  I know that you have two versions of Photoshop on your computer, as I have the same 2015 and CS6. However, I'm not sure about the language. It might be possible. The only thing is that some actions may not work properly because they might need to get information from the BONE, which is only in one language.

  You will need to make your nl/index.html your "default start page. This can be done from your home page to redirect (index).

  The alternative is better for your visitors, must enable them to decide on the homepage via a cookie that you have set when they click on the preferred language.

  I just bought a new iMac that came with El Capitan version 10.11.6. On my previous iMac, the system was in German. On the new one I want to retrieve all my data from a backup. The first question after starting the computer was to select the language, but because I thought that I was only recovering the existing settings I do not bother to change the language from here. If a site has multiple internet connection uses one. First step get up the network and stable using a connection once your sites are converted burn in during a few weeks before you do add vpn double gre tunnels

  I can't really say what would be best in your case, as I don't know your business is or how things effect users. Everything so I can give a suggestion that you may have to change as a result of your needs and objectives
