Try to understand to join ovals...

Hello

I tried to re - create a chart that was sent to me.  I wanted to do it in Illustrator, but due to the time of crisis, I advanced and he did it in Photoshop.  Now, I want to find a way to do it in Illustrator.

Here is the image I created in Photoshop:

circles 2.jpg

This is ths screenshot of what I've done in artificial intelligence so far:

circles 1.jpg

The screenshot of what I did at this point in Illustrator seems to work.  On the layer of BLACK CIRCLES, I drew an oval, stretched to fit the photo, then duplicated it and makes it smaller to make the black pipes.  I put a center circle thin between them helping me line up the arrows.  The other circles and lines are pretty easy to understand.  You will notice that what I'm doing in artificial intelligence is out of the picture.  I make small adjustments as I go along.

So I ask for help on is, I'd love to be able to get into the layer of BLACK CIRCLES and with a kind of tool (pencil?), click on the outdoor oval, then the Middle, then inside, draw the back of the arrows.  Then select sort, what I and - PRESTO! -I would like to have an attached curved arrow I can then fill it with black.

Any ideas on how to do this?  I use HAVE and CS4 PSD.

For my part, you're welcome, deaf Guy.

  • Understand the joins with more than one column?

    Hi all

    I want to know if I understand.

    When you join two tables, and the join condition has four columns (two for each table) as follows:

    where d.deptno = e.deptno

    and d.name = e.name

    I think it means the engine must choose "the selection list" when he sees a number of d.deptno (for example 10) equal number in e.deptno, and

    the d.name from the same folder (10) must be equal to the value of e.name.

    I understand?

    Another example, I want to understand, when we say:

    where d.deptno = e.deptno

    and d.deptno = s.deptno

    This means that the number (10) should for example equal to one (10) in the table (e), and the same 10 must be equal to a value in the table (s)?

    Am I wrong?

    Thank you

    Hello

    Yes, what you say is right; but don't take my word for it.  Try it yourself.   Create a couple of small tables.  Insert some data that matches (and will appear in the results of joints) and others that does not (and should not be in the results) and see if the results are what you expected.

  • Plan of 10gr 2 don't reproduce at 11 GR 2 - try to understand why

    Just did an upgrade to 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.4 (AIX) to our EBS environment.  Especially things were going pretty well, but have a boring SQL degradation which didn't fall not by our SPA tests.  Tried to create a base to Plan the gr 10, 2 SQL tuning together we created beforehand, but the tuning advisor says that's not a reproducible (plan 3341830380 below).

    snap_20151125_024207.jpg

    I compared each table / index used in the query and have confirmed that there is no change TABLE/INDEX (slight possibility since there are quite a few patches interop EBS that had to be applied for the upgrade).  Consultant recommended setting a profile, but that did not help. I have a gr 10, 2 env prevail, so I used to generate an outline stored and then copied the outline to the system 11 GR 2.  We confirmed he used the outline, but the plan was always different and suboptimal (> 100 s).  Then migrated the outline of a basic SQL, but always different/suboptimal plan.  Then tried to extract the section SKETCH of the plan 10 gr 2 use it to create a manual SQL profile with the IMPORT_SQL_PROFILE procedure, but also, which did not help (he used the profile, but still suboptimal plan).   Also tried to set optimizer_features_enabled = 10.2.0.4 but still no effect.  The SQL is quite complex with a view embedded (this is EBS) 10053 trace is huge and beyond my ability to analyze.  I know there must be something in the environment/params/structure that has changed so that the original plan cannot be used, but I was not able to understand.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    So, I was in the middle of writing an answer both of your responses when I found my problem.  I was writing how I tried to manually create a SQL profile that had the suspicion on the 10.2.0.4 WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES contour (since this is where the suboptimal plan 11.2 spends it's time (it's using a different index)), when I noticed as the 11.2.0.4 plan accesses the WF_USER_ROLE_ASSIGNMENTS table (or index it is anyway) and the 10.2.0.4 plan does not work (it accesses WF_LOCAL_ROLES).  First thought that maybe 11.2 a get rid of a useless, but then realized join the simplest answer.  A view has changed.   When I compared the schema objects, I only looked at tables and index, I forgot to watch the views (DOH!).  It turns out that one patch interop EBS has changed the definition of one of the FND views to refer to different tables.   Then, of course, 11 2 GR system cannot reproduce the plan of 10.2.

    So, now I just have to treat it as a more conventional cannot change the tuning exercise code (hopefully that won't have another post here for that...)

    Thanks for the reboot to my thoughts on this guy!

  • Confused.  Try to understand the Photo app Syncing iCloud

    Hi, just bought myself an old 5s iPhone which is big for me.

    I have some questions on how the Photos sync app works on my Mac.  I have a Mac mini desktop computer.

    This sharing of photos is incredible, but I am very new to it and get confused what is actually happening.

    I activated the option "Upload automatically to iCloud" on my iPhone but when I look on my desktop Mac that I do not see my most recent photos appear in the folder called 'iPhone' in my desktop version of Photos.  To get my downloaded photos I must actively download them from my phone.

    This folder has appeared after I connected my iPhone to my Mac via the USB cable.  I did this because someone on Facebook said.  This iTunes open for some reason and other things started happening that I don't understand.  I wanted to share pictures, not tunes and he tried to update but the Wi - fi wasn't working at the time so he kept failing.  When I checked the Wi - Fi works on my phone, it updated but iTunes kept trying to update.  Then the iPhone suddenly had all the records that I had done in Photos on my Mac, but the records were all empty.  Yet, all the Photos I had taken on my iPhone that day appeared on my Mac.  Now finally some pictures randomly my Mac on my iPhone as well and I do not understand why.  Then, when I open Facebook on my iPhone, the pictures that I had taken to a family visit appeared there with a musical slideshow!  What is everything?

    How does this work?  It works by sending photos of the invisible iCloud, which means that it requires action by me to make them appear in my desktop?  In this case, this mean I'll have hundreds, maybe thousands of images are circulating in the iCloud I can forget and end up running out of space on my iCloud?  Or do they stay on my phone until I have actively download them on my Mac?  If I turn off the automatic function, will I still be able to send photos to my Mac?

    If I delete a photo on my Mac, it will also disappear from my iPhone (and vice versa)?

    I have a lot of other questions but my poor old brain melting now and I forgot what I was going to ask, so I'll post them later.

    Thank you for your patience.  I'm old (and a bit thick).

  • Get "Server Error 403-Forbidden: access is denied" message when you try to machine client join in Small Business Server 2011 Essentials

    Hi people,
    I recently deployed a Server SBS 2011 Essentials version in our office. We are very please with everything except for one thing. We have an IBM T42 laptop running Win XP Pro SP3 (fully patched) I can not stick to the server.
    Whenever I type the URL to bring up the software of the connector (http://servername/connect), I get a browser message-"Server Error 403-Forbidden: access is denied." You don't have permissio to view this directory or page using the credentials you provided. »
    I can ping the IP address of the server successfully and can navigate to the shared folders on the server without any problem. I also have two Dell laptops that are running Win7 Pro, and I had no problem to join these to the server/domain.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello

    Your question of Windows 7 is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited to the TechNet Windows Server Forums. Please post your question in the TechNet forum.

  • I try to understand what are the programs to stop to allow me to reformat a disk with errors on this subject. Says Windows stop disc of all monitoring programs.

    Here is the error message:

    Windows cannot format this drive. Quit the disk utilities or other programs that use this disk and make sure that no window displays the contents of the disc. Then try formatting again.

    How do I tell me is that a 'disk utility '?

    Running Norton

    WIN XP SP3

    I guess that it is an external disk or non-system auxiliary.

    Try to start in safe mode (repeatedly button tap the F8 key during the startup of the system).  This will prevent all but the most necessary to run programs.  Once started in Safe Mode, try reformat.then.

    Hello

    Not completely sure what you are doing to try to see the pictures or to transfer the songs. For the iPhone

    http://support.Microsoft.com/GP/hardware_device_problems

    Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
    ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
    contacts data with a pencil eraser.

    Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
    manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

    Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD
    Burn and CD and DVD read). So it is not unusual for 1 or 2 operational so that other parts
    do it right.

    Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? There are
    the entries in registry that the troubleshooter does not solve and those who "might" be the cause.

    Check with your Maker system and a device for the two possible firmware updates and
    the correct registry entries for your car.

    Here are the keys that I of course are those in question - for the subkeys of the CD/DVD drive
    as there will be other subkeys in these keys. Do not forget to ask specific keys involved as well as
    the parameters.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\IDE

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Hardware Profiles\0001\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\IDE

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

    You can probably find more info here and maybe even the exact registry for your CD/DVD settings
    drive from someone with the same model.

    Forums - a lot of expert real help

    CD/DVD units

    Use DevManView to locate the CD/DVD in the registry (be careful and do a prior Restore Point)
    nothing change) - find the DevManView device and then make a right click on it free in RegEdit.

    DevManView - free - an alternative to the standard Windows Device Manager, which displays all the
    devices and their properties in flat table, instead of the tree viewer

    I hope this helps.

  • Try to understand the pricing and conditions

    Hello. I have read the terms, but nothing quite answered my question. As far as I understand, if my company purchases a month of service, downloads of our images of 50 allocated during the month, then stops and continues to use these images, it's ok, Yes?  Rather than continue to pay monthly for 50 images, we continue to use?  We will use them for the demo version of our software. They will never be sold off tension or something like that. We just wanted to buy the images that we must make our good demo look. Let me know.

    There is no 50 images a month plan. But once the image is licensed, you can continue to use it as long as you want as long as it's still in license restrictions, that it was purchased.

  • Try to understand the problem of script PowerCLI

    I'm a Beginner PowerShell CLI rank, but it has been on my list of things to get my head around for awhile, so I was playing with it for a week or two and have managed to solve most of the problems with the search, but for now I'm adapting a PowerCLI script I met a personal project to automate the creation of a vLAB and I don't understand not the problem well enough to be able to properly research could do with a pointer if possible.

    The script that I started with is http://poshcode.org/?show=1547

    The part of the code that I have problems with is line 25 in the original code that is:

    $rpool = for ($i = 0; $i - lt $vmhost.length; $i ++)

    If I run just this line from a prompt, I get the same error that is displayed below:

    [vSphere PowerCLI] C:\ > $rpool = for ($i = 0; $i - lt $vmhost.length; $i ++)
    Lack of closure ")' in the expression."
    On line: 1 char: 22
    + $rpool = for ($i = 0; < < < < $i - lt $vmhost.length; $i ++)

    I found that if I omit the "$rpool =" then this line of code executes, but then I can't use the results (even if I concede that someone who knows what they might be able to!) )

    So, as I understand it well enough to make this code work?

    The rest of the script is adapted to my where I created virtual machines from scratch rather than models, environment more I deal with three hosts but except that it is essentially the same.

    Pointers appreciated!

    (I would have commented on the site hosting the original code, but I couldn't find all the means to do so).

    Kind regards

    Paul

    For me, the command returns the numbers from 0 to 6, all as you would expect. It seems that there is something in your PowerShell session that prevents the statement to run correctly. Looks like you have redefined the command to something else. Maybe an alias or function.

  • Try to understand the meaning of the attribute 3rd in this line

    Hello

    I'm trying to understand some AS3 code. I have a file using a

    Import fl.transitions.Tween;

    Import fl.transitions.TweenEvent;

    the line of code that I am trying to figure in the script is the following:

    var fadeTween:Tween = new Tween (None.easeOut, 0, 100, 30, fadeMeIn, "alpha", true);

    I know everything but the 30... In another line of code, I have for a moving image, that the value represents seconds on frameworks vs timeline because of the following true statement.

    Is this also what represents this 30... I'm not really able to say?

    Thank you

    Babs

    This is the time setting.  It is in seconds (if the 4th parameter is true), or in settings (if the 4th parameter is false or unspecified).

    interpolation of you has a duration of 30 seconds.

  • try to find the join condition

    Hello
    Does anyone know what table in the working repository stores the join interface conditions?

    Thanks in advance
    REDA

    Raj,

    You can reach SNP_TXT, SNP_POP_CLAUSE and SNP_POP for the join conditions.

    Select sp.pop_name, snp_pop sp, spc snp_pop_clause st snp_txt st.txt
    where SP. I_POP = SPC. I_POP
    and MS. POP_NAME = "YOUR_INTERFACE_NAME".
    and SPC. I_TXT_SQL = ST. I_TXT

    See if that helps you.

  • Error when you try to validate the Join Condition

    In a map, I include a Carpenter and set the join condition. By clicking on the button post, I got the following error: "an error occurred during validation of the expression. Bad expression return type. »

    At first, we thought it was a problem when you create a new map. However, we returned to the existing mappings already validated successfully and each join now returns this error OWB. This occurs for each installed user with OWB. Mapping validate successfully in the end, but the join itself will not be validated during development.

    We currently use customer 10.2.0.4.36 OWB and OWB 10.2.0.4.0 repository. The latest patch is causing this problem? A way to solve this problem?

    I tried to delete Skype from my computer completely, but the problem persists. I also tried running an earlier version, which worked, but I wasn't getting any messages from the group for a while, and when I did, my text messages were however not passed.

    I searched and found a program called VCamFix. I used it and it has adjusted the four video signals Dxtory and my Skype now works perfectly again.

Thank you all for your help and I'm really excited to start using this software and interact online with what I know is some very technically savvy technicians and artists. Thank you! Also referred me to the Web site who has specifications of compatibility, but I want to make sure that I am editing with the software more compatible with my device. Thank you all very much. & I thank you all for your answers to a few days, it was very helpful, I just need help a little more if you have time to guide me in the right direction. Thank you!

    Hello

    You can post on the Pr material forum for views on your listing and if there is no mercury potential engine of reading problems, but I would say that you really want to know how Pr will respond by installing on your machine (maybe setting a restore / restore, first if Mac offers that). You are the best solution would be to download a free trial version of Pr CC 2015 to give it a test run. Don't know what your needs / budget are, but since Adobe works by monthly subscription, you can also download the full Suite of Cloud Creative at trial. Then you will get After Effects and hearing that link dynamically with Pr play with as well (and Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
