  You cannot jump to a MSO with a button that is part of a different MSO. This is a limitation of InDesign.

  I tried with the theme by default too. Did not work. I changed the icon theme and rebooted. The distorted icons disappeared!

  This seems to be a problem with the rodent icon theme.

  You can lock a specific pref via the mozilla.cfg wire to make it impossible for users to change the pref that is related to this setting.

  Hmm, maybe this "one-time" imported into the new preference? Try this:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste the cust and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) double-click the preference of browser.uiCustomization.state and the content must be highlighted in a small dialog box.

  I don't have the extra toolbars in mine, but I copied and pasted back this spaced format and Firefox was able to handle it well. The management, after the login screen, don't give me options for the disconnect, change password and delete the account.   Try to click the "Restore defaults" button in the palette to customize (Firefox '3-bar' menu button > customize)

  Make sure the toolbars as the 'personal bar' are visible.

  • View > toolbars
    Press the ALT key, or press F10 to display the Menu bar
  • Right click on empty toolbar space

  Open the Customize and set the toolbar to display items.

  • Make sure the "bookmarks toolbar items" are on the personal bar
  • If "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the bookmarks toolbar, then FRY it in the palette to customize the window customize to the bookmarks toolbar
  • If the missing elements are in the palette to customize then drag them back into the window to customize the toolbar
  • If you don't see an article on a toolbar and in the palette to customize, then click on the "Restore default settings" button to restore the default toolbar configuration
