try to download the 6 updates of microsoft office and I get the error code 646
Here are the 6 updates, I've tried to install:

I am getting error 646 with each update of Microsoft office since August of last year...
First of all, try to disconnect from the internet and see if you can install the updates.
If this isn't the case-
try to manually download the same and install.

He just put in the KB number and then perform a search.
If this still creates one problem another thing you can try is disable the User Account Control first download before the update manually. See: (Guided Help: settings to adjust user account control in Windows 7):

I have a Dell laptop Studio XPS 1645 running Win7 with a Franklin U301SPR07 the modem wireless (FW301DOWMX/CMO6008) 3G / 4G. Sprint, I called and they said that it is a registry error. This only started happening after installing the final RC of IE9, which has been updated to version 9.0.8112.16421 (64-bit). The news I met said that this is related to the transfer of data, segmentation, then execution of QuickTime and other video in Internet Explorer 4. Is it because of IE9? How can I fix?

2. change the location of the download and try again.
3. delete the already downloaded file (if it is there) and then upload PRL (cell tower)

The program that I have problems with, install my updates, they moved it and I get an error code 646 #. I tried to fallow the guide to fixing the problems to solve the problem though, everything I've read and tried did not work! I have plenty of room for my memory and now I'm stuck! CTA Neather program worked as they said that if I uninstslled them and after that there about 2 weeks later I noticed that my updates of the program did not work. , or if these device IATAP drivers worked! I tried the system repair and recovery, which also does not solve the problem. I have a Toshiba Satellite A215 laptop 2.00 GB and my OS is; Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium, Patch level; Service Pack 2. I had to disable the "User Account Control" (UAC), which allows you to run as administrator in Vista. After that I turned it off, all 4 of these updates installed and it doesn't require manual installation. Follow these steps:
In the case of Vista view:
1.) go to start; Control Panel; "User accounts and family safety"; User accounts.
2.) click on 'Enable user account control or disable' (last point on the page)
3.) clear the checkbox "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer" and click "OK."
4.) restart the computer, and then run the installation of the system and they work.If you are in Classic view:
1.) go to start; Control Panel; Security Center
2 screen.) in the "Windows Security Center", go to the last item "User Account Control" and click the button to turn off.You can also see the security shield in your Start menu. You can also access the UAC via this.
After that the installation of the system have been updated, make sure that you go back and turn the UAC "" and then restart your computer so that unauthorized updates do not occur. Always try this turn off if install doesn't work.
