• Pen tool in Ultra key

  This issue is being investigated. So far it has been reproduced with acceleration GPU on Windows. What is the case on your system? Also, could you provide your operating system, graphics card and if you use CUDA or OpenCL?

  A possible solution is to go into project settings > General and set the Mercury Playback Engine software only, when you use the parameter to soften.

  Problem is solved. Called the 800 number for Support Adobe. At Rahul S. on the phone in 5 minutes or less. He took over my computer.

  A new test sequence - has failed.

  Media cleaned in the database cache - cache fail

  Created the new library > App Support > common file - fail

  Latest version RELOADED first Pro CC - 9.0 - fail

  Created new user after trying to open my iMac as a user root - worked.

  Create a new user, reloaded Premiere Pro CC 2015 10.3 - all what God.

  This is the solution - the solution very provided by other users on this Forum a few months ago!

• Premiere Pro 2015.3 - BUG Ultra key

  Apply Ultra key to a clip, open "Matte Cleanup" and move the slider to the value 'soften '. Plant Nvidia driver each time, kills the video output and requires a restart of first. Tested on 4 computers, Geforce 970 s and 980 years.

• Ultra key knocks out my video playback

  I have a number of clips that I am applying ultra key. Several times this morning, I got video playback the program monitor and on my second screen go black. Sound is played during playback but not video. If I try and make in this State I get an error message 'Film compilation error' "accelerated rendering engine error" with 1609629690 error code

  This seems to be triggered when I use the slider to soften.

  I restarted, rebooted etc and the problem persists.

  CC 10.3.0 (202) Blue Fox / 10 64-bit Windows / nVidia GeForce GT740

  Is this a common problem? Is there a solution to workaround or patch available?

• [HELP]! Ultra key to start position

  Hello!

  So, I need to know if there is a way to start the Ultra effect key at some point. I have a clip of the intro and it slides down to black screen, I would replace this black screen of the video on the other track video but when I chroma key, it affects the whole intro clip that messes up the content. (For example I am remove the black screen but each black pixel in the whole clip is getting removed). S o I need to the ultra key effect starts later and not be active for the full clip.

  Razor the clip to where you want that Ultry key to start.

• Why can't I find Ultra key in my effects?

  I just downloaded first Pro CC and was trying to green screen.  In my copy of PP CS6, I used Chroma Key.  I understand that this effect is called Ultra key in CC.  I can't find it in my effects, even if I get.  What I am doing wrong?  Thank you.

  Its always there: see inlay in the effects palette.

• Puzzling extreme slowness / hung export sequence with Ultra key

  My current workstation features: iMac mid 2011, 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7, 12 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, AMD Radion HD 6970 M 2048 MB. First Pro 7.2.1 SOUL 7.2.0.43.

  I stopped an export in SOUL which lasted hours 19, 43 hours to complete reports. The sequence was less than 7 minutes, using native AVCHD material, effects applied including Ultra key and color corrector 3-way, an animated background and text. I was exporting using the YouTube, custom settings to 1 pass instead of 2. SOUL crashed when I hit 'stop' the next morning, but was not clearly functioning in any convenient way, although at some point during the night, some progress had been made. I have a screenshot of the window of the SOUL just before the accident.

  

  Whenever I would try this export, the first seconds, which was the text over a background, would be ok and then he would choke to the Ultra key part. I never saw this before ground head in the preview pane. In the case where it is not clear, head of the guy must be a normal element of the sequence, I have no key outside or anything like that.

  I tried to do an export directly from first and also tried just a 'same as the sequence' export rather than h.264 compression. These also smothered/hung. Meanwhile, on a longer other workstation I tried a similar sequence, the same card that above but with another topic on the device.

  The graphics card on this computer is not to spec so export were made using the software only.

  Here's the confusing part: on this old computer, with a version a little older first, using software only, export went quite normally. Both using direct export as well as SOUL. Compression settings for YouTube. Has worked as planned. I'm so returned to the latest workstation, remove key Ultra sequence in the example in the screenshot above, exported using SOUL and the compression settings of YouTube, and once again, it worked as planned, in a 'normal' period of less of 10 minutes, or in less time that it takes to type this.

  So, is this a bug that Ultra touch plays well with the latest version of first/SOUL?

  Please try exporting using the video only made software. I think you click on a question with OpenCL and the Ultra Keyer.

  I am looking for Ultra key or Chroma Key in the CS6 Premiere Pro cloud software and can not find them.

  I'm with Premiere Pro (CS6) and Ultra key. Everything looks good, except that the subject is wearing a shirt with a logo and some of the seams logo almost exactly matches my green screen (if the bottom is reached through). Is it possible to cancel the Ultra key in a small space? Or the mask or matte Ultra key? Subject does not move and the camera is on a tripod.

  PS. I am fairly new to Premiere Pro.

  I guess you could make a copy of the clip and put on a video layer above the key and the use of the matte arbage on the clip of the top track to remove everything that logo.

  Because you are not using a manipulator on the top tether, the Green will be preserved. I did once with a talent waring a tie with green interior.

  I'm a total newbie and I am trying to learn how to use my new green screen & lights :-) So far, I am able to get the majority of the greenery on.

  You will notice the blurred remanants of the green screen after using the Ultra overlay filter.

  I also recommend to try to split the clip in two separate pieces - the top and bottom.  The color on top is very different than the color on the background - do not touch the two using the same effect.

  Duplicate your clip, use a cache of transparency to the key the part in a single copy, then use a transparency to the bottom right key cache.

  There is a tutorial very thorough about obtaining good chroma keying on Video2Brain.

• The mask created by Ultra key can be exported?

  I created a mask Ultra fixed keys of an image and want to export it and use it in Photoshop.  Is this possible?

  You can export as a still with transparency, just chose a format supporting as PNG
