Some drivers who don't exist in IDNET. This means that you will have to write them yourself. There are tutorials available on the site OR on the way to communicate with instruments of the series:

You will need the manual for the instrument, if you haven't already. If you do not check the website of the manufacturer, or just Google for this. Then, connect the device to your computer. Use a communications program series like HyperTerminal on Windows. This is check to make sure that you can talk to the device and to develop problems with cables and communication settings. What programming language are your help? If you are using LabVIEW, see examples of serial communication with LabVIEW. Look over delivered with LabVIEW instrument drivers to see how they are organized. You can create a model of instrument driver. If you are using CVI, see the examples provided with that. If you are going to use something else, like .NET, then you will need to look at the .NET examples that are provided when you install the VISA.
