  I am trying to help a friend who's HP TouchSmart 520-1030 hard disk is dead.  I have the HP support site, fill out forms to buy 5 DVD System Recovery Disk Set Kit for this system. He even asked for my credit card information. Only after that I entered all this information, the system told me that the recovery kit was no longer available for this system. I tried to download a Windows 7 from Microsoft, but because the key of Windows 7 has been an OEM key, they told me I'd get from HP. I called HP support and they said that they could not get the kit. I asked them if I bought a new copy of Windows 7, the drivers would be available at HP. The phone technology said he didn't know. I asked him if he could tell me how I could know, he says 'No, good night' and hung up. I was not rude or anything. Very professional, in my opinion. In any case, I'm stuck. • How to ignore the images are no longer available for licensing?

  About 80% of the images I tried to examine are marked "Licensing for this image are no longer available." Is it possible to avoid wasting so much time clicking to select and clicking to accept that the image is not available?   Now, I get an error message that my libraries are no longer available. The files are there, but all the links from any window gives me an error that the libraries are no longer available. It's really boring because all my Microsoft Office software go directly to libraries when you select Save or open or attach... It is also very disturbing.

  I was able to fix on my own libraries. I deleted the default libraries for MS and then created my own libraries. MS Default libraries reappeared at some point, but I just ignore them and use the ones I created and never have a problem. Seems Microsoft should fix this, but for me it's fixed!

  I recently reinstalled Vista on my laptop and I noticed that the function key options are no longer available for brightness settings, lock computer and tastes. If anyone has a direct link to the drivers for that would be great, I thought that I had all of the visit by Toshiba but apparently not.

  In addition, scrolling does not work on my touchpad. I downloaded the latest synaptics drivers and installed and nothing helps... Any help on that would be appreciated also.

  I cehcked mouse options and those who appear to be good. There no options in the Panel "touchpad" however... maybe something there?

  Inspiron 15R N5110 goes hand in hand with a combo (Wi - Fi and Bluetooth) card and the drivers are not provided separately. You will need to download the driver of combo on the Dell site.
