  I have 19 credits of the CPD and have gone through the steps to migrate these credits to the stock of Adobe.  However, I don't know where to find these credits.  I go as far as the screen offering the special monthly price of $9.99 for members of the CPD, but there is nothing else and I can't cross this sales pitch.  I don't want this offer, I just want to use my credits.  Where is the credit?

• Transferred to the Club Photo Dollar. How do you (before you buy) is what the image size in Adobe Stock?

  Can you tell me how to know what size the image is before buy you Adobe stock? Club Photo Dollar there was a summary screen giving the details of the image type and size until you have purchased the image.  I just bought an image only to find that it is entirely the right size and not suitable for my needs!  I would like some advice.

  I see that you have an active stock under the same email subscription as with forums.

  You use the 10 images a month for $10.95, and that nowhere plan you have been charged twice. The date of billing for your plan is 9 of every month and I see no extra charge for this month.

  I transferred 83 Club Photo Dollar credits when they were bought by Adobe.

  When I connect Adobe stock, he tells me to make a purchase. It is not my credits.

  I tried to discuss with a representative of cat, and they stop me making a purchase (which is completely defeats the purpose!)

  Please can someone help me with this, because I'm pretty frustrated by that.

  I'm not very savvy of computer programming. As indicated, I have Windows XP 2002, service pack 3. Follow the instructions in Microsoft XP to find the number of "bits: under the property system.» Unable to find these.

  You probably have XP 32 bit, namely:

  If your computer is running Windows XP, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start.

  2. Do right click my computer and then click Properties.

     • If you don't see "x 64 Edition" in the list, then you are running 32-bit Windows XP.

     • If "x 64 Edition" is listed under system, you are running the 64 bit version of Windows XP.

  Installation custom own steps

  Time to use:
  Or the transition from XP to 7, not supported in place upgrade paths (ex: Vista Home Pro 7)
  A Windows system to 32 bit on a 64 bit system, or change the language
  Don't want to make a room upgrade, or if you want a fresh install / clean

  You can use a Full Windows 7 or upgrade disk to do a custom clean install. This will remove all of your programs, but you can save your files and settings on an external storage before doing so. You will need to reinstall all your programs after installing Windows 7. Here are the steps:

  1. start Windows Upgrade Advisor to see if there are known problems that might affect installation and if you can install the 32-bit or the 64 bit version of Windows 7.

  2. backup all your files and settings to avoid losing documents, photos and other information. Windows Easy Transfer is a free tool to copy files (not programs) from your PC and then transfer back after installation of Windows 7. Note: The easy transfer will not work when changing languages, or when moving from 64 bit to 32 bit (it will work ranging from 32-bit to 64-bit).

  3. find the discs installation and license/product associated to all your programs keys, because you have to manually reinstall all programs. If you have downloaded some Internet programs you can redownload them.

  4. Insert the Windows 7 DVD in your PC. When asked "which type of installation do you want?" click "Custom (advanced)." Note: 32 to 64-bit requires restart and boot from the DVD.
    
  5. when Windows 7 is installed, you can use Windows Easy Transfer (or a different backup method you used) to restore your files & settings and use your installation disks to reinstall all your programs. Then you're done - take advantage of Windows 7.
