My computer will not download windows vista sp1
I tried the update of windows vista sp1, and it continues to fail. I even tried manually upgrade and still nothing. I recently bought an external hard drive and I thought that I formatted it to my pc and mac. Well my pc does not recognize it because sp1 is not installed. I was using Windows Vista Home Basic 32 bit OS in my Dell Inspiron 1501. The operating system is preinstalled and Windows Update updated to SP2. Cannot install Window Vista SP1 error 800f081f.

My computer is using Window Vista Home Premium 64-bit operating system.
I am trying to install Windows Vista SP1 with windows updare, but it will always fail with the error code 800f081f. also tried installing sp1 complete and update tool for Windows Vista system but all fail with the same error code please help.Here is my log of windows update. (below)
