Support for Nikon NEF D810 in Photoshop/Bridge CS6?

I don't think that the NIkon NEF raw format has changed over the past years, but I have to ask: is there support for the D810 in CS6 NEF files, or I have to go to CC or something like Lightroom?

I intend to take pictures in the 14-bit uncompressed (not the lossless, but actual no hold NEF/RAW image format uses the D810 (even once, do not know if it is different from the previous models like the D700/D610/D800 that have been out for 3 years now.)

Hi dawnequipment,

Yes, you can update plugin Camera raw to 9.1.1 CS6 software, which supports your camera Nikon D810.

Please use the below link for the same thing.

Let us know if it helps.

  • Piquet of support for Nikon D-610

In reading the comments here, one is led to believe that LR 5.3 provides a captive support captures for the Nikon D-610.  Well, I have a MacBook Pro and OS x and begs to differ.  I can't, for the life of me, LR 5.3 to recognize my D-610.

If the unit is really taken, please - someone ' one, anyone - tell me what steps I must take to get the software to recognize the camera?

If this device is not supported, what will be added the D-610?  5.3 LR already takes care of 610's predecessor, the D - 600; This device has a problem serious dust/sensor that Nikon quickly introduced the 610, which is practically identical, but without the problem of sensor.  Please, give me some good news!

    Notice to lovers?

    Thanks, man

The D610 is not yet supported for attachment . Maybe in 5.4, but nobody who knows will be able to say, and the rest of us cannot say, either.

  • ACR 7 support for Nikon D800 and D4?

I pre-purchased CS6 and I am currently running the beta version. Your site says that ACR7 in CS6 must support my Nikon D800 naves, but it does not recognize besoin.*

    Where does say that?

You need Camera Raw 6.7 RC or DNG Converter 6.7 RC, available here:

    http://labs.Adobe.com/technologies/cameraraw6-7/

It can process the raw files of Nikon D800 (.) NEF) in DNG files, which can then be read in the current Camera Raw CS6 7.0 Public beta.

Hi, I use lightroom 5 and photoshop cs5 with my nikon d90, I could edit in photoshop, now with my photoshop d7100 opens but the image doesn't. I checked all of the updates and they say I'm updating. camera raw seems to be to 6.7 and I don't know how can I update to 8,71? I think so

This is a misleading answer, Gerard - the question is not on the gross support se. LR 5 supports the D7100, so there is no problem convert the files and therefore not necessary to recommend the DNG Converter. The Photoshop files will for the edition will be in tiff, anyway.

Andrew, you you must update Photosho to get the native support "in Edit"... ». Gautam is just do to point out that you need ACR 7.4, and is not compatible with the 5 PS: but that's all you need to do - references to convert files to DNG are not relevant here.

  • LR4 has captive support for Nikon D5300?

I use LR4 and have discovered that it does not support the for the D3200 Nikon tethered shooting.  I need to upgrade to get this feature and have heard that the D5300 is supported, but I was wondering if anyone can confirm this.  Thank you in advance for your help!  :-)

Attached to the camera in Lightroom support

As you can see, the D5300 is supported starting with Lightroom 5.5. There will be no updates that will make it possible to tie you into Lightroom 4. So you will need both a new camera and a updated version of Lightroom for attaching the support.

  • Hitch for Nikon D200 in final version support?

    Hello

I use each LR3 beta and although many upgrades are fantastic and I love the overal upgrade. For now, there is one thing that keeps me to buy the final version.

I read the threads on the captive support for Nikon D200 and learned that the issue was volatile libraries throughout the BETA.

However, after you download the latest version of LR3 FINAL test, the support still does not.

The D200, although being an 'old' model, is still a fantastic due to its low ISO, quality pixel and other studio camera and therefore preferred for shooting tethered unit.

Y at - there any upgrade of LR in the future where the tethered shooting would work?

Check that the folder 'Watched' often takes up to 30 seconds per photo, which is way to slow for an effective studio workflow using Camera Control Pro to import photos from the camera and then wait for Lightroom.

There are still many D200 users interested in this feature, so I don't know that I'm not alone when the begging of Adobe for a feasible update.

    Best regards

    Morgan

Yes, I have indeed read the answer to Kevin but it was in the beta 'forum '. I hope that with the final version, they found a way to work around, or if they don't maybe how to find an exit. Maybe someone knows something?

    Yes, Kevin doesn't.

  • Adobe Camera Raw support for Canon 5 d? (PS CS6)

(for example this question in the present case, the forum of Photoshop)

    (1) how shift is planned between the introduction of the Canon 5 d camera (approx. June) and Adobe support in Adobe Camera Raw (ACR)?  In my reading elsewhere, it looks like 2 to 6 months, according to the WRT calendar ACR release schedule - anyone can refine this wait a little?

    (2) will support provided in ACR to Photoshop CS6 update?
(Adobe will force us right here to you either subscribe to CC to get the update to ACR or "jump ship" to another company of product image edition?)
.. .in this case, finally, I must leave the ship, but I don't want to .)

I saw a statement in this blog that Adobe will provide support to the new camera press PS CS releases.
but this is a blog of 2011 announcement so it was average before CC is out, so I wonder how it is true these days.

    Thanks for any help...

New cameras are usually added to the next version of the plugin ACR and LR after the device is available for sale.  In the past, a new version of ACR/LR is published every 3-4 months and new cameras are released whenever the manufacturers want, so it can be anywhere from a few weeks to several months of delay, according to the sequence of the output of the camera and the next version of the regular software.  Sometimes it seems that Adobe will delay a plug-in version to be able to include a new important camera in it, but other times a popular camera buyers wait several months.  Adobe has the hours fixed for the releases aren't so rushed by releasing a new plug-in whenever a new camera model is released.   Only a wait of six months would be for a device that is difficult to sustain immediately and requires an innovation for the decoding process raw, rather than just the usual camera-profiling which is not so difficult.

As for your other question about if CS6 will include support for the 5 d, now Adobe sells CS6 and CC so they provide a new camera support via plug-ins updates of ACR for both.  It remains to be seen if CS6 is still sold by the new time camera support is added for the 5 d or not and will probably be a business decision based on factors totally foreign to the 5 d.

  • Photoshop elements 13 does not support for the Nikon D750 NEF files

I just bought a Nikon D750 (July) and I am running a trial of Photoshop elements 13 for quick treatment, but even after the updates and updated RAW it will not open the NEF files, which is supposed to be supported?

Thanks for your reply, I discovered the problem and it was an older version of Nikon Transfer installed, used with the old camera, updated for Nikon NX - i with Nikon Transfer 2 built in and the files are now transferred to the computer correctly.
