The adobe employee said that he had to cancel my plan and it is not always cancelled?

I said in response to another person in a similar boat as me, but I thought I should open a new forum to see if an adobe employee can remedy!

I called Dec.26th, and the guy on the phone said it had to cancel my subscription free of charge. I check back today to know he never canceled it like he said he would. What the hell is happening here? Adobe employees answer me please! I tried to do the thing whole chat now since beyond calling hours and there was a pop up saying that the cat is not available. I'm going to wait to see if someone answers and if not I will call first thing in the morning. This such a terrible company to lie to me and go back on their word.

Your subscription has been cancelled on December 26 and you will have access to the end of your billing month - January 17, 2015.  There will be no additional fees.
