  The thermal shutdown occurs:

  1. dirty/blocked vents

  2. dirty fan causing to run excessive but not cooling.

  3. thermal paste is exhaust causing the thermal overload the CPU and stop.

  So this means that you must dismantle your system and clean on the sink/fan/heater vents and reapply the thermal paste. Your Cooling Pad is a waste of money.

The problem is that I know the temperature which places and which hardware sensors measure. And, what is more, I don't know, for example how hot that my gpu or anyone is allowed to become.
