The evolution of Adobe Capture Email CC Adobe Id account Email ID?
Hi, all the newbie here. I have Adobe Capture App on my phone and a number of works in my libraries on this phone. The email associated with the account of Capture is an old email provided by a service provider, I moved away from (so has a limited lifespan).
I recently signed up for Adobe CC account but another, (not provider specific) email so I actually have two Adobe ID is. I want to be able to synchronize my Capture work on my CC account. I chatted with the help of Adobe, they say, there is no support for the Capture and post the question here.
Should I delete the app off my phone and start again using the same e-mail/Adobe ID I have for my CC account or is there a way to change/email details in Capture account? I tried and that you do not see a way to do it. There is a very obvious answer? Thanks in advance.
I finally updated my old Mac to the new operating system, got CC membership and now want to learn Photoshop and Illustrator and use Capture items too, but I'm stuck! I was hoping that I would not lose the models that I created in the Capture. Adobe Capture !
Hi Loraine,
Not a problem. You can simply connect from the Adobe Capture application on your device and make sure that you connect with the Adobe ID with which you wish to work on the CC library synchronization.
To Logout: launch the application > setting Options > click on your account name or your Adobe ID > disconnect.

What should I do to access the link?
Problem: you try to open a PDF file in the browser. You would expect instead to see the PDF file you see a page (resembling a normal PDF page) - NOT a pop-up message with an OK - but with a message telling you that you must consult the document with Adobe Reader and tell you to download.
Cause: the message is true. You must use Adobe Reader. You are using a browser that isn't using Adobe Reader.
Solution: Download the PDF - the one with the funny message - on your desktop. So in fact open in Adobe Reader.
Note: This is only a solution for both Mac and Windows users.

Where to find the serial number Adobe Cloud student/teacher added?
Hi all
I bought adding Adobe Cloud student-to-teacher and accompanying adobe products last year. I had about a year, with payments to be made. Shortly after I finished the payments, my computer fried.
I bought a new one and there seems to be no way for me to find a serial number or re - download the file for my products?
Is this a normal problem?
I'm running on a Lenovo Edge 2 and uses Windows 10.
Any help at all would be appreciated!

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

The worst Support Adobe &; service customer - Creative cheating!
Good day everyone,
So, I was using some of the CS6 products, but not have all the applications and get an email with an offer to get a 1 year subscription price reduced.
I got it. It has been for automated PayPal payment. I was happy for 2 months.
The month of 3d, I received a message there is a problem with billing information. I immediately contacted support and they told me to check the billing information. I checked and I said it is set to PayPal and I can't change it. They told me not to worry because everything is good.
After that some days I contacted them again as I have not received the message about the payment. They said, don't worry, everything is good.
I received an email there is a problem of Adobe Portfoilo. I contacted the support again. They said not to worry and forget about it.
Then... The subscription was cancelled. I contacted the support again.
They told me to get a full subscription for a full price.
I'll now try old CS6 products instead of cheating wonderful Creative. In addition to spending a lot of time, I am not able to make the urgent work for my clients how costs more then the price of the subscription. I understand that Adobe does not want to keep their promotions, but it's just a... I can't describe all the emotions I have. I will certainly NOT use creative cloud. It is not worth to spend a dollar on this issue, given that the level of support is the worst I have ever experienced. They have not even say sorry.
Don't worry, we you fool you. Stay away from creative cheating and be sure that they won't help you when you have a problem. We made a mistake? You pay customer and have a nice day.

Could you please let us know the version of the OS on your system?
Please try browsing in Edition > Preferences > select 'E-mail accounts' in the list of categories and label 'List e-mail accounts' if the option "default e-mail application (MS outlook)" is checked, click on remove default and then click OK.
So try to attach a pdf file by going to file > Send file > attach them to the message.

I have already created a vector in the form of Adobe, but I'm not trying to place the vector ontop of a picture on my phone. I know that you are able to save the vector and do it on a desktop computer, but I was wondering if there was a way to do it on your phone. The Photoshop Mix app does not allow you to place the vector made in Adobe forms on an existing image on your phone. Any help?

You can introduce forms of Capture CC (in a drawing layer) and an image from your phone (in the photo layer) in Adobe shoot (one of our mobile applications of drawing). Have you tried?
