There is a Cypress AN2131SC on this USB controller. The guys from Hygrosens delivered a DLL and the documentation with it, but the only thing that works is that I get an error after trying to establish communication, that my device is not open.

  I have already tested the card with the software that was also delivered, the card is not the problem.
