  Regarding the original post, select the entire image (A Command on Mac, Ctrl-A in Windows), and then A (Ctrl A) to create a new document of the same exact size, then control V to paste the Clipboard command and finally to save the file under a new name and the format of your choice.

  You now have an identical file but without any EXIF info.

  It seems that anti-malware apps are prone to detect falsely as a virus because of the way they work, and when I scan them with my other anti-virus/anti-malware tools they find nothing wrong - but when I checked the windows Defender directly, I noticed there are several guests in a history dating back to early November, saying "this program has undesirable behaviors."

  I wonder if it is normal to get this fast - I'm using Vista for several years now and this is the first time I ever saw him, it is a legitimate part of Windows Defender? the prompt has been along the lines of "Microsoft needs more information about this software These files can help Microsoft improve the effectiveness of Windows Defender to help protect your system.   All this is normal. There has been releases of versions of malware to these files if Windows Defender
  is to ensure that those of your system are legitimate.

• This file in my profile stores information about downloaded email?

  Hi - I transfer my files updated by email of my work computer to my desktop at home every day or so, using the xcopy command to transfer all files changed in my local email folders folder and subfolders to a USB key that I use to keep my files of data synchronized between the two computers. I noticed a few months ago after my update to Thunderbird (for example) on my desktop at home, that when I then retrieve email in Thunderbird to my AT & T/Yahoo account (main), all THE electronics in the last days is downloaded, since the last time I've updated on my computer at home. In other words, even if I already got dozens of emails in Thunderbird use it on my work computer, the same files are downloaded from my Yahoo box again (those who are still in the Inbox online). It is an argument. I think there's a .js or Thunderbird .json file that keeps track of the email that has been downloaded, but it is not copied when I do my backup of my computer work (for example) on my USB key that I use to transport the files from my computer at home. If that is correct, what file or files I'm missing, I should be the copy on the USB so that only new email is downloaded on my desktop at home when I then use Thunderbird at home (after, of course, run my update batch file to copy the new files on my home computer)?   Thank you very much, Zenos - that's what I needed to know! The popstate.dat file was not copied when I supported the Thunderbird files to my USB key. I have fixed my batch file, so now it is copied, and I've updated my installation of Thunderbird on my desktop today from my files on my installation of headquarters of yesterday! Re imap, I don't like long chains of emails in the same file. Now, there are other things that I didn't like, either. I used to use IMAP when I had CompuServe long ago, and after that I switched to the use of POP and Eudora, I had better control of the program. I like Thunderbird - it seems to be a grandchild of Eudora and I like the way it works. Best, Bruce

• Explorer Windows-why are header fields not fill with information about the files?

  I've added a few new header fields to locate some files in Windows Explorer because I need to get the counts for the number of files in each folder and transfer this information to a spreadsheet.  It would be easier that when I opened the main file would be listed all the sub-files and the information I need would be just listed in the field next to the header file.  Otherwise, I need to right click on each file individually and go to properties to get the count of file information.  Any help would be appreciated, even if it's another way to get the leaders for each individual file.  Thank you!!

• Need help with information about the file

  IM and only know basic computer skills. Im having a problem with obtaining correct file information.  I only use MS MediaPlayer.  I have amassed a decent library.  Over the years, I've downloaded music from CD, limewire and what is called a torrent.  My daughter would be to get an education, but she managed.  Songs from a CD are not a problem, but other sources, the news of music might be incorrect or missing.  On my hard drive and the Member for information often is listed as unknown or various artist.  I edited the info on the Congressman, but he will not put these songs in order. Always the groups to the title of an album.  I can't change the information in the properties.  I think I would need to correct the source info in my library, but I don't know how. Any help would be greatly appreciated my OCD insists that my library be in order. Thank you!

  Musician is working hard and deserves to be paid for their work like everyone else, and unless they offer their recordings for free, whenever you download a torrent or P2P service like Limewire, you're basically stealing their intellectual property and taking food off of their plate.

  Most of the people don't post on a Microsoft Forum, ask the help of cataloguing of media that were obtained from these types of sources. In addition, the sources you cite could also distribute unwanted hitchikers (virus, malicious software) as well as the music.

  If you buy the CD you got with torrents and Limewire, you would probably best chance to get the metadata. And it would be "the right thing to do."

  block size is to see how large the file size, you have .jpg .doc .xls etc and its size is 2 TB, then you have to select the block of 8 MB for the vmfs data store.

  I believe you can create 2 TB datastore with block 1 MB

  Does anyone know why InDesign puts the file of information outside the crop marks? Screenshot below:

  

  We have an external area of the slug 24 defined pts and at first I thought that, but it comes actually to 4pts IN that. We also did the same thing with the slug on the other files box, but they always put the information file on the inside of the crop marks.

  I think maybe it's that the little trim pad (just 4.25 inches wide) is simply too small. When I output as spreads, it puts the information inside the cultures on spread pages, but not on single pages.

  However, when I pulled out as differences I don't get the name of the CS3 file, only the page number as shown in the screenshot below.

  

  Anyone know if it is not including the file name are a bug in CS3? CS5 seems the name of the output file that I expect.

  For anyone who cares: on a couple of the series we make take us exit InDesign PDF and manipulate it for various things, sometimes to crop the sides of pages tight for crop marks. With InDesign to put the file of information outside the cultures we can without pruning out crop marks.

  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

  I remember more, CS3 is variable? Yes, he does. You can add a block of text anywhere in a defined area of slug and use a variable to list the file name, date of exit or a host of other useful things. Place it on the master page.

• Get information about the file from a network server

  I need to keep some files sync would be between a cRIO and a network server. I would query the server for file sizes, then I can compare file sizes with local cRIO and FTP files on all files that are not current. For the local computer (cRIO), I can use the "file Info" function of pallets. Hoping that I can use the same function to query the network server, but do not know how it works; the IP address of the server is part of the path to the file? If so, what is the syntax for that? If this does not work, or if there is a better way, how would I go on this subject?

  Do it as you would from your Windows machine.  For example:

  User account files and settings should remain intact when transferring to another computer.

  With numerous albums, that I have put on my Clip + parts of them are represented on the clip with info completely garbled file. Often, this will affect only half an album, (while the other half has no problem, name, album etc all shows).

  Yes, it is a. use a tag editor dedicated like MP3Tag and set to write the tag format ID3v2.3 - ISO-8859-1(free). Once this option is set, all you have to do is to load all of your audio files in it, highlight and press the "Save" button. Now, they will all be the same (and more without problem) format and should display correctly on your drive.

  Some people prefer to do with the files on their computer, then transfer the revised files back to the player (remove first the previous). Others have had decent success with editing files directly on the drive.
