Transfer MS Word macros from old to new

Macros MS Word are stored in the Normal template. I can copy my Normal of Word 2003 model in my new Inspiron 15z running Word 2013 - but I don't want to replace the model of Normal Word 2013 lest I lose new features. Can you tell me if there is a way to transfer only the macros in the Normal old model to the new?

The old computer is running Windows Vista, the new Windows 8.
