Specify a Limitation for the inferred entity Instances

Hello

Under the section 'rules that infer relationships and entities write' in the user's Guide, it is the
Notes /Limitations

(1) combining manually created instances with alleged instances is not allowed.
(2) combining deducted from instances of entity with time values is not supported.
(3) only one attribute of the entity instance can be deducted under the rule of the entity. For example, the type of benefit ("unemployment allowance") can be defined, but the amount of the benefit must be paid via a separate rule.
(4) instances of entity deducted does not contain the attributes of base level.
(5) a relationship that is involved in an inferred entity instance rule is considered to be an inferred relationship. This means that a rule of inferred relationship cannot be used to prove the same relationship used in a rule of inferred entity instance.

Number 4 is a little more detail?

Thank you

I guess you know the difference between a basic attribute and an inferred attribute, so I did not explain that here.

Point 4 simply means that all of the attributes that sit within the suspected entity instance must themselves be deducted, that is not the basic attributes.

An example of what you can't do is infer an entity instance in the creation and then ask questions on this instance during execution.

See you soon,.

    You can use available perfIntervals to extract data.

    You have reason to extract performance data, you must first call QueryAvailablePerfMetric to get metricIds and then pass them in the appeal of QueryPerf.

    Also to check whether or not real-time data are available on the entity you must first call QueryPerfProviderSummary on entity and check the PerfProviderSummary currentSupported property. If she defined as true, real-time data are available and you can pass PerfProviderSummary refreshRate as intervalID in your QueryAvailablePerfMetric call and still pass this refreshRate as intervalID PerfQuerySpec for QueryPerf appeal.

  • Provide a name for the new single-instance - distributed environment

    Hello

    I'm not sure about that piece of information in the installation documentation

    Please see

    http://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/E17236_01/EPM.1112/epm_install_11121/frameset.htm?launch.html
    During Setup in a distributed environment, provide a name for the new single instance that you configure each server. For example, if you use the epmsystem1 of name of default instance on the first server, and you keep the same names on the Server naming convention, you must create new, instance names unique on each subsequent server, like epmsystem2, epmsystem3, and > so now.
    What happens if I use the same path "d:\...\epmsystem1" on all servers in a distributed environment?

  • Inferred entity instance IDs following the release

    Hi all

    I infer rules that create instances during execution (I created the rule inferred from table to create instances).

    • When I call presumed relationship as output in my SOAP parameter request, I see the instance as ID below.

    < typ:relationship - deducted node = 'false' id = 'dn:0 '. "state = 'unknown' relationship-id ="relationship_dCode"id-entity-target ="entity_dCode"instance-hypothetical = 'false' source-instance-id ="person1"id-entity-source ="no">

    < typ:target instance id = "0x5fd5ccfae28dc88b" / >

    < typ:target instance id = "0x261535ead98d5adb" / >

    < typ:target instance id = "0x880709edc9e4e407" / >

    • When I call inferred entity as output in my SOAP parameter request, I see the instance as ID below. However, I can always code my java interface logic to examine each XML node and read my required xml element.

    < deducted typ:entity = "true" id = "entity_dCode" >

    < typ:instance id = "0x6381a2136c0a3da9" / >

    < typ:instance id = "0xca178414e829faa8" / >

    In these cases, I can always code my java interface logic to examine each XML node and read my required xml element.

    Please note that I kept config node requests, but I removed the decision-report of each node to make sure my query is for you all.

    But want to check with you all, if it is possible to return the ID of Instance with name public, followed by the sequence number, as it happens with other static entities. something like entity_dCode1, entity_dCode2 etc...

    I know that these are created dynamically the time of execution and OPA runs asynchronously in a way multi-threaded rules.

    Where generation of IDs is how I see it in the answer, but still want to confirm with you all, if my interpretation is correct or not.

    Kind regards

    Mohan

    Mohan,

    Unfortunately you couldn't do this with custom code. If you set up a listener of inference, you can probably explicitly define the IDS of all instances deciphered. Other than that, it is impossible to change the id (this is a UUID generated when the entity instance is inferred to true for the first time.)

    Depending on what you're trying to do, you can ask more results for your entities inferred using the ... item in the Configuration section of the application to evaluate.

    A result like:

    ....

    Been able to specify the returned attributes in an inferred entity should give you more options. For example, you should be able to return the identifying attribute that you created in the inference of the entity instance.

    Hope this helps

    See you soon

  • By comparing the child entity instances

    I have 3 entities (including global) say (global) Contact, case, product. There are 1:m relationship between Contact-> cases and case product. Say there are two cases of case (Case1 and CAS2) and each instance case has 3 instances of product (cases1: Product1, Product2, Product3;) Case2: Product4, HCnda5, product6). Now, I need to compare if any product is different from the cases1, CAS2 and in case any other product is then I need to update a field with "New Elements" (for example). I went through all the functions available in OPM, but could not find something suitable for this requirement. Please suggest.

    Thanks in advance.

    Which is expected. The two instances of cases will be treated identically until you describe which is the former stop and which is the new case. There are two ways to do this.

    1. manually to identify new cases and the elders by assigning a case as the target of another case of 'update of the case' relationship

    2. deduce the new case and the former by making her relationship 'update of the case"a deducted (you will need to change to one-to-many) and then writes a rule to assign a case as the target of another case of 'update of the case".

    The first option is fairly simple, the second option will result in a "is a member of the rule.

    the case (new) is a member of the update of the case if

    the new case is not the case; and

    The conclusion set out in the above rule is a statement IsMemberOf who deduct membership "updated of the case", using an alias to distinguish between "affair" (source) and "new case" (possible target).

    The first premise "the new deal is not the case" makes them a case cannot be its own update.

    After that, you need to add the rules that distinguish the case of update of the former judgment.

    The complexity with trying to reason on two instances of the same entity is why I suggested originally to use difference for the old and the new housing entities.

    I need to update the Action and Time Tracker BC in the Siebel.

    Action - (attributes: Standard_Hours, Overtime_Hours)

    Time Tracker - (attributes: Time_Tracker_Cost Time_Tracker_Price)

    I use the engine of Transformation of data EAI for transfform data. But the child node is not built.

    Please help me.

    Thank you
    Amol

    Unfortunately we have not all people who are very experienced with Siebel on this forum. It seems to me that it should be possible using the Transformation engine. The other option is to transform the XML into a PropertySet, retrieves the values that you want to update, and then update in the appropriate component of the company.

  • Engine step doesn't fail before reaching its physical limits for the sinusoidal movement

    Hello

    My ultimate goal is to skip a XY (via 2 linear actuators) in a circular motion (radius of 0.47 ") at a frequency of 1 Hz. I run the example VI 'Demo circle' which received my copy of LabView, version 9.0.

    The problem I encounter is that given the physical limitations of the engine and the drive motor, the task should technically be feasible (see calculation *). However, even when the engines are completely discharged (no not attached to anything whatsoever), they start missing steps away from my final goal. I'm only able to reach a radius of 0.2 "(vitesse de pointe de 1.25" / seconde). "

    My question; Is the system set up incorrectly or is my final goal unrealistic, given performance reductions inevitable due to software/hardware?

    I apologize for the naivety of this question, but if there is any information that you may provide which might shed some light on this problem, I would be very happy.

    Possible theories:

    Torque is decreased more at high speeds because of microstep

    A closed loop system would improve performance at high speed

    The VI 'Demo circle' is not the best method to create a circle

    The acceleration is the limiting factor, not speed

    * RADIUS = 0.47 "

    Maximum speed = (RADIUS * 2 * pi) * cos(2 * pi)

    Maximum speed = 2.9 "/ second"

    System:

    LabView v9.0

    PCI-7340

    open loop configuration

    MID-7604

    1 4 a per axis

    10 micro steps

    Linear actuator (form is attached)

    NEMA 17 ordered by motor (sold by ultra-motion).

    Maximum speed of 3.3 inches per second

    1. 2A voltage coil

    1.8º step angle

    Kind regards

    Nick

    Nick-

    I really wonder the max speed in the datasheet.  0,0833 "/ to 3.3" rev / s = about 40RPS (2400 RPM), which is extremely fast for a motor, especially at 24VDC.  Know exactly what engine is on the cylinder and go to www.applied-motion.com and you should be able to find curves of torque for that or a similar engine with various readers.  You will see that couple to 24VDC curves are not good.  In addition, ask Ultramotion if their speed/strength curve is theoretical, or tests have been conducted.

    I am creating a method in the Module of the Application to create a new entity row in a child table.

    I think I'm to provide the value of the foreign key for the parent table in the AttributeList argument.

    I have search the Forum and carried out a large number of "Googling", but have not been able to find an example where AttributeList is not null.

    Can you point me to an example?

    Thank you

    I created a method in bean managed to add a line through the iterator for the "join table", passing the primary key for each parent table.

    protected void createHistoryForProblem (String or activity, long fkProbrcptReceiptDtl)
    {
    Get the link for the page container
    BindingContainer bindingContainer = this.getBindingContainerByPath("com_gac_apps_receiving_view_requestConformityPaperworkPageDef");

    DCIteratorBinding dcib = (DCIteratorBinding) bindingContainer.get("AllDetailForAProblemForAReceiptIterator");

    RowSetIterator rsi = dcib.getRowSetIterator ();

    Insert a new line
    Line newContactRow = rsi.createRow ();

    disable data validation
    newContactRow.setNewRowState (Row.STATUS_INITIALIZED);

    initialize the columns in the row.
    newContactRow.setAttribute ("FkProbrcptReceiptDtl", fkProbrcptReceiptDtl);

    newContactRow.setAttribute ("FkProbrcptReceiptActvy", 2);

    Insert the new line
    rsi.insertRow (newContactRow);
    rsi.setCurrentRow (newContactRow);

    OperationBinding operationBinding = bindingContainer.getOperationBinding ("Commit");

    Object result = operationBinding.execute ();
    If (! operationBinding.getErrors () .isEmpty ())
    {
    StringBuffer sb = new StringBuffer();

    List errors = operationBinding.getErrors ();

    for (object error: errors)
    {
    SB. Append (error + "/ n");
    }

    throw new RuntimeException ("error occurred during the Commission of the data in createHistoryForProblem-" + sb.toString ());
    }
    }

  • Features of limitations for the folios on the part of the Adobe viewer

    Hello

    The limitation on the use the same Adobe ID with the viewer Adobe for 25 devices start now? with V25. I didn t find these information in this link - What's new in this version

    Concerning

    __Felipe

    There is no limitation as such, but multiple connections do inetefere with your account performance. If you have a large number of pages in your account, it is advisable to avoid too many connections has a single application. So I would keep the low number of connections unless you have an ID specifically for sharing folios for several people to control.

  • Size limits for the parameter SQLITE and file saving for the playbook

    It is partly linked to another of my posts, but isn't quite a duplcate. Thanks for bearing with me.

    Is there a size limit when passing a string as a parameter to an INSERT of SQLITE order? I get the transaction do not return not whatever it is, the error / success / otherwise, when I pass a string as a massive paremeters (> 50 KB).

    The docs for SQLITE suggest that this should not be a problem.

    As an alternative, we can save files of text in memory of the playbook, and reference them in the database. This would allow us to work around the problem?

    As always, thanks for the help.

    The answer to the question was the .substring (0,1000000) to add at the end of my chain. This gave me the output of 1000000 of characters which is ample. I'm guessing that this better prepare the string and removed something improper.

    Has had a few tries but that's it.

  • Support for the creation of instances of entity through rules

    Hello

    Y at - it helps to generate an instance of an entity purely through rules? For example, if I have an entity called "VerificationItems", can I write a rule in the OPA, which will be an instance of this entity by element of verification that the applicant must produce (as a single instance for proof of address, a single instance for SSN etc.).

    Thank you
    Sam

    Hi Sam,
    I believe that the creation of the instance through rules is coming in 10.4, otherwise you will need to use a listener of inference to generate instances.
    However if the list of things that the applicant must produce is finite and knowable, then it could probably be done only through rules without having to generate instances. You could have them as rules in terms of the applicant, such as "the applicant must provide proof of address", "the applicant must provide a SSN.
    If the person has more than one address, then the rule of the 'evidence' should perhaps for each address, for example.

    We have implemented a system like this to do with the 'actions' in Sweden that work similarly to your suggestion, and it worked fine without the need to create these instances. I don't know the size of your modules but certainly create instances will have an impact on performance, so I recommend you to avoid if you can.

    Hope this helps,

  • Creation of the logic group - no limitation for the value of criteria field?

    I am trying to create simple logical groups in FDM (11.1.1.3 and 11.1.2.1 version). However, an error message is displayed in the information bar.

    : Error adding the new record.
    Detail: data access error.

    I clicked on the button "Add" and created a logical group that contains * 1 520 * accounts not sequential sources in the field of value of criteria (with operator).
    I separated these accounts from source with a comma and no space between them. (Note: operator = x, value/Exp = 1, Seq = 0) I've updated the grid. Then the error message was displayed and the logical group create failed.

    And then, I created a new group of logic that contains only * 100 * accounts not sequential sources in the field of value of criteria (with operator).
    I also separated a comma, no spaces and the same setting. I've updated the grid. And the logical group has been successfully added.

    The account of each source contains 10 characters (alphabet and number).

    I want to ask:
    1. is there a limitation by specifying accounts sources (i.e.. more than number of accounts for each group of logic source) in the criteria value field when creating simple logical group?

    2. I'm adding these logical groups by clicking on the button 'Add' one by one, is it faster way to do (i.e. transfer an excel or csv source file specified accounts)?

    Thank you very much!

    You perform the update the named range in the Excel file as the previous poster said? When you import an Excel file using the import XLS function, only the name family (s) starting with 'ups' are actually loaded in the system. Note that at least in versions 9.3 and 11.1.1.3 there was also some hidden lines had to be such that specify the header.

  • Service contract for the creation of Instance IB number Mfg

    Hi team,

    We have a customer's requirement, we need to create a Service of Mfg contract for a given Instance IB number. Can you please let me know, if we have an API for it?

    I tried to create the contract using the Oks_Contracts_Pub.Create_Contract_Header API, but this contract is not associated with the Instance in IB.

    Please help provide ideas on that. We are on 11.5.10 version.

    Thank you/Suresh K

    Solution: You need to associate the contract with line covered with this serial number.

  • Limits for the ESXi 5 VM cpu

    I have a host running ESXi 5. Nothing fancy, just a system 6-core dual proc with hyperthreading, for a total of 12 cores @2. 66 ghz for about 31,92 ghz of total power.

    The best solution for what I need would be to would be to wipe and install my os on it, but that cannot be done at present. For sizing purposes I need essentially the entire area. I can only create a virtual machine that is permitted to 8vcpu @2. 66 ghz. This creates a ceiling of ~21.28ghz booking. Does this mean I would lose about 30% of my box. If I saturate the virtual machine, I never see you over use of about 22ghz + hypervisor can be used? If so, any means to get around this without counting the horizontal evolution?

    I guess another way to ask what would be, if I created a 2 vcpu vm on the host without defining reserves or limitations, it could never use all the systems of the available cpu capacity or it is just limited to some 2 vcpu is?

    I'll just answer your last sentence as seems most logical.  If you only assign 2vCPU to a virtual machine it dimensionnera never higher that 2 CPU is a strict limit. Even if you have the "Unlimited" check the box checked that it does not mean that it will evolve to use all CPUS if he has, he will use again as a value of 2vCPU of resources.  All means of the unlimited checkbox, it is that the virtual machine can use all of the resources entrusted to him.

  • Limitation for the remote directory using FTP transport?

    Hello guys,.

    I have a proxy service that is responsible for pulling a file from a remote AIX server and I would like to learn more about the configuration of the remote directory.

    I use FTP transport and I set up a service account with my own name to user/pass.

    I noticed that I can just use directories below my home\user. Is this a limitation or miss me something?

    Follow my setup:

    Protocol: ftp
    endpoint uri: ftp://myhostname/

    I would use a directory that is not inside my home\user. That is to say: / info/export

    But if I set up ftp://myhostname/info/export trying to read/home/user/info/export

    See the following: do not pull on a remote using transport FTP file

    Thanks in advance,

    Davinod

    I have not tested, but have you tried to give the relative path.

    for example, your home username is/home/user, and you need access to the/app/test, try to give... /... / App/test in the FTP transport uri URI part.
