    Launch monitor activity and "Force quit" all processes associated with Adobe as creative cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, demon Adobe Crash of the activity monitor.

    Follow the previous steps again, but this time rename OOBE folder OOBE-old.

    Then launch creative cloud app and check.

    There is only the annual plan we offer.

    While there are monthly plans, but not with the student discount.

    My early 2011 MBP 13 "took 2 battery replacements and is suddenly showing app memory problems, stop suddenly, extremely slow performance... etc.  Note 15 and 17 "in early 2011 MBP are part of a free replacement/repair program with Apple after many years of problem reports and legal action.

    Is my 13 "also part of this clear problem or I am the GROUND?

  • My MBP with retina display has no top file, but storage information still show a lot of memory being exhausted by audio, photos and movies.

    Recently, my MacBook Pro with retina display has started to run out of memory, so I moved all my downloads and stuff in my external hard drive. After the transfer, I had some good 20 GBs free and my folder all my files to completely empty.

    But even now when I go into storage under the about this Mac information, it shows that more 1 GB of audio files, about 800 MB of photos and 500 MB of movies.

    Using the search option (and put a black space in the search bar), I discovered a few files in the Mac section, but they were barely a few MBs in size, and no audio or images or movies were present there.

    Where are all these "hidden audio, photographs and films that take about 3 GB of space from my hard drive? I am naïve.

    As in the previous mentioned announcement, there must be a certain number of dead pixels on the display in place of the screen.
    It s no matter if it s a s one or three years warranty.

    As far as I know during the guarantee period Toshiba will replace your screen if the number of defective pixels is greater at:
    -10 bad pixels to screen VGA (640 x 480)
    -15 bad pixels to screen SVGA (800 x 600)
    -20 defective pixels for screen XGA (1024 x 768)

    Help: What is causing those whirring sounds that started today! I have a MacBook Pro 13 ", the retina display. I bought my MBP on 28/12/2014; is today 23/12/2015, so I'm in a one year warranty. I ran a diagnostic equipment this morning and she said my battery needed replacement, but I can't imagine a battery would create a whirring sound. Thoughts/ideas? Thank you!

    PS - Apple needs better/more emoticons, IMO.

    If the said hardware diagnostic test the batteries need maintenance, I suggest that you call your Apple store to make an appointment to have them check the battery. When you bring it ask them about whirring sounds.

    But when I finished first registration for 2 years, there was only one year warranty in the e-mail message. When I finished the second record (extended from 2 to 3 years warranty) mail for completion message shows from 1 to 2 years warranty, the same on the official page of toshiba, where is my laptop.

  • Acrobat fuzzy XIPro with retina Display MBP

    I have the new 15 "MBP with retina display and my PDF documents, opening in Acrobat XIPro, seem extremely blurry even when the majority of the file's vector graphics based. In fact, the interface of Acrobat is extremely blurry. The file looks like perfectly crisp and clear when displayed using the Viewer from Apple software. Is there a solution? Is Adobe behind on an update for this problem? I've already messed around with preferences without result. Thanks for your help...

    There are some update: Retina display will be fully supported for the next quarterly release of Acrobat and Reader XI, who could be available in September.

    After owning since February 2009 it my laptop Toshiba became unusable! The screen flickers and goes to white constantly. Technical support or customer relations offers any assistance whatsoever!

    Some would say that is under warranty and it is for this purpose, my problem. Fair enough until do you a Google search on the screen for Toshiba laptop problems... 4 200 000 visits. Or try Googling Toshiba laptop screen is flashing... 27 000 visits.

    Customer relations officer informed me that Toshiba has no trace of problems in THEIR screen SYSTEM so there is nothing they could do.

    I submit that they know exactly what the problem is, but are hidden behind a 1 year warranty and in my opinion they knowingly sell a defective product.

    I'll NEVER, NEVER buy a Toshiba again any product! I feel that I've been ripped off and offered no help at all.

    Goggle for other manufacturers of portable devices such as Dell, HP etc.
    I had 9.790.000 hits!
    So everything initially using google, and to compare the results and the success is simply absurd because there are other factors that affect these results

    ASP from Toshiba still help if your hardware began to malfunction.
