The estimated ink levels screen

Hi, I am currently using hp deskjet ink adv 2060 K110, I do not see my ink levels estimated on my pc screen.

Window 7 64-bit.

Can I know how to solve?

It shows just the command sequence,

See what's printing - Customize your printer - set preferences

Hope you can solve my problem, or he still needs to reinstall the drive yet?

Thank you.

Hello Loo_11, welcome to the forums!

I understand that you're looking to check levels of ink on your Deskjet 2060. See below for the link to the user guide for instructions. Let me know if you were able to check out them successfully. If this isn't the case, please run the HP print and Scan Doctor to see if that will correct the software.

See page 25: User - Guide check ink levels

Kind regards.

  • HP Deskjet 1050 J410 printer: cannot display the estimated ink levels

Something has changed on my system, so I cannot view the ink levels on my printer Deskjet 1050 J410 estimated.

When I select the icon "HP Deskjet 1050 J410 series Properties", he used to be option to view estimated ink levels.  This option is gone.  The 4 options that appear now are: 1) the HP printer Assistant (which does nothing), 2). Set preferences, 3). See what's printing and 4). Customize your printer.   None of these options show ink levels.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the printer software HP using the DVD supplied with the printer.

I deleted the printer (using the control panel) and then reinstalled the printer device driver.

I unplugged/replugged the power and USB printer cables.

    I farm/powered down the system.

None of the above fixed the problem.

I'm as Windows 7 Home Premium with MicroSoft's latest fixes.   I don't know when this problem appeared - I noticed when I was printing and got a warning message about the low ink level.

No idea what caused this problem and how to fix?

  • The estimated ink levels icon has disappeared, what should I do?

Running Windows 7, I have a printer HP all-in-one Deskjet 1051.  I tried to uninstall the printer software and then install again, it has not helped.  Still can't find icon estimated ink levels.  It is really useful for me to be able to check my ink level to know if I'm going to run out.  Help, please.

    Thank you!

    Hello

This happens because of the embedded OS through Microsoft Update and reinstall the same version of software will not solve it.

Uninstall the software by following the uninstall folder on the start menu of the printer option, then download and install the latest software below, which should bring you any functionality back:

  • The estimated ink levels display does not want 5530

My previous HP printer had a useful icon called HP Solution Center that showed me the ink levels estimated in my cartridges, but also other useful things.  Where can I find this info for the HP Envy 5330?

    Hello

The ink levels are using the HP Pritner Assistant software, which can be accessed by clicking on the HP Envy 5530 icon on your desktop or in the HP folder in the start menu.

You will find the ink levels estimated in the upper part of the software.

  • Feature of printer HP Deskjet 2050 J510 estimated ink level

Does anyone know why the shortcut of printer HP Deskjet 2050 has more estimated ink level functionality?  That is until 05/12/12, and now the entire window has changed. "Now it has only the options to 'See whats printing' and 'Customize your printer' Set preferences.  I can't find any reference to the updates that may have changed, so I have no restore points.  The only thing that has changed recently is the new version of the HP Support Assistant.  This would have an effect on the printer software?

Problem solved by downloading lasted driver according to the instructions.

  • me not saying the printer ink levels

How can I get the computer to let me know the printer ink levels?

Technical issues do not belong in the forum comments so I moved your post to the windows 'Hardware and drivers' forum.  Always include your version of Windows when you post.

Monitoring ink levels is a function of the printer driver.  Contact the manufacturer of the printer for a solution.

    Hi Beverly,.

Please follow the steps by which you should be able to get the ink cartridge ink level.

    1. move the arrow of the mouse to the right of the screen and you will find the search option.
    2. click on it, and then search for the printer model number (HP 6500 has more) and find you it in the list and click on the printer.

    3. There will be an assistant to HP printer pop - up that will give you the option of ink that are listed there.

Let me know if you are able to access the wizard from the printer and check the level.

  • I got a low ink warning on my mac for my printer epson artisan 837. I replaced the cartridge, which was low, but he still reads the low ink level on the mac, but full bed on the epson Control Panel.

Well, I replaced the cartridge as usual, and osx is not that the printer is now complete: says, "printer may be out of ink" on the status. Ink levels will be not displayed via the computer but check out on the printer.

Restarted both units and in vain.

    WiFi is not a factor.

If anyone has a solution or any ideas, please help.

    Thank you!

You can try to disconnect the printer, restart the computer, reconnect with the printer, and then try again.

  • Check the ink levels HP 4215 with windows 7?

I bought a new desktop computer with Windows 7. Old unit was Windows XP. The installation disk supplied with the HP 4215 printer does not support Windows 7. But windows 7 OS has the inbedded of drivers so I'm able to use HP 4215.

Drivers are limited to functions for this printer. No "HP Director", no kits, no way I know to check the ink levels is graphically on the screen, or an impression on.

HP offers that print "Self Test Page" using the printer panel keys. The only Self Test page that can be printed is the 'Self Test report'. Who only give me various technical info and prints 4 large bars of color. It does not print the ink levels!

HP.com says he should appear on a page of paper, ink levels. Nope! Can not get to do.

Someone first hand experience in the visualization of the level of ink for 4215 HP with Windows 7?

    Thank you.

    Hi printer123xxx,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! Yes you are right, you have some basic functions of the printer now, as for the self-test page that can be printed from the control panel this unfortunately does not include the estimated ink levels.

I would like that run you HP print and scan doctor- it was designed by HP to offer users the features and troubleshooting problem needed to solve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan the products related to Windows computers.

The PSDR does not include the services of printer that may be just what to check the estimated ink levels, I can't guarantee that it works, but it has an option of ink level.

Please let me know if it worked for you, I'll watch for your reply.

    Thank you

Look at this link here on the frequently asked questions for the upgrade on this printer to the Windows 7 driver installation. Some advanced features are not available. The Toolbox of the printer has a workaround solution to check the estimated ink levels.  There are two listed. Under the frequently asked questions, click the sign of "HP Toolbox workarounds", it's towards the end of the page. There are also some great info in the FAQ for the solution also Center.
