Time sheet calculation date

I did some research on this for hours and I just can't understand, so I hope someone can help me here...

I have a timesheet form where I want the user to click on the first box that I put up as a date field so the little open pop calendar. Once they choose the date in this field (I named dtf [0]) I would like to the rest of the fields to be filled automatically with dates for the rest of the week. I prefer the format to show only the month and the day - no year is needed.

Example: the user chooses August 15, so the first field will display 8/15 and the rest of the week will be filled with 8/16, 8/17, 8/18 etc.

Go to a previous thread wrote here last year, I found this code and twisted to apply to my domain names:

Form1. .DTF #subform [0] [0]: output - (FormCalc, client)

XFA. Form.Form1. #SubForm. Table2.Row1.DTF [1] = Num2Date ((Date2Num (xfa.form.form1. #subform.))) "Table2.row1.DTF [0]." (FormattedValue, "M/D") + 1), "M/d"); "
XFA. Form.Form1. #SubForm. Table2.Row1.DTF [2] = Num2Date ((Date2Num (xfa.form.form1. #subform.))) "Table2.row1.DTF [0]." (FormattedValue, "M/D") + 2), "M/d"); "
XFA. Form.Form1. #SubForm. Table2.Row1.DTF [3] = Num2Date ((Date2Num (xfa.form.form1. #subform.))) "Table2.row1.DTF [0]." (FormattedValue, "M/D") + 3), "M/d"); "
XFA. Form.Form1. #SubForm. Table2.Row1.DTF [4] = Num2Date ((Date2Num (xfa.form.form1. #subform.))) "Table2.row1.DTF [0]." (FormattedValue, "M/D") + 4), "M/d"); "
XFA. Form.Form1. #SubForm. Table2.Row1.DTF [5] = Num2Date ((Date2Num (xfa.form.form1. #subform.))) "Table2.row1.DTF [0]." (FormattedValue, "M/D") + 5), "M/d"); "
XFA. Form.Form1. #SubForm. Table2.Row1.DTF [6] = Num2Date ((Date2Num (xfa.form.form1. #subform.))) "Table2.row1.DTF [0]." (FormattedValue, "M/D") + 6), "M/d"); "

But I'm running into the same problem as the person who wrote the other thread has made... After my field date fields are populated, but 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 etc.!

Moreover, the first field (dtf [0]) is a date/time field, while the other days of the week are only plain text areas. (Wasn't sure if they should all be date/time fields, perhaps?)

What I'm doing wrong here? I don't know anything about JavaScript or FormCalc (clearly)! Thanks for any help you can provide...

Check the attached samples...

I write the script in FormCalc event and out of control...

Also check the view model.

  • How can I prevent employees to enter a future time sheet hours

    I've had several people (including myself) create a timesheet Sunday and eventually show up on time for the current week instead of the previous week.

    Is it possible to tell the employee that they enter the hours at a later date?   Or when the time sheet is sent to confirm that they submit a timesheet in the future.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Michelle

    Michelle,

    You can lock the timesheets to stop people entering in the hours time sheets, but is not in any way that I know to keep them from getting into hours in future time sheets.  I'm going to talk about this topic for you product.  Does this happen often?  If so, you can post on the site of MOSC idea if we can get this on the roadmap?  Be sure to select Instantis: Primavera - PRIM (MOSC)

  • How can I display the time of the data stored in a file using labview?

    How can I display the time of the data stored in a file using labview?

    Hi Matt,

    I think that we will need a little more information as to how you capture the data, what data you capture, etc.

    If you capture a waveform, is to extract the time data waveform which includes the t0 and dt values, so you can understand the time stamp of a specific data point as in the image below.

    Hello
    Date and time incorrect after restarting is usually the result of a dead of the CMOS battery. You may need to contact the manufacturer of the computer for help on this issue.

  • Mobile app - creation of time sheets

    We got recently from people installing the Mobile application to approve time sheets.

    Now I get questions if there is a possibility to submit timesheets via a Mobile application in the future.

    It is in the plan?

    Michelle,

    I doubt that we will submit never the timesheet of your mobile application, because you see not the timesheet together from this interface and may not access the buckets, which a lot of people want to use (project bucket, bucket off project and no job bucket).  Currently, you can update activities, see the dashboard and give approvals.  If more people make suggestions and vote on other functions here (Primavera - PRIM (MOSC), that could change.

  • Best way to track the time of calculation of planning

    Hello

    Our management has asked us to provide monthly reports of the time of calculations in our main application of planning.

    We have identified one or two global level calculations we want to follow.   We run these calcs about 6 times a day on average.

    But it is almost impossible to sort through the massive application log (when presentations are completed) and filter it down (we tried, but newspaper is very difficult to work with).

    Has anyone developed a simple method (automatic) for the monitoring of the amount of time it takes for a calculation specific to planning?   We use calc Manager by the way to expand our rules and rulesets.   Ideally, we could get some kind of automated report which showed us the cases when the specific rule / ruleset ran and the duration of each instance.

    Thank you
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

    If these are calc manager rule, you should have all the necessary details in the HSP_JOB_STATUS table. You may be able to get this information from a simple query on this table. However, this information is also available in your planning application via Tools-> "Work Console" option, you will not see the time of calculation. It shows only the start and end time.

    Kind regards

    String dis1 = theToken;   for example: 11:15:26

    DateFormat = formatter1
    new SimpleDateFormat("hh:mm:ss");
    Date2 date = formatter1.parse (dis1);
    rw.setAttribute ("TtAlertRecTime", formatter1.format (date2));

    While my running page and press that values have not been set for the field.

    In the page of the user interface

    < af:inputDate value = "#{row.bindings.TtAlertRecTime.inputValue} '"

    label = "#{bindings." TrackTicketsView1.hints.TtAlertRecTime.label}.

    required = "#{bindings." TrackTicketsView1.hints.TtAlertRecTime.mandatory}.

    < / af:inputDate >

    My Question is

    How to set the time in a date field? time is obtained as a string.

    Kind regards

    AS400 ops.

    well you can not set the time in the date field.  the date data type allow only data in a specified format before. It is designed like that.  If your issue is resolved now?

  • Icon "Are the selected markers to separate the export audio files" is grayed out outside in the markers window. The titles show starts but no end of times, and yet time is calculated.

    I have a large wav file to finish securities as a mixer and inserted the CD markers where I want the marked pistes. Icon "Are the selected markers to separate the export audio files" is grayed out outside in the markers window. The titles show starts but no end of times, and yet time is calculated. Why can't I export those items marked as separate files?

    You must make the markers of track in regions for the Export of work function. Make sure that you have placed a marker at the end of the file, as well as at the beginning of each track. Then select all the markers in the marker list by left clicking the first then shift left click on the last. You can then merge markers in the channels using the comb as icon (3rd from left) at the top of the list of markers. You will then be able to export the lines marked as separate files.

    You can use the COUNT aggregate function.

    SELECT count(*) FROM WHERE dept_name = 'Homeopathy'

  • Date/time field calculation

    Hi Experts,

    Our requirement is in the Service request object when one of the values from the drop-down list is changed into announcements, then the column date deadline must fill in with the value of the 4 hours added to the current date/time date/time.

    How to get there. Therefore, I see no function to perform calculations on date/time fields.

    Immediate response is appreciated.

    Hello
    You will need to create a WF for this.
    Name of WF: Change status
    Raises the event: before save modified record
    Record Service of Type request:

    Name: Update Date
    Type: field update
    Field name: Your domain name

  • Sheet with Date Calc - example of time please

    I am new to LiveCycle Designer.  I worked mainly with Acrobat script in the past.  I need to automate the calculations of time on a timesheet with 4 columns (AM, PM In, PM Out WALKED out) for each day of the week.  How to use the code below in a PDF file example?  I found this and believe it will work, but I do not know where to go in the PDF file.

    function sTime2Min (sTime) {}

    var aTime = sTime.split(":");

    If (aTime.length < 2) sTime [1] = 0;

    return (60 * Number(aTime[0])) + Number(aTime[1]);

    }

    function Min2HrsMin (fMins) {}

    RFT var = Math.floor(fMins / 60);

    var fMins = fMins % 60;

    Var = util.printf SHRS ("%, 302d" RFT);

    var sMins - util.printf ("%, 302d", fMins):

    return RSH + ': ' + sMins;

    }

    var fEtime is sTime2Min (EndTime.formattedValue) - sTime2Min (StartTime.formattedvalue);.

    $.rawvalue = Min2HrsMin (fEtime);

    Here's the code for Acbrobat that I know works, but it does not work in the designer.  Can it be converted into Designer?  If so, how?

    var DayWorked =

    this.getField ("Date");

    var aDayWorked =

    DayWorked.getArray ();

    var TotalMinWorked = 0;

    {

    TotalMinWorked + DayMinutes (i);

    }

    var MinWorked is TotalMinWorked % 60;.

    var HrsWorked = Math.floor(TotalMinWorked / 60);

    HrsWorked = Event.Value + ":" + MinWorked;

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!!

  • App for the time and payroll sheet calculations

    My daughter in hospitality makes work so much split and travel on a Saturday and Sunday. I am looking for an application that we can punch in his hours for the week and be able to do the calculation of salary based on the appropriate hourly rate so that we can keep control of when it is paid as it's done correctly. Essentially, I'm lookin for an app connects timesheet information to the payroll data. Such an application exists and if so can anyone recommend one? Happy to pay for an if need be.

    Hello alissah6,

    Numbers from Apple is what I would recommend as far as doing calculations with a simple formula. You can learn more about this here.

    The application costs $14.99, however it is packed and has more than 30 models - not to mention, you can also create your own if necessary.

    I would check it out certainly if I'm looking for a few terms related to pay calculation in the App Store.

    Thank you

    James.

  • Problem with the registration date and time: only one date is recorded

    Hello community,

    I have the following problem:

    I automatically stores the datetime values in a date column "changed_on", whenever a user saves a form.

    Unfortunately, when I show this value in a form or report, only the correct date is shown. Still, the time is 00:00. There is no time in the database value, too.

    Whenever a user clicks the save button in my form, the value of "changed_on" is generated by a calculation that returns "sysdate" (see image below).

    I think I tried everything now, but I can't understand how to record the date and time correctly. I already tried the format for the changed_on field mask to my preferred format, but it does nothing (jj. MM YYYY HH24).

    How can I automatically record the date and time?

    You need two things.

    1. put the mask of the P3_CHANGED_ON element to JJ. MM YYYY HH24

    2. change your source of calculation to

    TO_CHAR (sysdate, ' DD.) MM YYYY HH24 ')

    In this way, what holds the element and implicit conversion happens when recording records will match.

    Thank you
