The editable DataGridColumn value based on the data in row

I searched this but can't find a straight answer. People wanted something similar but not exactly the same.

I have several columns in a standard datagrid I would firstly be changed if data.company_id > 0. Is this possible? Here's my MXML code:

< mx:DataGridColumn headerText = "part number".
dataField = "part_number".
Editable = "false".
itemRenderer = "controls.setTextColor" / >

I tried:

< mx:DataGridColumn headerText = "part number".
dataField = "part_number".
Editable = "{Data.company_id > 0? true: false ;}}" »
itemRenderer = "controls.setTextColor" / >

But of course, it would be too easy, right?

Help greatly appreciated...

Rick

The editable property is not monitored for changes.  Use rather ITEM_EDIT_BEGINNING event.

  • To access the data in row Datagrid since in an itemRenderer

    I would like to know how can I access the data to another line starting an itemRenderer.  I need to format my cells based on other data in line. Here's what I mean... I have a datagrid and I want in row 0 col 2 itemRenderer access the data in row 1, column 1 in order to make a comparison, I can determine how to format data line 0 pass 2 and so on.  Is there a way of the converter of element by hand in another line and access the data?  I can't find a clear answer so I thought that I would go to the pro.

    Thank you!!

    You can use this code to join the dataProvider on the grid.

    var o: Object = this.parent.parent;

    var dp:Object = o.dataProvider;

  • display the data in row columns

    I looked through the previous posts, but it is impossible to find a solution to my problem.

    I want to display the data in row columns.
    I have shown in the table below and test data and the sql code that gives me the result desired.
    However, you can see that the sql depends of me knowing all the values in the column "rank".
    I want a way to produce the output without knowing the values of rank.

  • Filtering the data in row based on the setting

    Hello
    I have a report with the following columns:
    No   Name    mgr_role1  mgr_role_value               dir_role2   dir_role_value       super_role3   super_role3_value   ......
    1    abc     Manager      1111                        Director     2222                Supervisor      4444
    I want to pass a parameter  with LOV or enterable field     i.e Role:
    If Role = 'Manager' I want to filter  dir_role2,dir_role_value,super_role3,super_role3_value
    If Role = 'Director' I want to filter  dir_role1,dir_role_value1,super_role3,super_role3_value
    If Role = 'Supervisor' I want to filter  dir_role1,dir_role_value1,super_role2,super_role2_value
    We can create any parameters and filters the data like this in Discoverer?

    Thank you
    Kiran

    Hello

    You should probably create a condition for each column you are filtering on. Something like:

    dir_role1 = CASE WHEN: role IN ('supervisor', 'Director') THEN: dir_role ELSE dir_role1 END

    so that the column is filtered only when the role is supervisor or Director.

  • What happens with the data on ROW as soon as they are storage migrated to VMDK?

    Hi all

    The following scenario: I have a virtual machine with virtual RDM. I have storage migration online, selection of thick discs so convert the VMDK RDM. The question is: what is actually happening with the data on the LUN that was RDMs, once the migration is complete?

    I expect that the data are still there, and if needed, I can remove the VMDK and re - attach the new LUNS as RDM.. But I can't find any official information on this.

    I am not mistaken? Y at - there somewhere that says clearly what is happening with the data?

    Thank you!

    Your wait is quite correct. The data on the raw LUN will not get affected once it is converted to a virtual machine. Only the mapping of RDM file is deleted and the LUN becomes available, and you can use card or again as an RDM or to create a VMFS data on that store.

  • How to access the data in the row (text of children) in a pragmatic control tree?

    In LabVIEW 2010, I entered the data in row a tree with pragmatism control using the Add item and providing the child text table and the child tag for the line. When a row in the tree control is selected, I can get the line label in the Value property of the tree. But how do I access the data in the child text table when the line is selected? I can't seem to find a tree control property or method which will return data back.

    What I'm trying to do is: once a line in a tree is selected and a button is pressed, if the line tag is valid, I want to transfer all the data in row in another tree the same formatting. For this I need the data for the tree line and the line that was selected. I don't find a way to get access to these data of the line when it was composed in the tree.

    Can someone tell me how to access pragmatically the child text or row data in a tree control from a selected line in the tree? I have the label of the line, but how do I access data?

    Thank you for your help.

    Looking through numerous examples, I found how to do this using the properties ActiveItemRow and ActiveColNum, but I can't find these documented properties anywhere using LabVIEW. Even research through aid could not do anything about them.

    Where these important parameters are documented?

    Why they do not appear in the help?

    Are there other ways to access the data in the row (child text) form a selected line in a tree control?

  • Edit/view (data or Table column) value - cannot change the data, but it can be updated

    Hello

    According to the help of Oracle SQL Developer Center, the dialog ' Change/see value (data or Table column)' should "change the value of data" if we "are allowed to change the data." We strive to use this dialog box to modify/update data without having to write an Update statement, but is not to leave us. Us are not allowed to update the data, we can update via update statements. Even as the owner of the schema.table, it don't will change us the value in the dialog box "Edit/see value (data or Table column).

    Yes, but I had more than 2 tables with item_characteristics, type_characteristics

    If there are other tables involved, then CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements for them (for the relevant columns only). You must not post a lot of examples of data; usually just a couple of lines per table is enough to show the problem.
    Also post the results desired from these data.

    What I try to do is, I'm comparing new_value in log_item_characteristics (whichever is most recent) with CHR_VALUE in the item_characteristics and the needs of different output values

    I am trying to query is not giving desired out put

    Point out some places where the output is wrong and explain how you get good results in these places, using specific examples from the data sample.

    select  lic.PIRM_ID, ic.CHR_ID, lic.CHARACTERISTIC_NAME,
    lic.TYPE_NAME, ic.CHR_VALUE, lic.NEW_VALUE,  lic.MODIFIED_BY,  lic.MODIFIED_ON,
    ic.CREATED_BY, ic.CREATED_ON,ic.MODIFIED_BY, ic.MODIFIED_ON
    from log_item_characteristics lic, item_characteristics ic,type_characteristics tc  where
    lic.TYPE_NAME=tc.TYPE_NAME
    and lic.CHARACTERISTIC_NAME=tc.CHR_NAME
    and lic.PIRM_ID=ic.PIRM_ID
    and tc.CHR_ID=ic.CHR_ID and ic.CHR_VALUE <> lic.NEW_VALUE
    and lic.pirm_id in ('0307490N','0307521C')
    order by lic.pirm_id

    Thank you; It is useful to see the existing query. Really, you have to format your code.

    Please can you help me

    What you've posted so far is like saying "I'm going 200 meters to the North, and then 500 meters East, but I'm not getting where I want to go." I would have a better chance to help you if you said, 'I'm out of my house, at 100, Elm Street and try to get to the supermarket at Broadway 279. I'm going 200 meters to the North... ', or, even better. "I want to buy a newspaper and some orange juice, so I thought I'd go to a convenience store. I start at my house, at 100, Elm Street... »
    Always post some examples of data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, as you did in your first post) and the desired results from these data. Explain how you get these results from these data.

  • Change the value to trigger record data for 1 s sampling frequency of 50 KHz

    Hello

    I have a VI with NI9215 and cDAQ-9178 chassis hardware. The function of the VI came out an instruction to RS232 interface and record 1 second of data every time that the set point is changed.

    The procedure is

    (1) modify the policy to the flow regulator

    (2) wait 2 seconds.

    (3) record of 4 channels for one second to the sampling frequency of 50 KHz.

    At present, the problem is for the first edition of this program, two seconds (rather than) data was saved and corn, the error message 200279.

    II. I revised for the second edition of the structure of the producer and the consumer who can increase the speed of the buffer.

    The question is how to configure the trigger to start the backup of data and limit data save for one second whenever the set point value changes.

    (1) which edition is best for my application?

    (2) how to trigger the data record?

    (3) how to record only a second of data?

    I also checked this announcement and the elapsed time seems not to work for this case.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Melody

    Hello

    you have not used properly the nodes property.

    1. replace the case structure in the first loop, with DAQmx features, with a structure of the event. Change the event fires for a worth of control of the setpoint change.

    Edit: as stated in your first post, use the structure of the event, but put inside the while loop.

    2. DO NOT connect error output from the stop command property node. Replace it with a local variable for the stop button.

    Try these and let me know.

  • call a stored procedure for each row in the transitional attribute and display the data in the form of af: table. The other rows are based on the entities

    Hi Experts,

    I have a VO based on entity object. With a column of the VO is transient attribute (I created).

    I need to call a stored procedure for each row in the transitional attribute and display the data in the form of af: table. As well as other attributes.

    So can anyone suggest how can I achieve this?

    I think that you need a stored function (which returns the value) in this case, is not?

    Take a look at:

    https://docs.Oracle.com/CD/B31017_01/Web.1013/b25947/bcadvgen005.htm

    and search for:

    Hi, creates a BP custom with the effective date in field added to my details form or higher. Can I have a set of validation rules up for my top of or the form detailed such as the effective date cannot be greater than the current date? Thanks in advance.

    For the decimal amount, you need to change the formula type, the default value is a numerical formula, but you must choose the date difference. This is the online help:

    To create a date-difference formula

    1. Open the form that contains the field for which you want to create a formula. The form designer window opens.
    2. In the form designer window, select the date field that you want to create the formula. When the calculation is performed, this field appears as read-only on the form and will automatically update each time that the fields that make up the formula change.
    3. Click the formula button. A creation of the formula window opens.
    4. In the formula field Type, choose the difference in Date in the list. The window expands to show additional fields, as shown in the table below.
    5. Click OK to save your changes and close the window.

    In this area:

    Follow these steps:

    Last Date
