Unable to access a few apps including Windows Store

I can't access some of the apps on my departure.  This includes the windows store.  Any ideas?

To begin, start here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-PH/windows-8/what-troubleshoot-problems-app. If the problem persists try by running the following commands from a command prompt (Admin)

(1) sfc/scannow when you have completed delivery to zero meter Running.

(2) Dism.exe. / /ScanHealth/Cleanup-Image Online

    It looks like that you use a custom window in your Windows application and custom store files are not encoded properly. You must use a text editor to re - register all your showcase custom files so that they are UTF - 8 with the byte order mark. Then repackage the files customized storefront in a zip, re - download App Builder and submit your application.

    One publisher who can do that is to notepad ++. When you change the file go to menu "encode in UTF - 8" encoding, and then select Save file. You will need to do this for each folder in your custom storefront.

  • My applications, including Windows Store, will be not open.

    I would like to help to try to fix these problems if that is possible since this is the first question, I met with this computer a year and a half of owning. System Restore was the first thing I wanted to try, but after running of the it, it didn't work. Afterwards, I ran the troubleshooter to see if it could find said problems, but I don't know how to fix them. Here are the messages that I received in the report:

    (1) cache of Windows store may be corrupted - no not fixed

    Reset and open Windows Store - complete

    (2) search for the missing or corrupted - files detected

    Repair missing or corrupted - files completed

    Output of the SFC

    Released: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

    (3) configuration Windows store may be damaged - detected

    Reregister Windows Store - complete

    (4) display card drivers may be outdated - detected

    Search for updated drivers-finished graphics card

    (5) registration for the Service is missing or corrupt - fixed

    Sign up for the service Reset - completed

    I'm on a 64 bit system and at a loss to know what to do as all of these applications have been working well a few days ago.
