• I'm unable to save all the files on my pc which runs with Vista Ultimate operating system

  I'm unable to save all the files in any application. The dialog box type of flickers in the background, but nothing happens.

  It started to arrive 3 days ago, and I have not loaded any new software changed the settings I can think. (with the exception of mcAfee who has downloaded an update almost everyday)

  I restarted my computer several times since and searched the net to find answers, but it seems I'm the only one afflicted.

  I would appreciate if someone can shed some light on this.

  I ran scandisk and check sfc, but that did not help. Instead of trying a system restore, I tried the opposite: installed at every possible update available.
  Result: Problem solved!

• Is it possible when you save the psd file to put an automatic jpg file saved at the same time?

  My job is to prepare images for print viewers and window facilities.  My clients need to approve in advance the photos before printing.

  I generally save my psd files, but because the files are very large in this format I usually save another copy in a jpg file which has a much smaller file size.  This makes it possible for me to add to a presentation and and send them to my client.

  Is possible when you save the psd file to put an automatic jpg file saved at the same time?  Or that I always have to do it manually?

  I had problems for the last two days trying to save my PDF invoices, etc. When I download the PDF and select, "save under" another window will open that displays usually my files I have, but now it appears white. No idea why this is happening and how I can fix this problem?

  Please try to check updates in the Help menu to run the last patch of the CD player.

  Also, could you please try this:

  Come on in ' Edition > Preferences > general "and uncheck the option"show online storage when you save files.

  Click ok, and then try saving the file again.

  Hi I have problems with my Adobe Reader software on my Mac... Mac OSX version 10.7.5.  It all started when I update my Adobe Reader class.  Since then, I always get a saying of the window "Adobe Reader could not open '_' because it is not a type of supported file or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an attachment to e-mail and was not properly decoded."

  I couldn't open any PDF on my desk.  I could also save a document as a pdf, but it looks like a notebook on my office file... not the normal red pdf file.

  I don't know how I can fix the problem.

  If you want to save a pdf file open in Safari on your machine, use the Save as option in the player window. Simply click on one of the buttons below screenshots to save a pdf file to any location on your computer.

  To summarize the question, if you had opened a PDF from the Internet in a browser plug-in, you must use the backup feature in the plug-in, but not the Safari file > Export PDF or file > save as...

  Hello.  I use LiveCycel designer TO create a PDF to fill several and save the PDF files to fill static forms on-line.  I use acrobat X pro to allow the extension of the detector so that users type in the data and save the form, however, the right pdf file cannot save the data entered, except the data entered in the first field.  What did I miss?

  On the first field, look at the object/link tab and see what the link is set to... something .prpably like use FieldName. Now let's look at another field that is not saved and see what his relationship is set on... I bet that it is set to None. If so change it to use FieldName.

  Whenever I try to download the software lately, it fails and says diagnostic tests c documents c\documents and documents\downloads\ (s-ware no matter what I try d-load) pc - install .exe could not be saved because you cannot change the contents of this folder.   Quick workaround: choose a different location to save the file, for example, your office.

  Diagnose:

  What version of Windows you have, including the service pack?  If you are unsure, do a click right my computer and select Properties.

  • Open My Documents.
  • Double-click the download folder to open it.  Any problem?
  • Assuming that downloads folder opens, click file > New > text document.  Press enter
  • It must be a file named new document texte.txt in the downloads folder (you can not see the txt at the end, depending on your settings).  Was there a problem in the creation of this document?
  • Assuming that the file has been created, double-click it to open it.  Type a few characters.  Save and close the document.  All the problems?

• Unable to save the modified file

  I am editing a file for the 2nd or third once and have added comments about 15 pages. When I try to close the file I asked "do you want to save changes to [filename] before closing? I click 'yes '. Then the window "Save as" appears, but it is empty. There is nowhere in it click or to move on.

  Other attempts to close the file cause the same thing. If I'm trying to close the application, the window "save under" is open, but there is nothing in it.

  How to go beyond that and save the changes I made in the file?

  Try this solution:

  The default "Save as" dialog Acrobat DC is different from the dialogue box you had in earlier versions of Acrobat, it also allows you to record in the clouds and previous locations that you saved the files. It is possible that when Acrobat tries to connect to the 'cloud', it runs into problems. You can try to disable this feature to see if this brings your backup in the back of the box: open Acrobat Preferences, then go to the "General" category and uncheck "show the online storage when you save files:

  I can't save any PDF format that come as attachments. When I click on "Save as" in the opened file, nothing happens. Right click gives a list of options, but savings isn't one of them. I can save only a PDF coming for download by moving the file from the downloaded file in the destination folder. Yet once, by clicking on "save under" does nothing. I have Windows 7 and Adobe Reader XI and I have tried to reinstall Adobe Reader. All solutions?

  How about using save attachments to your e-mail client?
