  I realized prior extraction DVS elements:

  My $dv_switches = Vim::find_entity_views (view_type-online 'DistributedVirtualSwitch', properties-online ['name', 'uuid']);

  Then, you can search by UUID:

  ($this_dvs) = grep {$_-> eq {'uuid'} $the_uuid} @$dv_switches;

  This will give you the best performance as well, since you don't have to hit the API for each request (just the first effective request DVS).  You can add additional DVSwitch object data if you need it in your logic.

  There not really tools for automated tracking backups of data store. TimesTen data store must only be saved using the provided tool ttBackup or the utility equivalent API function. backup files by any means datatsore will result in an inconsistent backup that very probably cannot be successfully restored. The output produced by the ttBackup command files can themselves be saved to help and the usual ways. TimesTen supports full and incremental backups and any given data store can have up to 8 incremental backup simultaneously active separate sets for her. Some information about these backup sets can be obtained in ttLogHolds procedure (this will show the hold position paper corresponding to each active incremental backup set) using the. In addition, the procedure of builtin ttBackupStatus provides information on the last performed backup. See the documentation for more details on these procedures.

  Regarding the monitoring of TimesTen, this is usually done via scripts or a custom application (C, C++, or Java). The scripts are generally not recommended because they will have to constantly connect and disconnect the data store and which is an expensive operation that can degrade the performance of the system if done too often. The recommended approach is to write a program of personalized follow-up that remains connected to the data store and executes the tasks of different monitoring according to the needs. A simple example of such a program is the C++ ttMonitor demo program in the directory of your install TimesTen ttclasses demo.

  There are 3 main areas that must be inspected systematically:

  1 basic data
  2. the replication
  3 cache connect

  Of course, if you are not using replication, then you don't need to exercise supervision. Same thing for the Cache to connect.

  Part of the problem is not so much finding sites that have articles on Oracle, that is to find reliable websites with this information.  When I search my site of certification for resources, I find a significant number of people who have 'technical' Articles on Oracle. However, many of these blog posts have simply no useful information.  It is not even that they are wrong so far as article does not include anything that is not declared more clearly and in detail in the documentation.

  If you don't like it, n no one said that should be used. Uninstall it and be happy with your laptop. :)
