• Transparent button Style question

  I created a new empty project 9 Captivate. I used the theme of white.

  In slide 1, I added a transparent button and set the button transparent by default style style

  

  When I saw the program and hover over the button, I get (as expected)

  

  But when I roll over the button, I have (not so expected)

  

  This is the default style comes with Captivate and no changes have been made to the OSM

  

  What is causing this problem and how can I fix it?

  Thanks for reporting this. Have you tried to replace the theme in the Public folder of the original and re-apply the theme?

  Using Captivate 8, a transparent button can have a fill and stroke, allows to adjust the opacity and can have a caption. A text button can have a caption, but not a fill and stroke and can not adjust opacity.

  Why would anyone use a text button when it appears to be just a more limited version of a transparent button?

  Nothing has changed there since many versions, Jay. There is a BIG difference: transparent buttons (bad term IMO) have no State at all, they do not show when they are in a hurry while the text buttons are really buttons system and they have reactions of button like on your system.

  My question is totally different: why would anyone still want to use old buttons (image, text or transparent) when you can have totally customized buttons with three States (fully customizable) form that can be used on blades of masters, on question slides, on the score of slides or time during the rest of the project? Same question for the 'old' Legends of text, why use them when you can have shapes like containers of text in all the possible forms with easy to fill and feature customization? I don't understand that at all.

• Transparent button to URL link does not when I publish

  I use mulitple tranparent buttons (plus text) as a link to open a URL in a window on our company intranet.  I created this file 6 months ago and it still works fine.  Today, I had to update the file and add a transparent button to post a link to a new url.  When I saw the file, everything works well and a browser window will open displaying the correct web page but when I publish the file, nothing happens.  None of the links work.

  I've updated this file in the past and I've never had a problem.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  This should be an update of two minutes for me but has turned into a big problem.

  What you might consider doing is to declare a common output folder. Then the flag this file as safe. Normally it is an and it is just. But you have the option to clear the list of records that are "safe". Maybe something that undermined at a time given.

  In addition, once you copy the content to a web server and display it in the browser using a URL, you should not have any concerns. The link should work for all users.

• Need to lock the position of a transparent button in a Mac projector

  Hello

  I use a projection on a screen file touchscreen kiosk.  The screen of the kiosk-based index has 18 transparent buttons coming to overlap text on an underlying graph.  The buttons are have transparent background set at 20%, in order to identify the boundries of the button.

  My problem is that any person touching the buttons on the touch screen can pull off its planned fixed position button.  I locked the sprite button in Design view, but that does not lock its position in the projector.  Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

  Projector is running on a MAC mini with OS 10.5.7.

  Then you added code somewhere to allow the user to do, or the property of .moveableSprite sprite (number) is TRUE for all (which is something that you can set using the properties-> tab Sprite Inspector - it's the mobile button above the sprite name input field)

• When I add the transparent button on the powerpoint slide, animation does not, why?

  I am a new user of Captivate 4.0. I gave a transparent button on a powerpoint slide that I inserted, to give navigation branching. The slide has animation too. At the point where I add the transparent button animation (fade images fade in) stops running after that I have published. Can someone help me with this.

  Pure and simple. Buttons and objects Box click pause the slide until it clicked. If you want the slide to pause, change the button or box click so the break does not. Or change the "timing", so he made a break later.

  Out of curiosity, why a transparent button and not a click box? Basically, a click box is a transparent button.

• Transparent buttons are unusable to the hideous in Acrobat ms

  I worked on a PDF catalog for over a month now, and one of the features that I had built in the InDesign document was some transparent bearings. Also, there is a side navigation bar that uses transparency to get the look I want. These articles were great looking in earlier versions of Acrobat, but now in Acrobat MS they look ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Like, unusable. Something is inconsistent with the transparency of the buttons rendered.

  Did anyone else encounter this problem with Acrobat DC?

  Please tell me that there is a bug that will be fixed immediately. I hope to send the catalog to customers in two weeks, but now if none of them have upgraded to Acrobat DC, they will get interactive elements that look disgusting and unreadable. What makes our company evil look. Which I am NOT AT ALL happy. !

  Finally! Adobe has released an update today that solves the problem, at least from my initial quick test. Hurrah!

  Note: I have tested in Acrobat Pro DC v2015.008.20082, but have not had the chance to test Acrobat Reader DC again.

• Mixed transparency button?

  I'm the portage some above DVDSP DVD models we use regularly (I know, I know, they are all two abandonware but things are a little easier in the ecosystem of Adobe), but one thing in particular is my noodle cooking. I'm trying to recreate a button DVDSP model with a graphic of the PSD. It consists of two full bars up and down and a transparent bar for the bloc, which will sit on the graphic text (see chart below). I managed to get the artwork with the best bars, appearing as an overlay button OR the transparent centre block (if I bump the transparency up to, say, 50%). I got this works well in DVDSP with two transparency levels, but have had no such luck in yet. Is the issue of the joint transparency? Is there a solution? See you soon

  Import the library menu, then right click and "Edit in photoshop." Look at its structure.

  There is no "equal" sign in itself, only (= 1) (= 2), and (= 3).

  I don't know what you mean by cooking things in a layer, but I imagine you mean can be a problem in another. Again takes certain actions on button layers.

  Start with the help page I mentioned and see if that helps.

  I found that FAA has some classes to customize the button layout, including adding a picture, but none allow to be transparent.

• Transparent button disappears on the color tools

  I want to be a part of my transparent program.

  But when selecting colors bruch on the color tools, I found that there were not 't' to select in the upper right corner.

  It should look like the image in step 3 on the site:

  Transparent is not allowed for certain things (for example the bottom VI (FP and BD) structures, schema, etc.).

• Help with transparent buttons on images

  I have photos of a piece of equipment and load images to slides in Captivate 3. Then using the jump to feature to do move from slide to slide, simulating a button is pushed and then what a person would see.
  
  The problem is that if they don't click on the button show advance automatically to the next slide, which is usually not the slide that they should be addressed to. do you know an easy fix for this?

  Check if there is perhaps a click box already on the slide that covers the region. This could be the case if you have imported PowerPoint. If so, you need to remove this box click object. Basically, a click outside the click box should be ignored. This is why I think that you have a larger surface area behind the smallest.

• Button with transparent for mobile applications using flex

  I'm new to the adobe flash flex sdk 4.5 and 4.5 generator. I created an app for Iphone and Android viewbased mobile. What I tried to do, I placed a button in my first opinion and attached an image in it (.png file).

  I went to the property sheet for buttons - appearance tab - I changed the White Chrome color to change the background color of the white button. Now, my image is seen correctly. But my image looks too small. And yet one thing, I see the black border.

  What I basically need is, I just want to create a transparent button so that my image is clearly visible.

  Can someone help me in this?

  If you just need an image map, you can use the Image and handle the click event to do something when you click on it. If you need to be a button and have the button States, etc. you must customize the skin to look like an image and get rid of the chrome/border, etc..

  No, no! Use one button symbol - which is the whole point: a
  symbol used for many reasons... saves on the size of the SWF file and makes your
  Less crowded library.

  That all depends on how you treat these events of button. Back in

  I would like to move the recovery of a button in labwindows.

  I would like to see a flat "button, like the button in Figure 1, compared with the Fgure 2 (image in attachment).

  If there is no relief, how will you know that there is a button and not just a label?

  In all cases, you can change the color of the transparent button...
