Trouble creating a 100% width & height sensitive hero image

I am trying to create an image of hero at the top of my website that meets in width and height, regardless of the width of the browser. I don't speak of nearly 100% if the width of the crop your picture or slide show, I don't want a slideshow on the page. I would like that the image remains the same 340px to 1900px and beyond!

I actually managed by clicking the arrows that keep your site content regardless of the width you have decided your site would be to start,.

but then soon realized that I have to deal with the rest of the site expanding. Is it possible to have both completely

sensitive hero but keeping the rest of my site limited within the 1200px I chose.

I understand what you are trying to reach.

From my experience, unless your image is 2 pixels high, you will have disastrous results to your wider widths. Disastrous because the image becomes extremely extremely fast ling. A few questions to think about (I won't have time to respond to their but my answer should help)

1. why would you want your reactive hero? Have you ever seen a site with that? The idea of a hero must have a uniform height that you pull the screen to the left (more narrow breakpoints (BP))

2. why would you want that for your visitors? They would have to scroll forever to get the content. From a UX perspective I wouldn't do that.

a. so you can see the effects of this, assuming that you have 5-6 BP, did you go in each BP noted the height and the width of it? It would be my first indicator, it is not a good idea.

b. in addition, heroes are in the Master that you know and the master can prevent this sensitive behavior - I don't know because I never tried because I would never do.

c. If I personally coaching you on that, I would say that to change your plan. In my experience, this is not a winning strategy. We must all live with our heroes showing less of BP wider, it's life with the design of web sites. My here is amazing, but I had to live with it get closer with the highest in the BP

equally important is the size of your photo (KB/MB) - this would be my - first - reason not to do this. Among other reasons.

There is a total of learning answer for you. I'm 99.9% sure my answer is correct.

I have a rectangle containing a picture fill that is set to horizontal mosaic that is part of a group. When I break the edge of the rectangle that is a blue line instead of a red and does not indicate that it is a 100% width object.

All webcam width/height and determine the connection type

Hi, two quick questions:
1. is there a way in ActionScript to determine what type of connection is used (e.g., P2P or FMS)?
2. is there a way to set the width/height of the image of the webcam? I currently have to extend the WebcamPublisher class to access the instance of _camera and use the Camera.setMode () method, but it seems that that has no effect whatsoever.

PS: I am aware of the captureWidthHeightFactor method, but I really do not like this approach, as it is not clear what dimensions are used for the video. I would like to determine the dimensions of myself, as when you use the Camera.setMode () method.

For your share of width and height, you can use APIs of resolutionFactor in webcamPublisher as captureWidthHeight that API is deprecated. Height and the default width is multiplied.

And again, if you want to set your own native height/width, since you already are subclassing WebcamPublisher, subclass just the createMyStream function and add your native width and height. See this function in the source code 9 WebcamPublisher player provided.

One thing I forgot to mention in the last post, you have P2P with player 10 and you must use the Player 10 SWC for any verification of P2P. Player 9 will always be FMS.

How do one picture in Adobe Muse span 100% width and 100% height.

So this was really interested me for some time and I have not found the right answer.
I want to create the effect on my site where I have an image that fills the question now screen what screen size you look at it. I know it's possible with 100% width option, but you may not reproduce the same thing with the height.
The best way to explain what I mean is showing this example that I found:

If you look at this site, the image fills the screen, use your zoom in and out tools and you will notice little matter which remains your zoom in the page mode full screen! Now, evem wat is better when you go to amine by using your mouse wheel or the scroll bar, you'll notice this picture full screen then scrolls to the top.

What I want is an image full screen that covers the screen little matter what size you look at it.

Yes, you can create that.

Use the picture as fill browser position and apply scroll to fill, so that at certain position key to the image scrolls also.

Create an Animation of edge capable of evolving with fluid width/height within a Web site

I could be missing something really simple here, and frankly I would happily have egg on my face if somebody can tell me the solution.
I am inserting an adobe Edge Composition in a Web site of fluid HTML5 with basic content (using Dreamweaver), right...?
Everything seems to work fine until reduce you the site... like the scales of the page toward the bottom of the scale of composition of edge too, which is great! Except that the composition of edge leaves an empty space below its original height! So my question is, how do I get the height to do not leave a blank in his height when he evolves down? Here's what I've tried so far...
1. Check the width/height of the composition animate edge has the value % including the element of the scene and all it's components
2. Tried to adjust the height to 'auto' for the CAO of the object inside dreamweaver - this does not seem to be very 'auto' at all and just gives a default height which is not enough to see everything anyway.
3. Changed parameters min/max
4. Tried scaling javascript method of http://sarahjustine.com/2013/04/08/create-scale-to-fit-projects-with-Adobe-edge-animate/ Works fine, but also leaves white space under the file when placed in a website with content and updated on the scale
5. Height adjustment of the border object in DW using CSS, it is close, but it is more sensitive to certain resolutions, I'm after a quite fluid solution.
Surely I'm missing just something simple? Someone at - it an example of this working properly inside a web page with the content of Basic for example? As most of the examples edge doesn't go beyond the tests just the animated project of edge by itself in a browser, in which case this seems to work perfectly too. I need of them being placed in a website, for example the image sliders made with edge, which can evolve within a Web site base fluid.
This should be a post on the Dreamweaver Forum, but I have to start somewhere, thanks in advance for your time.

So what you see is a browser associated CSS problem. application of a transformation recalculates the size of the item (#Stage), which is why the elements listed under don't reflow.

When the tutorial in writing is one of the first things I spotted (and THE MORE boring to understand) but the code included in the example files in the tutorial that recalculates the container parent of the scene is placed in. If your code should look like this to make it work properly:

(the are just there for reference.)

If you download the example on the page tutorial files I have also included the demo HTML files with embedded in the page Animate composition. Take a look at this code, and it should give some additional information. Basically, you just wrap the scene in another div and you should be fine.

create VerticalFieldManager with specific height/width

I wonder how I can create a vertical box with a specific width Manager. I labelfields containing text that changes the length of the field and so changes the width of the vertical area Manager (I have 2 side by side). I wish to have fields to stay in the same place regardless of the length of the text (I'll put the field large enough to accommodate the maximum length). So, how can I do this? I think this means the following code, but if anyone can help with the details I would be grateful, thank you!

I'll give you a quick answer here. I'm not the right person to do it, but I suspect that you won't see most of the people better than me until tomorrow.

But looking at your current code, I might be able to explain a few things that will help you.

Each manager is says how it can be by the sublayout call framework, with the maximum width and height that the Manager can use. Each Manager works how big it must be iteratively in all areas, there and asking them what size they want to be. It does this by calling the method of positioning of the field, and he passes two values, width remaining, and the height that remains.

A VerticalFieldManager will tell all its areas they have the entire available width, and the height of the rest, this height will be some height the value for money was given, less all the fields above already asked. Back of page layout, optimization of resources will be ask the field how much height is really needed and subtract that before calling the layout on the next field.

When I started Photoshop CC (20151209.r.327 x 64) (Windows 10) and create a new file, I can't change the width, height, or resolution.
I tried to reset the settings of Photoshops (Ctrl + K-> reset settings) without success.
Any ideas?

There is placement of the legend only one for all the images in a slide show.

The slideshow widget is specialized to create slideshows of the image. The widget of composition is a much more flexible widget which allows any combination of images and text in the trigger containers or containers of target of the widget. A widget of composition could be used to create a slide show with several legends by image and/or legends of different places for each image. The disadvantage of the widget of composition is that, due to the nature flexible widget, very little is automated for you and so it is much more intensive work to create a slideshow of images using the widget of composition.

100% browser height or width image viewer

Hello everyone,
I'm new here but I have a question about the light therapy device. I am looking for a way to view an image in a lightbox that presents the image 100% browser height or width. The unit of light therapy in the muse can only display an image in native format. So if the image is too large for the height or the width of the browser, the image will be cropped.
Is there a widget or another way to scale the image in a lightbox with the width and height of the browser?
I hope someone could help me with this.

You can use any other slideshow with full-width as because lightbox will show the original image centrally on the screen.

DW CC sensitive site, Image problem, how can I get my image to stretch in the width 100% in the div container (wrapper)?

I have a HomeHeader (upper Div) homebody (body div), 4 low box divs (not important). Im trying to get my homebody (body div) to stretch 100% width on the container as My HomeHeader (upper div) did. The two albums div and body divs are IMAGE backgrounds!
Now, I did something interesting that is, changed my homebody (body div) of the background color in the Red image background and it streched:
I don't want a solid color! I want the image that I designed in photoshop CC. I don't understand how I could get my div image to stretch, but not the image of the body. Help, please!

You realize that will only look great on your screen, right? Background images don't re - adapt to windows. So for people on larger or smaller screens, it won't have the same experience.

You could significantly reduce bandwidth by using a smaller picture with this method.

ADF 11 g - NullPointerException on PivotTable (size height: 100%, width: 100%)

I've migrated my app ADF of Jdeveloper 11.1.1.0.1 to 11.1.1.2.0 Build 5536. In the old version, the pivot table works fine. The PivotTable has an inlineStyle = "height: 100%;" Width: 100%; "and I have a button to refresh the data displayed. After updating the data by pressing the button one held NullPointerException. I discovered that the pivot table works fine without width: 100% in the inlineStyle. Unfortunately the styleclass AFStretchWidth does not work in my example. What can I use instead of the inline style to display the 100% PivotTable?

I have a grid with tilelists container in the cells. TileList width and height is set to 100%. Height and width gridRows and gridItems can also be programmed to 100%. Works as expected.

Now, I want to change the height of gridRow to 60 pixels-behavior strange and unexpected happens: the tilelist does not inherit the height of the element parent for a reason, the height is always 100% and extend beyond the limits of gridItem. Is there a simple way to inherit the height of parent? Thank you b

I want to modify x and y of the image based in part on the width and height of the image I'm loading. However, the width and height will all return zero. I guess that's because the image has not finished 'loading' yet? Is there a listenting that I can use to be notified when the image is ready for manipulation? I couldn't find one.

Your 'Exhibition-phen' model, as expected, works perfectly. My problem is that there is only one gallery. I would need to have four galleries separated (for photos of Group of different subjects). I was unable to have the other slide shows (next to your full screen) to behave accordingly (reactive width and height). Any suggestion?

The width and height sensitive options are only enabled for a composition in Muse slideshow widget.

I suggest to use a widget of composition to create your slide show.
