I opened creative cloud, signed, signed and in the Apps section is to show "Adobe LR - trial expiré? It's strange that I'm not under a trial.

I went to my account on the Adobe website, and it's showing my purchase and the serial number OK.

Any suggestions as to what is happening here?

(I also checked the permissions on the SLCahce folder and they are OK and also delete the contents of the folder and restarted LR but still get the same error).

Hi Wurlitzer, just to add to what JimHess said, in which case even after following the suggestions above, you always get the test message has expired, then you might not have purchased Lightroom subscription (I do not find any order number for creative cloud in your account is). In this case, you need to uninstall LR again and install it from the link below and use your serial key to serialize.

I just installed Lightroom CC.  I have a Canon 6 d, which was imported, I can see the pictures after the import from camera raw in the library module, but when I'm in develop module there is just a blue box.  Help!

    Hi all

It is a nuisance GPU. Update your GPU drivers from the manufacturers Web site.

In the meantime, disabling "Use Graphics Processor" (Preferences > Performance), should help to load the module development.

  • Lightroom developer module is disabled.

I bought Lightroom 5 via a download card outright in April 2014 and used it happily until the death of my Windows PC and needed a rebuild.  When I rebuilt it Adobe would only let me install LR via CC as an evaluation version (questionnaires as Trail expired in CC now) which was seemed well as it took my license number and ran OK for 75 days. But today I get off developer Module, please renew membership.  The only options that were presented to me on the site of Adobe or CC invite me to BUY it. IV ' e tried the obvious steps mentioned in the FAQ, but without any result. All the world is falling on it. Any ideas on how to solve this problem.

    uninstall the lr 5 cc.

install lr 5.7.1 using the link below.

    Hi Michigoose,

Please go the Edit option in the library Module, then go in the preferences.

Go to the performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor.

Restart lightroom and working in the develop Module.

Please let us know if it helps.

Try to disable the GPU outside of Lightroom:

Close to Lightroom. With Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Users\ [username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences

Open the Lightroom 6 Preferences.agprefs file in a text editor such as Notepad.

Very close to the end of the file, there is a line that says useAutoBahn = true,- change that to useAutoBahn = false,

Save and close the file. Now, try to start Lightroom.

I'm 7 days in LR to the trial. After creation and 'use' to develop to edit 6 catalogues, I find without changing this or that all catalogs when opening, now have a bright red nail in different areas of the photos in the catalog. Some of the catalogues have been created several days ago and were considered OK, but now this 'red' hue appeared in all the catalogues without any intervention by me.

I don't know why you create several different catalogs. Lightroom is managed much more efficiently using a single catalog. But regardless of this issue, it seems that if you have enabled clipping indicators. Pressing the J button makes the point high and indicators on shadow clipping or out of service. Or you can click on the small square in the upper corners of the histogram. Clicking the square to the left turns clipping shadow power. Clicking the square to the right will turn point highlight clipping power. I leave switched indicators so that I can identify areas that need to be adjusted so that I can eliminate all clipping.
