• Help? This Adobe Muse site file is damaged and cannot be opened.

  In the process of looking for a new program of creation of Internet site, I ran across Adobe Muse that I downloaded the trial version. I was really impressed with it until last night.

  After two weeks of creation and tweaking the company of my wife website, it is time to upload it to the server, but when I tried to open the file I got the error message "this Muse Adobe site file is damaged and cannot be opened. Is there any hope of recovering it, or I have to start all over again? I was after all register change, so small they are, so I wouldn't run the risk of losing changes if a problem arose. I see no problem of disk, and nothing else seems to be affected.

  Any ideas? As I'm only using the trial version, is there any kind of support?

  Could you please share your with us .muse file to study? Please send it to [email protected]. If your file is larger than 20 MB, you can use something like Adobe SendNow SendThisFile or Dropbox. Don't forget to mention the link to this forum thread in your email so that we can identify the file.

• Business Catalyst 'Click on the item' with site Adobe Muse does not

  I have a site Adobe Muse that I've traveled Business Catalyst. I use it in order to allow editing in the browser through catalyst for business for my clients. Whenever I have hover over a link, there is an "Edit" button and a button "click on the item. In the past, when you click on the element, it goes to the next page. However, now it is just implemented the editing area. Photos below.

• Help with the exception of security on the Test Site

  I don't know exactly what's wrong, but I think it has to do with exceptions regarding security and certificates. I tried to reset Firefox, and I also uninstalled Firefox to reinstall. When I reinstalled, nothing has no import from another browser.

  I'm not able to see the styles CSS, images, and I don't think that JavaScript is working. I added the site's certificate when I visited the page (after having reinstalled) confirming the Security Exception. However, Firefox still don't like what he sees.

  Muse supports add code to thesection. Go to 'Page Properties' and click the metadata Panel. Then paste the JavaScript code inside tags.  Similarly, you add CSS like CSS sticky inside tags.

  I'm working on a website that will show you the colors of paint. I wish I had a square or a circle with color in it and when you switch on, the name of the color and the code is displayed. I've used a blank publication (I think it was :-/) with triggers and targets. The problem is, all the words over lap each other and his mess to work with. I've separated the layers and I always get in trouble. It's my first attempt on an Internet site and obviously only have knowledge of skanty Muse!

  Yes, you can do this using animate and place on the page but any modification or styling must be made out of Muse.

  Perhaps the LC can detect the AcroForm fields and convert them into fields of LC, but you may lose some things like formatting, validation, calculation, etc.

  Is that the two are not compatible. I find easier to handle, Acrobat forms personally, but you might disagree.

  If you decide to use the LC forms, then you should post your question in the forum Live Cycle Designer.

• SSL does not work as it should on Adobe Muse site

  I just purchased SSL and it loaded in httpd.conf and it is recognized as being there and being operational.

  However, I want users of my site to be forced to redirect to https, http, so that they can view the Green padlock and https and feel safe.

  Many blogs say I need to put in place the mod_rewrite but how?

  He'll never be green as long as you use external sources such as widgets. It's out of your control. Obsessed over this is somewhat a waste of time. Just get the files over HTTPS is not always make things safer, especially in your case, if an old or generic provider key is used.
