam Central top when I bought it. I have recently improved and reformated my PC, which is a custom built PC, so pilots are not on the PC. I have also connected to Dell to see the software and drivers for the monitor, but none are listed. I have lost the CD for Dell Webcam Central and I was wondering where I can get it? Thank you.
