  There seems to be two sets of c ++ libraries available with the NDK (I use 2.0.1): the "Dinkum" libraries, which are clearly mentioned and documented (and included by default with C/C++ projects in Momentics) and GNU libraries. Both are also present on the Simulator as well.

  Why are there two sets of libs?

  I also noticed that if I connect to any of my applications specifically against the GNU libraries (libstdc ++), they're going to crash! This should happen? Can we somehow pick the one to use when the application is run?

  I am developing an application of cascades that uses a static library NDK to communicate with a bluetooth device. The NDK library compiles without problems, but when I then compile the application stunts I get errors with all bluetooth NDK functions:

  I suspect that the NDK functions can be linked only dynamically. Only the .so files are available.

  Try adding
  LIBS +=-lbtapi

  There are 3 approaches you can take, which is best for you depends on your database and the version of discoverer and how much change you want to make:

  Any updates to the SDK that you recompile against could potentially break the desired site behavior. Could be with the SDK components or ones you've written yourself. It's just the nature of software development. Testing is the key.
