I try to uninstall a program of game and not able to do. I get a message "the parsing failed.  I tried the system restore to go back before the program was installed, but nothing helped. Any suggestions on how to remove this message and continue uninstalling this program?

    I was able to reproduce the problem. The problem lies within the CVI, so he is not related to a project setting. Apparently, the special characters in the word "Prüfstand" affect the functionality of the build system. It was a known issue for 2013 CVI and has been corrected in the patch. I was able to update CVI 2013 with the patch and the problem disappeared. The build fails due to errors in several files.

    If only it was not fixed, so it's more probablyy caused by an Antivirus/Firewall. Symantec Antivirus seems to cause this issue often (as well as other AVs). In this case, try to disable the mailscanner in your Antivirus and see if that solves the problem. Or disable the Antivirus add-ins related via Outlook. See here how to proceed:
