• Typekit: Error 400: font not available

  Whenever I go to publish my Web site in Adobe Muse, this error pops up. I tried to change my fonts on the site and everything and it still does not work. I have creative cloud with Typekit, and it is still not allowing me to publish the site for this reason of the error. How can I get help to get this fixed number?

  In this case, should be collected a few logs for this further investigation. Please follow the instructions below and send files to [email protected] with a link to this post on the forum and ATTN:Abhishek in the subject.

  MuseLog.txt

  1. close the Muse

  2. download the MuseLogPrefs.xml file from http://adobe.ly/1OeIMGk and MuseLogSetting.xml ofhttp://adobe.ly/1J6Hyit and save it in your Documents folder

  3. restart Muse, open your file of Muse and preview/publish/export (all that triggers the error)

  4 remove the downloaded files (MuseLogPrefs.xml and MuseLogSettings.xml)

  5. send the file MuseLog.txt in the Documents folder

  PDApp.log, Oobelib.log, Amt3.log

• TypeKit error message

  I get this error message when you try to load a TypeKit fonts in Muse. (CC of the Muse and Muse 2014)

  I don't lose connection network as described in the warning because I still have access to other TypeKit fonts loaded on my site .muse previous downloads.

  

  I reset my settings to Internet Explorer and it works...

  I had a problem exporting to BusinessCatalyst, ago reset Internet Explorer and it has also solved this problem.

  What settings or changes made to Internet Explorer having conflicts with the Muse?

  (note: I don't use Internet Explorer as my browser, simply use for testing of web sites)

• Error 400 on Stock and Typekit

  Why I get an error 400 on a regular (almost daily) when you browse websites of Stock and Typekit? They will work fine for awhile and then I'll click on a font or image and big gray 400 error page and I have to stop working. So I have to wait an hour or two before Adobe allows me again. I'm on a Mac and that you have a current version of Firefox.

• Fonts Typekit restores do not correctly in Muse CC 2015.2

  Hello

  I use Muse CC for the first time and have synced a few fonts (Acumin Pro wide, Franklin Gothic compressed Extra URW) of Typekit in my Adobe Creative Cloud application. Fonts have been made well before the 2015.2 update, but now, even if I see these fonts in my list, they all look like the standard fonts.

  In addition, whenever I try to have an overview of the pages or the site itself in a browser, I get a warning message saying that I use an unsupported version.

  Any ideas how to solve this problem?

  I'm sorry you troubles here. A 403 occurs when the url of your site is not listed in the areas of the site. You will be prompted to add domains when you're exporting/publishing the site. Make sure that the domain of your site is in the list and this should fix the 403.

  Could not generate code to activate one or several web fonts on the 'Home' page [Error 403: no Typekit access]

  I have access typekit with my subscription. I need to download this site with new information, so I hope someone can help out me. Somehow the Chat helpdesk is not available when I use the contact options...

  Thank you for your answer! I fear that we may never know what caused it... I tried again this morning and the error disappeared! I have to say I've known mistakes strange before typekit. As "Typekit is not included in your package" as it is, he always worked, so I didn't bother to... Funny enough this warning disappeared, then it stopped working...   I'm sorry that you trouble with that!  An error 404 error means that your kit has not yet been published. The JavaScript kit is not created on our server until you publish for the first time.

  To publish the kit, go to https://typekit.com/account/kits and click Publish. The URL will start working within 10 minutes.

  You must republish the kit whenever you make a change, such as adding new policies or change the language setting.

  If please give that a try and let me know if you still have problems with loading fonts!

  Hello!
  I had late payment, and it seems that the Muse crashed because of it. I now have a full subscription to all Adobe Creative Cloud products for a year.
  When I opened the muse I got this warning:
  

  First of all, I have chnaged all fonts in all pages including the masters for desktop and mobile web fonts comfortaa, but somewhere in this project is hidden from the typekit fonts. Try again later I updated each text in standard HOME page font Trebuchet and I still have this error warning.

  I logged in and out of the clouds Creative app for several times (see 4 times added 40 fonts), restarted my computer 3 times and still no results. Maybe the problem is that I am on Windows 10 machine, although I have not experienced problems of this kind underway 5-6 months since I've updated.

  I used a font 'typekit' a year ago when developing a Web of Muse site and it works great so far.  Now its gives me an error at startup Typekit fonts are not available with the current plan.  Asking me to constantly update its plan typekit?  I used a free font available with my Adobe CC full monthly subscription and do not plan to pay another dime.  Any suggestions?
