  That's because it's looking for a slash ("/") before the '' tag and another after the ' tag.

  The backslash ("\") is not necessary here, but it is not nothing wrong.

  I am successfully able to get the value of the line while I'm hovering above the report (and P39_BLOCK is refreshing). But, in this case, the value is not set whenever it changes. My question is, if I need to use this value (say, put an another page element when P39_BLOCK is changed) without submitting the page, how is that possible?

  That's what bothers! In my first dynamic action, I have real action 'Execute JavaScript Code', which doesn't have a property "Page items to show.". And I need this code to retrieve values from the row of the report.

  On the right, you will have the option 'page elements to present' the dynamic JavaScript actions. Only the PL/SQL. And you do not need to handle things strictly the use of javascript. JavaScript is usually used to manipulate items on the page itself, not the things on the server/session). If you need to present before your PL/SQL block, you can either use AJAX call, or you can create a dynamic action of PL/SQL that runs before your JavaScript. Put this field in the 'submit' page elements and the block of code, just put null;

  Here's a sample in javascript, ajax call. It pushes three elements of the page in the session or in the scope where APEX can access their values. You can return values through AJAX if necessary also:

  To answer your last question, Yes, you can use the P39_BLOCK in your PL/SQL, how you demonstrated above, but you must submit in the 'page' referred to submit box, otherwise it uses the last value that has been submitted.

  What I'm not clear, is do you need really value before executing the PL/SQL or you just want your PL/SQL? If you just try to pass it in PL/SQL and then just use the dynamic action of PL/SQL and pass it by using the "elements of the page to present. '' Remember, if you need a new value to publish on the page, you will need to put these fields in the box "items to display the page.

  If you only need the value of front page because you will use in javascript, somewhere, then reference it with jQuery or js and then use AJAX to continue your treatment.

  A third way, you could do, is to create a dynamic action of PL/SQL that runs before the javascript code that is null; in the body of PL/SQL, but put the P39_BLOCK in the "elements of page to submit" box. Who will just send the page element, and then take action dynamic javascript. But, I don't know why you would do that since you can't have the value submitted for javascript to use.

  The solution that I thought:
  
  I don't know if this can be achieved in a single SQL statement, so I thought I should write a block of code that will use the collection separate each of the value of this column and use some sort of record of object to insert the entire line in it 3 times (or the number of times as much as the values in this column) , but without success.

  regexp_count started in 11g. It counts the number of models in a particular string. I replaced by length - length (repalce).
  You can replace the word 'max (length (ft.feed_type_description) - length (replace(ft.feed_type_description,';'))))' with 10 or 15, i.e. the maximum number of semicolons in the chain

  I'm new to pl/sql programming.
  The function below is used inside a package and the package is called in visual studio.
  The function uses the input parameters 2.
  Out what "in_report_parameter_id" value comes through the application of service job processor.
  The second IN the parameter values are hard coded into the function.
  I am not able to understand this.
  If the values are hard coded, how to ensure that only the hard coded values are the right ones?
  Please could someone explain?
  I don't really have good idea on how to move the INPUT parameter to the function or procedure
  Is there any nice document that could give me good understanding about what are the ways or types we could transmit values to the input in the subprogrammes parameter?

  This is not a conception I would use, but should work if coded correctly. I would probably create a reference text cursor query and use a fetch of open and close.

  You have 2 input parameters, in_report_parameter_id and in_which. I could not find where in_report_parameter_id has been used in the program, but the value passed to in_which is used in the logic of the FI to decide on opening the cursor. After the cursor is opened lines are to be read and possibly the cursor is closed.

  The in_which values are compared to the are hard-coded. It is the programming interface to ensure that the values are the values and the measures taken are also correct. Your program is assuming that if the first 2 values are not met the third listed is the one you want.

  To pass values of entry in a procedure you simply provide the values as a literal or something like variable in the call,

  When I use the keyboard to control a list box after its value to the change in the value seems to be relative to a position of adjustment of the ListBox stores outside its value.

  To see what I mean please:

  1: run the attached vi.

  2: Press "Tab" on your keyboard once to highlight the ListBox of th.

  I tried using nodes property to get the invisible position value but has not been successful.

  I have not used the listbox control a lot so it's probably my fault - but for me, this behavior is unexpected.

  I design a labview program to control the Agilent E5072C Network Analyzer. When I want to get the value of this instrument, I use VI "VISA read" listed in the plate. However, the value read from this VI's latest measurement of time value. For example, the last time that the read value is 1.0 db, and this time the measurement value is 1.2 db. But when I use 'VISA read' VI to extract the value is 1.0 db.

  Agilent also provide a VI for this device to read the measurement value and she was always correct value. If someone could tell me why? need to do any action before the value read from this instrument if I want to use VI "VISA reading" instead of Agilent VI?

  You are probably reading too quickly.  Reading it in NOR-MAX, you do it by hand, it takes more time.  When you do that programmatically, it is "instant".  Try using the * OPC? command to activate your order in a query.  He returned then a '1' in the buffer.  Read the '1' and then create the command fetch.
