Switches toggle/Modes disappeared

I use AE CS5.5 and the button switches to toggle/Modes at the bottom of the timeline has disappeared.

Any suggestions please

Thank you

Pete

either you have two switches/Modes listed or not. Toggle with the icons in the bottom left of your planning bar, the first 2 are for switches/Modes

  • FM-9: switch display Mode creates problems

    Problem

When switching to mode screen in full screen with ESC, S, M, f, then in normal mode by ESC, S, F, window u FM covers the elements that are seen by other applications in order to reduce the area of the screen (see attached images).

    • The taskbar is no longer visible
    • The application of RipBar launch is no longer visible
    • FM extends to the right, so much, that high Windows on the right (minimize, maximize, close) keys are not visible. They are not on the second monitor!

These items cannot be made visible, if it is not possible to switch to a different app with ALT + TAB

    Environment

FM 9.0.3, Windows XP SP3, dual monitor (FM to the left)

    To return to normal

To get the correct display once again, I have to close FM via its icon (System menu) and reopen FM.

    Klaus,

Shouldn't you be switch back to 'Standard' of the screen mode - esc S M s?

Esc S M u is the mode "full screen with user interface" and there is no top shut, reduce or restore buttons.

Note: you can always right click in the window of FM to get the context menu and use the option "Toggle screen Mode" to access the correct screen view.

It is possible to switch between mode 'file separate globals' to 'share the same globals file mode' during the test run.

Mitch from Adobe e-mail me and we understood the question.

There are three somewhat similar based on the tilde shortcuts:

Toggle mode full screen (Ctl + ~)

This activates / deactivates the full panel screen (window) active Clip or the full screen of the Source Panel

Maximize or restore the active Frame (shift + ~)

This maximizes the active groups of Source Clip or timeline

Maximize or restore frame under the cursor (not assigned)

  • How to switch to mode OSX 10.8.4 full-screen?

    Greetings,

I use Fusion 5.0.3 and I am running OSX Lion mountain 10.8.4 on two screens.  I can switch to full-screen to the Finder with the command + Tab, BUT how do I switch to mode full screen mode WinXP?  The only way I can find is to right click on the WinXP on the list of Virtual Machines in the Library dialog box.  There must be a keyboard shortcut to do this - in earlier versions of the Fusion, the command + Tab to merger did it, but not now.

    What Miss me?

    Neil

Well when I'm full-screen mode, use "Ctrl + left or right arrow key" to switch Mac screen back.

    You can also try this.

When you press command + tab, if you went to list of VMS (library) just close the machine virtual library window.

Then, if you press command tab again, you will be able to move to Windows XP and Finder without any problem.

  • Floating toolbar in the Windows 7 XP Mode disappears, wonky screen resolution

I have an external monitor that I set as office extended to my Windows 7 laptop. I have Win 7 on the laptop screen and XP Mode on the monitor.

I can't get the floating toolbar at the top of the full screen of XP Mode to return, on the external monitor. I have this marking THIS and now move the cursor to the top of the screen does not bring him back. I see that my computer is the resolution of the external display at 1920 x 1080, but XP says that his office is only 1920 x 1078 pixels. Any resolution I try, I keep losing these 2 rows of pixels at the top of the screen.

When I fullscreen enabled on my computer screen, the floating toolbar disappears and reappears just as it should, when I move the cursor to the top of the screen.

    Any suggestions?

    I solved this problem.

I was using a VGA cable to connect the external monitor to my laptop. I went to a DisplayPort/DVI cable, and itself has the problem.

The VGA cable must have been affecting the external monitor screen resolution.

If your computer has a DisplayPort or HDMI port, I advise to use this port for external displays.

  • How to connect Cisco SG-300-10 L3 switch selector mode in Mode of L2 SG-300-20

Ladies and gentlemen, please forgive me if you find my question too basic. But, I would really appreciate your help. I have two Cisco switches (SG-300-10 and SG-300-20) and I am struggling to connect with each other.

Requirements: Switch Cisco SG-300-10 which is in needs of L3 mode to send the traffic of VLAN tagged to the switch Cisco SG-300-20, which is the mode of L2

    What I've done so now

1 Cisco SG-300-10 (Mode L3) to the router directly connected and configured IP addresses, 192.168.0.21. The GVRP is configured for Port 5. Created the VLAN 1000 with interface IP (192.168.100.1) and configured the Port 5 trunk mode (1U, 1000 t)

2 connected Cisco SG-300-20 (L2 Mode) to the router and set up the IP address management, 192.168.0.22. The GVRP is configured for Port 5. 1000 of VLANS created and configured the Port 5 trunk mode (1U, 1000 t)

    What does not work

I can't access the address of management of the L2 (192.168.0.22) switch. Note that the L2 switch only on the uplink, which is to the L3 switch. Since the Port 5 also receives no marked traffic of VLAN1 (192.168.1.1), I'm assuming that he would receive the network management of VLAN1.

    Other Observations

When I connect the cable between the two switches Port5, I expect to exchange information of VLAN, by documentation. But the lights flash at all.

    I tried other things

I tried to connect Port 2 (1U) L3 Switch switch 2 L3 Port (1U). Yet, I can't access to the management of the L2 switch port. However, when I connect 2-Port L3 switch to my laptop, I get an IP address. That tells me that I have to solve the problem of management network pair before the switches.

    Hi Späti,

I think the confusion is the use of the address IP address to you and how you manage your computer.

    VLAN 1 = 192.168.1.1

    VLAN 1000 = 192.168.0.21

How I read that you connect layer 2 VLAN 1 on 192.168.0.21 switch to layer 3 of the same VLAN 1 interface to 192.168.1.1. It's confusing.

So first thing to do is this - change layer 2 switch network 192.168.1.x IP and confirm management works on VLAN 1.

If you want to layer 2 switch works on VLAN 1000, then you need to change the default VLAN 1000, then you can configure your uplink either as the way which you have 1u, 1000 t, or you can use 1000u.

Your management VLAN on the layer 2 switch is VLAN 1 still unless you changed it (which did you not?)

A next important thing for the layer 2 switch is going to be the default gateway. The switch of level 3, you need to specify the address IP of the VLAN 1000, which I think you did to 192.168.0.21/24. This 192.168.0.21 must be the default gateway for the layer 2 switch.

Finally, the computer you connect to layer 3 switch, what that either VLAN that you choose to connect to (1 unidentified), you need to set the IP and default gateway appropriate. So if you're going to VLAN 1 then your computer is 192.168.1.x with gateway 192.168.1.1

And for the comment extra, GVRP is a horrible Protocol and very pitiful, I don't recommend to use.

  • Without change to the FC switch to mode mode end-host FC

In the window of maintenance last night, I was going to spend one of my systems UCS switch FC FC end-host Mode. The intention was to be able to reach the storage systems via an external FC SAN, instead of the current situation where storage is directly attached to the FIs. The UCS system in question is redundant fabric 6248UP of interconnections, blades are all of the B200M2 or the B200M3, and infrastructure (UCSM, FIs and IOM) running version 2.2(3a).

The plan was relatively simple. First of all, I would like to change FI B mode end-host FC. Once this has been done re - I would record vHBAs the blades attached to the fabric B in my storage system, so that they could access their storage via the external SAN. Then I go through all the blade servers and ensure that they had access to storage multipath healthy and tolerant, how I would like to repeat the process for FI.

It turned out to be a disaster, however. Once I started the process of change FI B FC end-Host mode, FIs times restarted, and all servers access storage and network. When they came again, both of them had changed the fashionable end-host FC, which means that none of the blades had access to their storage volumes more. So there is nothing to do but to return the change. Yet once, two FIs restarted at the same time and they both returned to the top in switching mode of CF. A few hours later, after have rebooted most of blade servers and cleaning applications having failed, we were in normal production.

So what I was asking here why on Earth the two of my FIs restarted at the same time. Is this a known bug? The user interface would certainly think one can ignore at a time as I had planned, because the CF implemented end-Host Mode action link is on the page of each individual FI in UCSM (under hardware-> connections-> interconnection fabric A fabric / B). (So the action Set FC Switching Mode of link, incidentally.) Also, when I click on this link, I get a warning saying local ' are you sure you want to set the mode of end-host FC? If you select Yes , the fabric of interconnection will restart and this application will disconnect'. Note the use of the singular here; the warning refers to an single fabric of interconnection, which is perfectly logical that the change was requested only on one two FIs.

That's why Kenny of the TAC wrote the answer above.

  • Switching display mode on vSphere connected is not ideal

    Hello

VMware Tech Preview July, connect to a box of vSphere 5.1.

The remote kvm works very well, but there is a small problem, when switching between windowed mode and full screen.

For me "windowed mode" the screen resolution is 800 x 600, when I go full screen, I expect the VM to my mode full screen.

In my case, it is 1024 x 768. It does not, it just blows to the top of the screen 800 x 600, make everything look stained.

I can of course happening in the virtual machine by hand, but I prefer the Fusion to manage it the way in which the remote console in windows, it works.

If I connect with VMware Infrastructure Client, then the remote console in windowed mode is also 800 x 600, but when you switch to full-screen mode, the resolution of the screen automatically goes in 1024 x 768.

I see this on the exact same VM, same session. Different behavior.

    Thank you!

    --
    Wil

Nevermind, looks like it was my fault because I probably need to had the screen of the console open in the two VI client as well as in Fusion.

Thus, the remote console has chosen the lowest resolution.

To attempt to reproduce the console molten _did_ pass at a higher resolution.

  • When you use the clone tool, the NORMAL mode disappeared.  How can I reset to get back normal?

I searched and could not find a solution for this.  The NORMAL mode for the Clone tool (upstairs in the options) disappeared.  The two albums are dissorve and behind.  I may not know how to reset and do not know what I did to make the 'normal mode' option disappear from the menu.  Help, please!  Thank you, Jeanne

First try the Reset tool button. If this doesn't work, sometimes problems happen for no apparent reason and that are caused by being corrupt preference files. To restore this file, press and hold Shift-Ctrl-Alt (Option-Command-Shift on Mac) immediately when you start PES. The timing is critical; You may need to try several times. A dialog box appears with the question "delete the settings of Adobe Photoshop elements file?" (or a similar message depending on your PSE version).  Click YES.
