  I can run other applications such as the latest versions of first Pro CC, CC of Photoshop and Illustrator CC.

• (MAC) Bad will expired trial Cloud after effects subscription

  I bought the student subscription creative cloud last night after the expiration of my demo. I run the after effects program and the window "your trial period has expired". I click Next, on the lower left, and he asks me my email. I put in the email and click on next, but need me a window asking me my serial number I don't since I'm on the cloud.

  It seems that there is a problem with your Adobe ID on which you bought the subscription. Please, try to change your subscription email address / cancel, and rearrange the subscription.

• Problems w / CS cloud after having done a 30 day trial of After Effects

  I got a free 30 day trial of AE which has expired.  I joined Cloud CS but can not download AE now.  When I try to 'download', AE says Installation Manager is up-to-date and will not provide an option to download AE... I even deleted all the files associated with the trial of AE I could find and it says AE is up-to-date and does not allow to complete the download.  Other applications download OK.

  Any suggestions? I need help - AE to work - thanks!

  OK, this would cause problems you are currently experiencing.  For Adobe Creative applications you must use the uninstaller located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.  Once you have run the uninstall program you can then re-download and install After Effects.

  I tried to download after effect cs6 and it give me the error code.  I read the 'download and install' help and knowing that the computer can not download after effect unless it's a 64 - bit but mine is 32 - bit. So is it possible that I could download after effect never I m using 32 bits?
