• startCD md5sum does not HELP

  I install R12.1.1 64-bit Oracle running on a 64-bit Oracle Linux operating system.  After downloading all the files and I ran rapidwiz I received the following error message:

  /Home/Oracle/EBS/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/bin/runWizard.sh: /home/oracle/ebs/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/jre/Linux_x64/1.6.0/bin/java: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: no such file or directory

  I checked my xterm and display is set.

  When I googled the error I was brought to Oracle Support Note 802195.1

  All downloads past except for the startCD. When I run the latest version

  • R12.1.1 startCD - Version 12.1.1.13

  I get md5sum: WARNING: 6489 of 6489 files listed could not be read.

  I did some research and discovered it was verision update Patch No. 11072566 startCD out. I have downloaded and run md5sum - check once again:

  md5sum: WARNING: 6489 of 6489 files listed could not be read

  That I am I missing here, so lost?

  LOL @ myself after the reinstallation of the version update 12.2.0. And by running the command buildstage.sh I get the same error. My problem is very simple, I forgot in the error msg: ld - linux.so.2 has not been installed. Installed, operational Installer! Soon, I'm very HAPPY!

  Approached the md5sum_result file, as a result of file failed.

  I hope that the above failed file belongs to 37384 - 01.zip (Web Tier Utilities 11 g Patch Set 6) and checked if this file is damaged, but the md5 matches according to delivery instructions.

  Re-built stage without error using the buildstage.sh provided by the patch below.

  BUILDSTAGE ISSUE WITH STARTCD 50 on RHEL, SLES10, SLES11 platforms (Patch 22133404).

  md5sum: WARNING: 1 line it is incorrectly formatted warning was due to an empty row in the source of MD5sum file itself. Checking md5 withdrawn and restart

  Did anyone installed Oracle EBS 12.2.5 on redhat 7 yet?

  I use a directory of scene with startcd version 50

  I'm trying, but installation fails with

  You're in for a lot of pain! The webtier components delivered with EBS do compilation/installation on RH7.x without a bit of hacking.

  If you want to try, you can work around this error by updating sysliblist

  for example:

  sed-i of /-ldl - lm - lpthread - c - lirc - lipgo / - ldl - lm - lpthread - c - lirc - lipgo-ldms2 - lrt/g ' sysliblist

  But you will hit the next mistake after that...

• Cannot move Mac OS BETA to final version

  I am currently Mac OS version BETA Sierra 10.12.1 Beta (16B2338c)

  I downloaded the final version of macOS Sierra on the app store and attempted to install in addition to the BETA version.

  The error I get is:

  "Impossible to pass this version of macOS because a newer version is installed."

  Which I don't think it is unless the beta continued after launch. If yes how to install the version on it.

  It is a late-2011 macbook pro, but I doubt it makes a difference.

  The beta version is interrupted, and there apparently on your Mac because it is 10.12.1.

  No matter when you want to go to a previous version of the OS, you need to wipe the drive and reinstall. It's not a way to install on a later operating system.
