  I am currently using Hyperion planning 11.1.2.2, EAS, the icon of business rules (to use the graphical mode) is not displayed for the company.
  
  Manager of EPMA and calculation are not installed, I use Classic.
  
  When I checked the roles assigned to the user admin (tree of provisioning) Shared Services, I found role business rules in the 'Available Roles' Panel (the left one: there only cluster essbase, Foundation and planning)

  I guess you ask if you can use the course 12 c as long as the condition of course for the review of 11g.  Over 12 c is not listed as one of the options for the 11 g certification and course requirements are normally specific version - at least with DBA certifications.  If you are already an Oracle OCP DBA, of course, there is no requirement of course for the review of performance tuning.  From what I know the training requirements for other certifications, I do not that you will be able to use it. However, Brandye will provide a definitive answer to whether the course 12 c would be acceptable for 11g certification.

  That said, I'm with John - 12 c review is about a community of 85 to 90% in the review of the 11g and is currently about 20% of the price while it is in beta.  What is the point of trying to cross the releases?

  I have been using Adobe Creative Suites up to 10 years until now to the CS6.  Training was provided for free with various applications, for example the Organization, etc. of the AE.  I find without regular use that there is a need for a refresher.

  Type the subject that you want to examine using search field at the top right of the AE and follow the links. For example, type "masking" and you will be directed to all sorts of help and tutorials on masking. Most YouTube videos are by amateurs and don't give you no effective workflows or professional. Some are OK. Adobe TV is good. Web sites of manufacturers for their plug-ins, creativecow.com, video copilot and others are good.

  Your PC can handle Office if your documents won't have large databases or excel tables.

  newer is better and since you have Windows 7 (I guess that since you wrote), it is fully compatible.
