  Because you bought a Windows 7 Upgrade only, you will be able to use it only as a copy upgrade on another computer that has an earlier version of windows like XP or Vista. Therefore, you must first delete the copy of Windows 7 from the current computer, and then install a XP or Vista on the new computer so that you can upgrade to Windows 7 using the upgrade successfully product key.

  You can get the version Full XP/Vista disk and the disk Windows 7 upgrade version of any of your friends or relatives for the installation process.

  You must open the Program Files NI License Manager > National Instrument > NI License Manager. Then select your labVIEW active (green), right click and disable.  This frees up the initial Activation.  Now you can format the PC and not lose activation.

  I don't know if you can transfer the student & teacher software.  I think that there are some restrictions that don't allow it. But I could be wrong.  Contact Adobe Customer Support chat online for more details on this. I won't give you bad information.
