The merged clips appear out-of-sync indicators while in sync

So I have this weird problem with merged clips showing out-of-sync indicators while in fact, the audio is synchronized.

Let me explain first the workflow for this feature;

-Set of 6 K RED footage gets converted to 1080 p Prores Proxy

-All the proxies and separate audio files are imported into a project file 'Master and Sync' (I use it to synchronize and merge clips as well as rename them)

-When everything is synchronized, merged and renamed, they are placed in their corresponding scene number folder

-J' I then open my project file 'Edit' and in the media browser, browse to the file "Master and Sync" project.

-J' have drag and drop clips/merged records newly created the 'Master Sync' in the mediabrowser, in my project 'change '.

-J' I change with them and everything works as expected.

The issue comes in when I try to import a sequence edited of my Deputy Editor-in-Chief.

-We work with the latest version of first

-We are working on our own systems at home, but both have local access to all the images that we work with.

-We have a record of sharing creative cloud where our editing projects are located and saved as well as the project "Master and Sync.

-When my assistant has completed a first Assembly of a scene I navigate to his project to change the media browser when changing my own project is open.

-J' I find the finished sequence and drag and drop it into my own project to change .

And at that time there almost every single clip shows the out-of-sync indicator, but when I play the sequence everything is synchronized. I checked with my assistend maybe if its sequence shows also these indicators, but it is not. So it only seems to happen when I import its sequences. I tried ' display indicator out of sync clips unrelated " in the preferences, but without success.

out of sync indicators.png

To add a comment to the audio to video synchronization. I had to make up for a lot of audio clips by a 1 or a couple of images manually because they turned with timecode jamming and not gen-lock. It is so true that technically the audio can be out of sync before their merger all but as you can see on the screenshot the indicators show a shift much larger than 1 or two images (I think the max lag that I got was 9 frames).

All suggestions are welcome and I really hope I'm overlooking something rather than finding a bug!

Thank you!

So, I just got a phone call from Adobe. Technology Adobe told me that he had tested this configuration to confirm that it is seeing the same thing I am. Unfortunately, it has been. He also told me that it is a limitation instead of bug. Is because my assistant and I are working on two different systems and no access don't not on the same physical hard disk and so do not have access to the "exact" same media.

It would be no problem if we worked on different systems, but to access media on the shared storage.

The shame if this is considered to be a limitation rather than a bug. Seems to me it is repairable but, Hey! I'm just a simple editor and no programmer so it might be more difficult.

  • The audio files are out of sync with video clock?

    I record an audio book with premiere pro 2014, is therefore a larger file, then Adobe switched me to first pro 2015 and now it says that my audio files are out of sync from the video clock. I realize Adobe has no technical support so I googled a cure. They told me to remove CC 2015 and reinstall CC 2014. Of course, Adobe's download anything over three days old extremely difficult unless you are following specific steps that are simply in place to harass. • When I test the scene/video, its out of sync and zoomed in?

    When I test the stage or film, audio and mouth out of sync and his also expanded a bit, Eg, only its head is visible above the bottom of the screen, instead of what should be his head and his chest. No idea how to solve this problem?

    for her, if it is attached to a timeline, click the keyframe where the sound is instantiated, and in the Panel properties, change the mode of synchronization of flow.

    for video editing, attach a screenshot showing your scene with the head (including the zoom factor of scene) and a screenshot of the head in the test environment.

  • Why the new clip appears in the browser to Zoom in waveform?

    It's a case of heads cut and tails, I guess.  Multitrack, I pointed out the bit at the end of a clip that I tried to cut and make the cut, no problem.  Then I did the same thing at the beginning of the clip, no problem.  Then I took the clip in the waveform display. It displays the edited properly clip, but the Zoom browser shows the original, unreleased clip.  I see no reason to have that becomes available after I made my changes, do you think?  So my question is: Y at - it a way to empty the bits I don't want, leaving only the edited clip?  I mean, I have two long tracks of three minutes, and the session is 2.5 GB in size.  Ridiculous.

    Simple? Creation of two times more files than you need?

    Do not know why you do all this in waveform at all. There is a tool perfectly well multitrack to create unique copies, without going anywhere...

    And as for the rest - what on Earth you play at? If you want to separate the pairs of tracks at the same location, why not highlight both and try to put a split at this time there? Then, all you have to do is group of each pair of tracks within each division and you can do anything you want with them.

    The best way to put a split into several tracks is to use the razor tool, by the way. Simply select all the tracks you want (Ctrl > mouse click), pick up the razor, click where you want to that, and it will put a split in all of them.

    But emmrecs is correct - this will leave your original songs fully intact. Multitrack is essentially a non-destructive file player.

  • Audio synchronized beating. And then a few minutes in the video he is out of sync for the rest of the video.

    I use a CX Activeon (think to Go Pro) with my Nexus 6 record @320kbs audio MP3. I try to sync the videos beating in the beginning of the video. After that I imported the files, first thing I can't synchronize automatically with PR. So I try to get it as close as possible with a manual synchronization.  After I have made modifications as flipping the video to the right orientation and synchronize the audio. I can still see that 1 or 2 minutes in the video, the audio is is more synchronized, but the first part is... What I am doing wrong. or is - something with the phone, record audio.

    I use win10 with all of the CC.

    TL:DR

    Activeon CX not shot in constant cadence, action camera use Handbreak to fix audio/video synchronization.

    Thus,.

    I found a few things with the help of you guys thank you.

    The camera indeed don't tire not in a constant rate although there is a setting for that I turn on.

    Put a file of 20 min Handbreak and now audio is only slightly off comme.1 seconds of video throughout the moment instead of gradually worsen. After all, which I am fine with it is just dashcam footage.

    Also got a new mount so the camera is no longer in the water-resistant case and the audio sounds fine to new just dashcam footage.

    Thank you

  • Follow-up in the demo of movement is tracked very well, but in the main computer is out of sync

    Hello!

    I have a slight problem with motion tracking in After Effects. I had a demo of a section of my main computer where I've hidden a few dates and related layers for some null objects that are the target of a couple of trackers. In the demo, it looks good, and masking is followed smoothly. However, in the main computer, the follow-up is a bit out there and numbers to jump all over the place. I can't understand why. I have a little vid of the question to explain further to MaskingIssue.mp4 .

    Maybe I'm missing something completely obvious (which is entirely possible) - any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance,

    I have problems playing all kinds of video to my computer, the sound will continue, but the video will lag, freeze and jump. It happens with all programs, I play a video, not only the windows media player, it happens even with youtube videos is not a matter of program.

    Is someone can you please tell me what I can do? I already lowered my display settings so that I now have the basic theme of windows 7 and not the aero theme.
    Nothing seems to work, my laptop as a whole began to deteriorate quite rapidly recently.

  • Finding and fixing of the sequences that are out of sync

    Oracle Database 11 g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64 bit Production version

    Hello

    Recently, our development database has been updated with production data, but have not been copied from the sequence.

    Then of course the sequence numbers are very badly synchronized with the primary key for tables throwing errors in primary key.

    How can I find the sequence names, names of tables, columns in primary key, and max values for the primary key columns that have values of key primary school max who are higher than the nextval of their corresponding sequences?

    So far the nextval of sequence numbers were all less than the max value for the primary key for the corresponding tables.

    We used the method:

    SELECT max (primary key column)

    TABLE;

    SELECT sequence_name.nextval FROM dual;

    Sequence_name ALTER SEQUENCE increment primary key value - current value of sequence max + 1;

    SELECT sequence_name.nextval FROM dual;

    SEQUENCE Sequence_name CHANGE INCREMENT OF 1;

    But this is done when a record is inserted into a table and the error is thrown.

    So I hope there is a much better way to remedy.

    Please leave me a question.

    Thank you

    Joe

    I don't know if this will help you or not, but here is what I used for the synchronization to the top of my sequences during the last upgrade/server database migration, I was involved with. You must be logged under the scheme that sequences need synchronization, linking of data back to the database, you are basing the sequences on and then let go and recreate sequences. It essentially creates a couple of other scripts and then executes them.

    CREATE DATABASE LINK dblink
    CONNECT to & schema
    IDENTIFIED BY "& password»
    USING ' & dbname';

    set pages 0;

  • Audio Out of Sync and Insert Clip out of a framework

    I record my audio and video separately. I use the merge Clips feature to merge together, now made dozens of times, never a problem. He did it with this new project, everything looks and sounds very good.

    But when you change the pieces of an element in a sequence, each inserted bit is the "audio is out of sych" red text. It is out-of - 0:72 to a clip or - 0:87 for another.

    However, it is not enough for me to see when I play it back, so I did fi from it as I change. Sometimes I slip in sync to remove the red text, I can't make a difference.

    But also sometimes when I insert an element in the current sequence, the marker/cursor script (don't know what it's called, the line blue large marking this place in the sequence where everything I insert will be inserted) is disabled by a frame. Sometimes it's off in one direction, which means that I get random empty images in playback, or it is off in the other direction and I am slowly accumulated unique axe off executives.

    Someone has an idea of what's going on? How the audio is out of sync in the first place? Why the function Insert Clip move the cursor in a strange place?

    Nevermind, I figured it. I chose the wrong preset when I made a new sequence. 60 frames per second instead of 59.whatever. >.

  • Analyze the speech on a merged clip does not

    In the past, I've analyzed successfully the content of video clips with good results.  I was even able to use CC history scripts.

    When I try to analyze a merged clip (prores422 1080 24 p, audio .wav) options to analyze speeches are grayed out.  I can analyze the video portion of the clip merged (even if it has no audio data), but gives it to .wav file me gray analyzes content options.

    Am I missing something?  Are not supported .wav files?

    The only solution I can think of is to make new clips via media encoder.

    Any thoughts would be helpful.

    Thank you.

    Thanks Kevin,

    It's a disappointment on the limitation, but your work around works!

    I analyzed the .wav obtained the transcript and the Viola shows up with the merged clip.

    (Curiously, I couldn't analyze the .wavs before but now I can).

    Thanks for your quick response.

  • Audio video out of sync once imported into Encore CS6

    Hi all

    I am having some problems with Encore CS6 on my iMac with OS X 10.9.5.

    I'm burning a few videos I captured off the coast of the VHS using Elgato Video Capture. He outouts as .mp4 files

    The videos play fine on the outside, but as soon as I import them into even the audio becomes out of sync. I burned a lot of VHS to DVD and for some reason that the problem appears to be new.  It out of sync in the timeline, listen to excerpts and once burned.

    I even tried using Adobe media encoder to convert the .mp4 to MPEG-2 outside again and the audio is always out of sync. I even tried to cut a bit of the audio to the front because it seems to be just a little bit slower, and it worked for the first 5 minutes, then he again not synchronized.

    Does anyone have an idea as to whats going on? Or has experienced this problem?

    Thank you

    Angela

    And you can see here that my proposal was wrong. This is a variable rate. You need convert this file in constant cadence. I suspect that John may have a link to a converter. There are many more threads about that in the Premiere Pro forum.

  • Audio got out of sync somehow...

    Hi all

    I worked on a piece of footage for a few hours now, a master clip editing down to about 20 subclips, and everything was fine until a few minutes ago. The sound is completely out of sync and even out of order. It is not a matter of seconds fast or slow; the audio is jumping at a completely different time to the main element. I don't know why this happened, and I can't find a way around it.

    The main element plays precisely outside the first 5.5 in QuickTime, VLC and Windows Media Player. I tried to copy and rename the master clip and the replacement of the damaged file inside the first with the file named differently, but that does no good. I opened an auto save the way until this issue has been raised and which is messed up also. I rebooted first and all that... nothing helps. I even made on a small clamp to see if she makes very good, always messed up.

    This problem seems to affect only the subclips of this master file in particular, the other master files and their sub respective clips work very well... And I don't remember with certainty what I did right before this happened. I think I've been playing with the opacity of a subclip or something... This happened once before on a small project, but I have spent a lot of time on this one and I wouldn't lose everything.

    Any ideas on what I can do to save the clips? If there is a way to export the sub clip info and place it inside a new project or something... I do not know... It's the 20th video I edited on this hardware with the only occurrence of this nature happening before.

    Video/Audio comes from a Sony Bloggie Touch 4 GB

    The video is 720 p, mp4 format.

    Great, thank you. OK, let's try this:

    1. Download MPEG StreamClip. The latest beta version is fine. It is a good tool to have in your arsenal, anyway. It's free and requires no installation.
    2. Open MPEG StreamClip and go to window > Preferences. Check "Flow of Fix with data breaks" and (although not entirely necessary for this particular difficulty) "preserve the GOPs to In/Out. Click OK.
    3. Load MP4 in MPEG StreamClip misbehavior (file > open files).
    4. Go to editing > Timecode break trouble; I don't know that it's necessarily the problem (or solution) but it does not hurt anything.
    5. Go to file > save as and choose a name and a destination for the file. Let the type of the value MP4 and click Save. This will copy the data streams of the original file - no encoding again that happens - and package it in a MP4 container.

    At this point, import the new MP4 in your Premiere Pro project and let me know if it worked. If so, you can select the original main item, right-click and select replace footage; Choose the new file and your changes will be kept, but the file will be replaced by the work file.

  • Audio out of sync in TV recorded video only.

    I have a problem.  I have a Gateway FX7020, tuner Pinnacle PCTV 800i, Nvidia Gforce GTS 250 and, only the recorded tv is out of sync, tv live is fine!  but records are often out of sync... rarely synchronization, as 90% of the cases they are not "."  I save on a second hard drive, but it is faster than the original, I bought with the computer... Yes, all drivers are later, even the audio realtek said that vista was the latest driver but I found a newer version on the site of realtek... :(

    Hello, Tintellaar

    If this started recently, you can try a system restore to when the problem does not occur: System Restore: frequently asked questions

    You can also try installing the latest audio and video drivers directly from the manufacturers Web site, rather than through Windows Update. If you go to your manufacturers support Web site, you should be able to find the drivers for your computer. You install them just as you should install a program.

When searched on the net about this, it seems that the battery meter is out of sync. solutions online suggests a battery pull (remove the battery). be Q5 can't do either.
