  When you try to send an invitation to support remote I get an error message "a program could not start. Please try again. »

  This error pops up before even the invitation is created, so the problem is with the creation of the invitation and not with problems of subsequent connection between the computers. The invitation is never created. This happens on several computers I own or maintain.

  The event log records all errors when this happens.

  I searched for hours all over the Internet and a lot of people seem to have this problem. Some it is resolved, for the most part, they needed to start a service, but the cause of their problem is not the same as mine.

  After restarting the computer, sometimes the invitation creation works fine.

  Other DIY suggests when the problem appears it can be corrected by running the command 'sessmgr-service' in a command line window. After executing this line it seems that the problem is resolved.

  What I find disconcerting is that Sessmgr.exe is the service Remote Desktop Help Session Manager that was already running, but for some unknown reason runs this line made work again right. I'll have to experiment more.

  Is it possible to debug and fix this?

  I had problems to download the Flash Player and download updates or open documents of my Internet Explorer 11 emails lately. I can download chrome (go figure) but I'm tired of having to go back and forth between 2 browsers do. This happens when I try to open the documents in my e-mails used with my school district local, personal messaging, other updates (with the exception of the MS updates for some reason any) etc... I reset IE to its default setting, restored IE advanced setting and crossed my security settings to make sure that the "enable downloads" has been selected. Nothing has worked.   I haven't dived in the measure of the quality of the 10 MHz clock source that is fed to the VSG but it comes from a device of precision GPS timing, so I'm optimistic that the quality of the clock is within tolerances of the plug VSG.

  The 5671 requires that you provide it a square of 10 MHz wave which is free race to +/-0.5 ppm precision. I think that the amplitude levels look correct.  I would like to confirm the accuracy of your GPS unit's clock.  I also would ensure that free running clock is scheduled before the NOR-RFSG task.  According to the frame that you use, you might be able to try to connect to the clock of 10 MHz of the chassis with the REF in connector just to make sure that there is not something wrong with the device.

  Defrag in safe mode may allow additional files defragmentation, but however does not allow for defragmentation of files that are in use. To be honest, I don't understand why you ask on the Defrag in safe mode when I have already informed the right way to defrag for best results.

  Error when you try to share a drive between two virtual machines.  I have two web servers VM and a disk shared data, each web server has 20 GB for operating system disks, and they share a 500 GB drive for data.  I use clustered OCFS2 file system later.

  See the 500 GB drive, but when we turn on the two VM the second throws the following error:

  "An error was received from the ESX host turning on VM Myweb1.

  Cannot open disk ' / vmfs/volumes/MyWeb1/MWeb1.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

  Cannot lock the file.

  I've read about this error before but can't find where and understand that it's either because I don't set them up right to start with, or that there is some extra config I can do in the s flat *.vmx file?

  Here's what we did when creating virtual machines and a shared disk, is there something missing

  Create 2 new virtual machines for Web servers with disks of 40GB of basis for the operating system and then add a new hard drive to one of the virtual machines in vSphere BUT must be correctly configured for sharing between multiple virtual machines.

  For example, to change the settings > Add > hard drive > create a new virtual disk > choose size and choose 'Thick eager disposition to zero' > under 'Virtual Device Node' choose a "SCSI (1:0)" then finish.

  Once the drive has been zero there would stay out in 'Change settings' > click new controller SCSI 1 and choose virtual disks 'Physical' can be shared between virtual machines on any server.

  Change the settings of the 2nd virtual machine and choose Add hard drive, choose existing, navigate to which you have created the VM 1 drive, make sure you assign it the same SCSI (1:0).

  Thanks for your help. It has been quite stressful period! However, I received a msg from Microsoft stating that they were dealing with a problem! In addition, it seemed that a whole bunch of programs attempt to update at the same time, including McAfee.
