  Nevermind, I did an online chat with a technician in Adobe and he was able to get all my last email addresses and find the one that I used to place the order.  I was then able to connect to this address and get the serial number.

  I am Professor in a french University (University of Nice - Polytech Nice Sophia Antipolis) and I re - install CS5 Design premium. I managed with the fisrt and 2 DVDs, but I failed with Acrobat 9 PRO (9.0.3).

  I found the serial number for the part 1 (Photoshop, illustrator...) but we have lost the serial number for acrobat for Acrobat. I have yet the CD build date and the CD part number.

  Can you help me with my serial number for Acrobat 9.0.3?

  This version is no longer sold, so if you can't find your serial number there is no way to get a new number

  You may need to register to 'https://cloud.acrobat.com/ ' using your Adobe ID credentials. There is no need of serial number for the same thing.
