• Problem installing ONLY Encore CS6 alongside CC

  With new applications CC of 2014 alongside the CC apps original, I decided I wanted to finally purge my CS6 collection.  However, I still want to and still use from time to time.

  First of all, I used the option "Uninstall" to remove ALL my CS6 - including apps again.  I even used the cleaning tool more to 'clean up' CS6.  Everything seemed fine.

  I then followed these instructions exactly to install again, which is to install the 'previous version' first Pro cs6, through the application of Office CC and then using "Uninstall" to remove only Premiere Pro CS6.  http://helpx.Adobe.com/Encore/KB/Encore-CS6-installed-cc.html

  Everything seemed perfect.  I had only Encore CS6 in my folder of the Application (Mac).  However, in the application menu of Office CC to the bottom of the window (after disconnection, then in), there was a list for Premiere Pro CS6 and a big blue button saying "update."  "What is it" declared group updates not only again, but Bridge CS6, Media Encoder and the extensions Manager.

  If - my choice, watch an update of "Premiere Pro CS6" unresolved for the rest time, or click on the button.  I hit the button and got CS6 Media Encoder, Manager of extensions and bridge reinstalled on my computer.  Right back where I started.

  The instructions at the link above are INCOMPLETE.  What should I do to fix this?  I just want to still - and not the gigabytes of programs CS6 I is no longer necessary.

  I don't know the real answer, what can you uninstall CS6 ALL except again.

  My guess is you must have lived with the flag 'update' to look at you. The update does NOT have the back first, so I guess that these 3 programs are considered to be "essential" for the CS6 family. Even if we don't know how they can be essential for a part of the recall operation. My guess is that installation of CS6 PR put in, the uninstaller removes them not unless you delete everything, and that they had updated.

  You need the update to join yet 6.0.1 (the only Mac Update for Encore CS6). Or you may be able to update manually with a update file. Adobe - still: for Macintosh: CS6 Encore update

  In any case these are small programs. Well, hm, 3/4 of a concert. You should really assets transcode DVD/BD spec before you import it into Encore, so it's not bad, but for some projects, I'll use the dynamic link with SOUL to transcode prior to construction. Slight edge to keep.

  But for your interests, my bottom line is to live with the button "update".

• CS6 problem first play again

  Long-time user Adobe CS6 Master Collection. Not met it before, however.

  Even simple project using 3 sequences of the body through dynamic links.

  Set up for a video of 20 seconds plays automatically and then drops in a static menu, offering the choice of two timelines.

  All tests OK, presents a preview still OK and OK builds.

  HOWEVER, the DVD resulting ignores the intro video and starts with the menu, despite the video intro defined as first play and test OK inside yet.

  I built the project from scratch twice now with the same result.

  Advice on the cause and cure?

  Ok. I finally tracked down.

  Before adding the item to the intro, I started with the menu. When I added the introductory movie, everything sounded good on the flowchart and it played OK in yet, but, as I explained at the beginning, when it is burned to DVD playback has begun with the old menu, not the first new play.

  I tried to delete the preferences of callbacks (start with SHIFT + CONTROL) without result.

  I tried to add a STOP at the end of the menus, without result.

  I also tried a variety of other first elements of the game, but the DVD always starts with the first no-play menu.

  Finally, I looked at the properties of the project and found the title button and the main timeline always pointing to the first original broadcast menu item not currently selected. Change the main timeline had no effect, but change the title button to the new timeline of the first broadcast finally solved my problem.

  It seems possible that there is a problem with the update of all relevant elements of Encore CS6 (Windows, completely up to date) when you change the first play. Or did I miss something that makes my fault here?

• Seeing no chapter markers in Encore CS6.

  I created Chapter (not the generic markers) in first Pro CC markers, and given each of them the names (no comment), that I confirmed arise as hover text in the timeline of the PrP.  Now, when I tried to export a simple sequence with this chapter, as MPEG-2/DVD markers, make chapter markers appear when I "import calendar" in Encore CS6.  However, when I export my whole project, which nested sequences (not sure if it matters), the base clips which have chapter markers... I have him not see my chapter markers in Encore.  What is a limit?  I mean, in the PrP chapter markers must be set to the shallower (less nested) level of the timeline to export?

  I looked around forums some, and what little I found spans a few versions of again, with some changes to the UI complications.  One, in Encore CS4, advised the "make sure you have 'Include Source XMP data' selected,'... but I can't find such an option (in my most recent software).  The closest thing is the button of "metadata" at the bottom of the Adobe Media Encoder, which opens a panel with a drop down (top-left) to "export options", including "Create file" or "embed in the output file. Unfortunately, the latter is gray.  I understand that certain types of format do not xmp data to be shipped, but I thought that MPEG-2/DVD enabled him.  Nevertheless, the online tutorials I found say that Encore CS6 is smart enough to pick the file with data xmp (chapter markers).  With this in mind, I was careful to not rename or move the file .xmp of which created Adobe Media Encoder.

  Fix. Markers are only exported to the exported sequence.

  is there any fix that doesn't involve respotting and retype it all markers from ~ 40 to the timeline root manually?

  In response to both Richard & Stan.  I received the error message ""device error", Code '3' notes Create Sequence of STC: cannot write file M25.»  Or something very similar to this, but I think it was exactly that.  It was my first HD project but used several times to make projects sustainable development without problems that were not of my own creation.  So it was a shock and cost me money and the failure to meet a deadline.  What I did: on-screen 'Build '.

• Audio video out of sync once imported into Encore CS6

  Hi all

  I am having some problems with Encore CS6 on my iMac with OS X 10.9.5.

  I'm burning a few videos I captured off the coast of the VHS using Elgato Video Capture. He outouts as .mp4 files

  The videos play fine on the outside, but as soon as I import them into even the audio becomes out of sync. I burned a lot of VHS to DVD and for some reason that the problem appears to be new.  It out of sync in the timeline, listen to excerpts and once burned.

  I even tried using Adobe media encoder to convert the .mp4 to MPEG-2 outside again and the audio is always out of sync. I even tried to cut a bit of the audio to the front because it seems to be just a little bit slower, and it worked for the first 5 minutes, then he again not synchronized.

  Does anyone have an idea as to whats going on? Or has experienced this problem?

  And you can see here that my proposal was wrong. This is a variable rate. You need convert this file in constant cadence. I suspect that John may have a link to a converter. There are many more threads about that in the Premiere Pro forum.

  Hi, I just could solve this problem, a path of the folder in our network is contains a character of Thai language.
  When rename us all English characters, it is able to repair!

  Maybe it's a bug since Illustrator CC is quite open this file, but in any case if it works at least I don't have to guess anymore.

When I import the file .fab and choose the location of the folder of the image file, a pop-up window shows "No Image file in the line of subtitle script" despite the fact that there are image files in the folder.   I think that the spaces in the file names of your image is shaking again. He sees the first space, reads the name of your picture as "Océans", and cannot find any file named Oceans. You can try to edit the script file to put the image file name in quotes, but I don't know if it will work.

  You can also rename the actual image names to remove the spaces (and I would like to delete the hyphens and use points out), so: Oceans2a_English_test0007.png and then edit the script file for new names.
