The dynamic user interface shell: opening of the dynamic tabs
I'm trying to implement the dynamic tabs using the ADF dynamic user interface Shell. After clicking on a link, a dynamic tab opens that displays a table. One of the attributes of this table is again a link and when you click on this link it should open a new tab dynamically. But when I'm clicking on this link attribute in the first tab, it gives a NullPointerException, the getCurrentInstance() in the tab context returns a null value. How can I solve this problem?
I had similar requirements. Add the input parameter according to the flow of tasks which you try to call the other task from the link stream.

This solves the problem.

I implement using Dynamic interface version Jdeveloper 11.1.2.4 User Shell.
UseCase-
Based on the role, I have to open a default tab (means when user LoggedIn, the user will see a default tab open).
IssueWhich I have to.
I try to open the tab by default, onPageLoad (I put my Launcher API call in constructor). This list is thrown exception of NPE.
May be because the Page has not yet rendered, so we can't get the handle of any user interface ID.
Where can we put our Launcher API to open new tab?
Any solution.

I have achieved this goal by adding onload javascript code, which calles the Launcher API and open a default tab.

Dynamic tab Interface User Shell - close the tab action & number of open tabs control

I browsed the forum, but could not get their hands on a concrete solution to the issue on how to capture the event action to close the tab and perform an action on this?
The thread below about my question, but doesn't seem to have a good solution
And another question, currently in the TabContext the number of open tabs is at the limit of 15. How can I replace only such that I do not allow more than 7 tabs open at the same time?
Please help me with the two queries above. Thank you!

SSSorry for the delay so much. Finally got some time to play with the model and by downloading the source code for dynamicTabTemplate and substituting the closeIcon worked like a charm.
Let me summarize what I did to help someone who is looking for it :)
(1) download the source code for dynamicTabTemplate
(2) added and additional attribute to the model closeTab

(2) the dynamicTabShell.jspx edition, closeIcon commanlink actionListener to be linked to the "#{viewScope.tabContext.closeIcon}".
(3) implemented the method of closeIcon in TabContext

(4) generated the jar.

(9) implementation of the method closeIcon with custom code to confirm the page close prior to removal of the tab.However as you say, I will keep tab on the future updates of the default model tab updates fail bug fixes or improvements.

Shell of the supplied user interface? Incompatible with Beta Guide

I found a BETA guide dealing with a UI shell - http://www.orastudy.com/oradoc/selfstu/fusion/ doc.1111 /e15524/ui_impl_uishell.htm.
Can't see in the different versions of the Jdev I have 11.1.4 thru to version 1.2
I tried the new updates etc, and I again as the model of dynamic shell.
Indices or that has yet to be officially released?

Cannot open the file resource user interface
Hi all
I have to do an interview on a 2000 project (don't remember what version of the CVI was). I have 10 files IUR in the project and open all fine in the IDE, but one. I get the following message: "cannot open the Pnl_Main.uir user interface resource file (suddenly reached the end of the file).
I've checked all my backup and they are all identical, so if there is a file corruption, he is old enough.

I work with an application based on the model of Shell user interface design.
My use case is
#1: start a tab Dynamics from the Navigation pane.
#2: tab loads in the local area. (this works as expected, pictured below)
#3: launch of the additional tabs in the page loading in the step #2. They are triggered by simple links on the .jsff page. (this does not work - please help. This should work? If so, what missing am me?)
Question : Can I launch a new tab from a link component in the local area (page .jsff)?
As you can see I have links on my dashboard and I want that they engage in new tabs when you click. Please test before responding "in theory".

Symbolic URL and open the user interface

We currently use 8.1.1.10 version where we have set up a symbolic integration by using URL.
We spend a few arguments to the external system of Siebel application using symbolic url, which means that these arguments are appeneded in the url when it is called.
We observed that the integration works as expected in mode not open (HI) UI that is expected applet appears.
However when migrate us to view open user interface, this integration does not work and we cannot see the Applet that is populated after integration is called

The Adobe user interface is REALLY slow batch when a very large number of files of treatment. However, the Adobe OCR tools are extremely good to process the documents I have. Is there anyway to use technologies Adobe do this batch that does not require the Acrobat user interface for each file?
Acrobat is an interactive tool, with very low volume automation tools. Your expectations are thousands of times too high. You are looking for a tool designed for industrial use of volume. These tools are often not user interface, maybe just a command line.

Changes to the user interface of dynamic script
PC and mac using CS 5.5.
I was wondering if it was possible to have a user interface that can change its appearance when a button is selected. For example, I would like to add a Panel to the range when they select a button "Activate filter" that displays some text boxes and radio buttons that will filter a list. So if they click on the button 'disable the filter' I would remove the Panel that contains all the fields of filter and resize the window to its original size. I tried a combination of this.layout.layout () and this.layout.resize () after you hide the Panel filter, but none seem to resize my palette, it leaves just a space where the Group has. The only way I can get it to work is to completely redraw the window, but it takes too much time due to the long list no in the list box. Any ideas?
As I have already suggested, you can change the maximumSize property before win.layout.layout (1) to live - resize your user interface.

Offset of the user interface after update of El Capitan
Hello. Since I upgraded my Macbook Pro late 2013 to El Capitan retina, I've known GAL of the user in function, mainly opening animation of safari and switching between desktop computers. These issues are only to make my user base, I created a test user and concluded that the test user was not the offset of the user interface. I have reinstalled the operating system, as well as talked to apple. Apple had me reset the Pram so that delete files, including:
/ Library/LaunchAgents
~/Library/LibraryAgents
/ Library/LaunchDaemons
/ Library/Caches
~/Library/caches
and many other files like these.
None of that helped, my UI lag is still there and fine. Also, I'm not sure if this is relevant; However, my recovery HD (available from start by pressing the alt/option key) is not an option. I'm not sure if the files I deleted with apple support caused it or reinstalling the operating system has done this. IM thinking delete files because I reinstalled the operating system using the HD recovery.
Does anyone know how to fix the lag in the UI? I know other people have this problem, google search and this forum but no clear answer has not developed.

Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).
☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be all Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ all Messages
in the list of logs on the left. If you don't see this list, select
List of newspapers seen ▹ display
in the menu at the top of the screen bar.
Click on the clear view icon in the toolbar. Then take an action that does not work the way you expect. Select all of the lines that appear in the Console window. Copy to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command + V.

Adding custom flags to the TestStand UI user interface
Hello! I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't really find what I am looking for. I have a TestStand sequence that contains a stable loop cycle parts several times. I would like to show a pass fail count on each side on the user interface according to the current state of sequences (real-time). the parties can run 1000 times or more, and the UI should show the count for each + a LED to show if the component is always active.
What is the best way to do something like that? The mail user interface? If so how do I set up the messages and have a counter for each share value? Each of the parties would have its own unique message?
Thanks for any help you can give me. If you could provide a quick example.
