• Add Group LDAP of the Organization, users still can not connect?

  Hello!

  I am setting up Lab Manager for my company and facing me a weird problem.  I have set up 2 bodies so far and related security groups active directory each.  In organisation1, users in AD security group (let's call it group1) is able to connect without a problem.  However, when I installed organization2 and the security group (let's call Group2) import from active directory, users who are in these groups to get the following error message:

  "You are not a member of an organization in vCenter Lab Manager".

  If I add organization2 group1, group1 members are able to see organization2 in Lab Manager resources.  For some reason, I can't users in group2 connect!

  It seems that the problem lies in the configuration of the group...?  Does anyone have pointers?  I have to look out for any kind of nesting of user account?

  I configured my LDAP server to point to the root of the domain - 'dc = blah, dc is com' and it seems to work OK.  I set up a service account (in a totally different OU of the other groups) and perform the test works very well.

  Just as a tip, I use Lab Manager in evaluation mode that my company provided no funding to buy the licenses yet.  I am set up and will insert the licenses once they are available.

  Which has helped tremendously! I found that I needed to delegate rights, and I was able to connect to Lab Manager.

  Since I was with a standard domain user account to run the Lab Manager slot, this account needed authorizations in the field for two objects. First of all, I need to delegate control to the domain level to read all properties for all user accounts in the domain. I'm sure you could limit to a specific set of attributes on user account objects, but that does not matter to me. Secondly, I had only allow read permissions at the domain level for the specific member attribute on the group objects. of course, I would have allowed "Read all properties", but this is the only attribute required by Lab Manager for groups.

• How to add videos from the Organizer

  Hi all

  I bought Adobe Premiere 14 items yesterday and I have a few basic questions. I used to edit my videos using Studio of Gopro. The first stage, there was select it pieces of videos to be converted and used. Because I use .mp4 directly in Premiere Elements, conversion is not necessary more (thankfully). However, I would like to select parts of the videos to be added in the Organizer, rather than integers videos. The reason is because I want to only sometimes, like 4-5 seconds to 2 minutes video. It is very important, because I use dozens of big videos for each project. If the videos are not cut in the Organizer, I must look these small parts in each video whenever I want to use them.

  
  

  Shortly, what I want is: cut videos, then add the Cup on the organiser version.

  
  

  My temporary solution is to cut and convert videos using studio GoPro and then using the clips cut as normal videos in the first.

  You cannot add video cut to the Organizer without exporting first of all of the elements.

  I stick with Gopro Studio and import the cineform files ready.

  Someone at - it had a similar problem?  Whenever I try to add a person in the Organizer, 13 elements breaks down.  It crashes a lot differently, but I was never able to add a person without him close.  I am running Windows 7 64 bit, I 7, 3.10 ghz with 16.0 GB of Ram.  Thanks for any help!

  You may not copy anything to/System/Library/Services in El Capitan because he is protected by the Protection of the integrity of the system.   I am trying to assign full access as xelsysadm to a newly created user, but not able to. Unable to identify the possibility to add the system administrator role. Admin system administrator role there is no SUPERIOR organization and we cannot create a new user at the TOP. any suggestions would be helpful.

  GoTo-> organization-> search and select high organization of the page-> open from the page detail->, Admin role-> select client (System Administrator)-click-> click the Assign button-> select user and add-> finally click OK.

  The Fuego.Fdi.DirOrganizationalRole has a parametricValues table you have to manipulate in order to add or remove parameters to this role, after handling it call update() methos.
  The Fuego.Fdi.DirHumanParticipant has a table of type rolesAssignment Fuego.Fdi.RoleAssignment you have to manipulate to add or remove assignments for one participant, the call after update() to the DirHumanParticipant.

  I had the same problem with the MapViewer and a RAC.

  You define your data source in the MapViewerConfig.xml? You will find this XML code under: j2ee/mapviewer/applications/mapviewer/web/WEB-INF/conf

  If so, you need to restart your OC4J Instance with the option "-userThreads. You can do this in the properties of the server administration/mapviewer/unter EnterpriseManager or with the opmn.

  So, I think, you have first to define your data source in the configuration file. Otherwise, it does not have with a CAR.
