  [14/04/14 Edition #1] This is a major update of the problem I described earlier (see below). I disabled the part Mail shield of my antivirus software Avast free and discovered that TB was again able to recover my email. Then I re-enabled Avast to see if it blocked again TB. He did not. So, apparently simply light shield mail out of Avast and back again seems to have solved the problem. However, there's now the consequences of my having tried to "reset" TB which is described below, namely the loss of a very large number of emails that have been stored in my Inbox. When I click Get Mail, I can see the screen very fast succession of messages; first the message "connected...". «, then «check...» ", then"download 1 of 10...   I understand how to duplicate emails sent may irritate you, no worries however! I can help you to see if we can get this sorted out. So if it happens with your Hotmail account, try to check in Mail preferences, behaviors of the Hotmail account mailbox. It is possible that you have sent items save on the server that will allow the Mail application to have twice. This is because a local copy and the copy on the server downloaded is in the follow-up of the app the steps below to disable the registration of sent items on the server and will not happen. You can also check the Hotmail settings via webmail.

  1. launch the Mail application

  2 select email preferences from the Mail menu bar

  3. click on the tab accounts

  4. highlight your Hotmail account

  5. click on behaviors of the ball

  Last night, I did a full scan Norton from my computer and found this morning that all messages in the 'Inbox' 'soft' at the time of the analysis seem to have been changed to text only with other codes and symbols, but without good formatting of text and graphics.
