  You need not do anything.

  Keep in mind that recording (you need to use your name)
  is entirely optional and does nothing for you. It is used by
  Microsoft for business purposes. You didn't need to do it and it
  didn't need to do.

  What is required is activation, no registration. And contrary to
  registration, activation is completely anonymous and has no name
  attached to it. You turn on the computer, not the owner. Record
  saves the owner.

  But there is no such thing as 'unsubscribe' or 'unactivation.' As I have
  said, nothing should be done.

  Unactivated product key.  I had this bridge for over 2 years with no problem.  I've updated my AntiVirus MicroTrend, one couple of days, and that's when the problem seem to start.  I don't know if she has nothing to do with it or not.  I've been running since I bought the computer also, just renew it each year when the time comes.  Not my background went complete black and in the States of message below to the right. "This copy of Windows is not genuine" when I rebot the computer it tells me that Vista is not activated and ask for the product key, but when I type in it gives this failure code. 0xC004F050.

  This problem occurs if the license validity interval has expired, or if the license is not signed correctly.
  To resolve this problem, use one of the following methods: method 1: re - insert the product key by using the "Change product key" tool to re - enter the product key, follow these steps:

  2.	In the Windows activation section, click change product key . If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click continue .

  Hard drive from my Toshiba laptop of sisters died as well as its internal fan and she asked me to fix it, well I got a new hard drive and replaced the dead with a new internal fan and works perfectly fine with a Linux Live CD. However, she had previously Vista Home Premium installed on it, and there was no installation CD, just 2 recovery discs. Now, I was wondering where I could get an iso image of vista UNACTIVATED so I can use his legitimate product for her key.   I have a HP (SR5518F) computer and origianally comes with vista, I downgraded to xp, but as time passed gradually began to fall so I decided to restore vista but found the restore partition has been broken, not wanting to pay 40 to 50 dollars for the restore disks I just went and borrowed a friends disc reformat It wasn't a full or upgrade, according to me, it was just a restore (a dell one because that's what it says in my computer).

  You cannot use a Dell recovery disk on an HP computer.

• Question on the KMS activation threshold

  Up to this point, we have been manually activate Windows customers with a volume license and activation key after deployment. I'm looking to use KMS, but I'm not clear on the definition of the threshold:

  So assuming we are interested in the activation of Windows 7 automatically and are just now interested to implement KMS, which actually means in terms of need 25 computers? Do you need to 25 computers that require activation at the present time, or any 25 Windows 7 clients connected to the network (IE do the customers who are already enabled account in this quota)? Or we would have 25 fresh unactivated machines?

  I posted yesterday on the forum of the community of MOS, but with no response from one day to the next I thought I have cast a wide net here.

  It is something different, but part of the same project in the event or _trace_evnet init parms on upgrade

  To reaffirm the basic principles... Work procedures on a VBox test bench.  For the configuration, I created the virtual machine, installed at 10.2, then it patched to 10.2.0.4.  I then used dbca to create a general database, without the example of scheme.

  DBUA executed.  As expected at this stage, it jumps space update, 3 components OLAP and Data Mining.  I've had saw this on previous updates of 11.2.0.1 at 11.2.0.3 and was not myself that these components are not supported with Std Ed One.  He appeared yesterday and today that earlier versions (same 11.2.0.1) included same OLAP if he was did not support, then the DBUA for upgrades of the subsequent patches group would simply skip the upgrade of components not supported.   Upgrade said 'impossible' on Intermedia.  Once again, seems to be a question of editing that I can't ignore.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

  Big question, is that after completing the DBUA upgrade, I ran the script used to make daily backups of the actual database.  This script takes as well an rman incremental backup and an export of data pump. And here's where things are "curioser and curioser".  An excerpt from the expdp log file:

  There are several more, but they all refer to an unexpected error in call to 'SYS '. "" "" DBMS_CUBE_EXP '. "" INSTANCE_EXTENDED_INFO_EXP' with invalid object names.

  Well, obviously OLAP is not enabled.  It is Standard Edition One, which does not support OLAP. I wonder if there is something that can or should be done to clean up a little better.

  Thanks for the son to the docs of MOS.  I'll definitely follow up on top of them.

  I think that I don't have a real problem here, but I don't like to tie up the loose ends and to keep things as clean as possible.  As mentioned, I had the same warnings DBUA on OLAP when upgradeing a Std Ed a 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2.  Two things a little different for this project: 1) this is an update of the Group of hotfixes in the version 11 g (rather than a full version upgrade) and 2) being a big DW, we don't perform generally an export to this topic, so don't know whether or not these errors would be produced.  Now, I suppose, they can, but not worth an export of 20 hours of work just to find out.

  As I dig around some more about it, I pulled a YES inventory report and discovered something else strange but I'm sure that would be completely bound.  He pointed out this line: Enterprise Edition Options 10.2.0.1.0, with several pages of subordinate entries.  It seems strange to me that if one chooses to install One, it edition Standard would still install EE options at all... just to have DBUA choke with them later.

• Premiere Pro 2014.2 CC is not stable on my system

  I have problems with Premiere Pro CC 2014.2 that make it almost unusable on my system. All other software, including EI, hearing, prelude, Photoshop etc works well.

  The symptoms, which are not specific to a project - but they seem to all effect are also: -

  (1) intermittently, I lose the ability to play clips or timeline. I can drag the playback cursor, but nothing plays, nor the spectator or program monitor change or update. I can't use the space bar to play, nor can I click the play with the mouse.  Each action requires a reboot.

  (2) out of the application, the Premiere Pro will not completely closed. It goes into a sort of limbo. The only way to stop the application must use the command force quit in the Apple Menu. Once the application has been forced to leave, it will not restart until the computer has been restarted. It will just bounce up and down in the dock and launch never completely.  The only way to start again is completely restart the computer. If the application has been left, when I shut down the computer, I get the spinning wheel for a very long time during the closing process, but the computer turns off completely on its own. After I restarted, Premiere Pro starts quickly.

  What I've done so far:

  Uninstalled the app Premiere Pro and then reinstalled a new download.

  OK my problems disappeared when I transmit mercury not enabled. I use an AJA IO Express (in the office) or a T - Tap AJA (out of office) to connect to a monitor.

  Once I had to pass mercury unactivated, first works catchy and smooth, no crashes or restart problems.

  I see 22/01/15 AJA has released today a new driver package for e, s, KONA, TTap devices with a few CC Adobe fixes. I downloaded and installed, and so far (although it has only a few hours), everything seems very stable.

  I'll post if trouble resumes.

  I have created forms using acrobat and I distribute manually drive user by enabling the functionality of player.  Prior to that, I am asked to protect the document with a password.  Where to enter this password to activate my form in edit mode assumes that the user finds a bug, I need to fix?

  It is best to always keep unsecured versions and not activated. Therefore, when you apply security restrictions and to activate Reader, do not overwrite the original.

  If you have not done this and you need to create a version not secure a form also compatible player, to save a version not enabled by opening the document in Acrobat and select: file > save a copy

  This will create a secure but unactivated version. Then open the copy that you just saved (this doesn't happen automatically) and select: file > properties > Security > Security > Security No.

  and you will be asked to enter the password... Save this version unsecured in a new file in order not to replace all others.

• Sign tools disabled after you apply extended features for document.

  I have a form that I need to record date typed in the fields to fill and I also need to sign the document.  I need to sign the document by using the sign tool palette, so that I can apply an ink signature and use the signature. Go to the option send.  This way I can save a copy of the form flattend once it has been completed and signed.  If I don't allow functionality, I am able to use the tools of glazing sign, but I'm not able to save a copy.  If I enable extended features, I can't use the sign tool palette and can only sign extended tools.  The problem is that it takes away the ability to use the signature. Go to the option send.  When I click on the tool button I get a warning telling me "setting security on this document keeps adding them or by placing a signature on it since Adobe Reader".

  I need to use the digital signature feature, I need to be able to have three people apply an ink signature to a form and then be able to flatten the form.

  I see. If you use Reader 11 you will be able to fill in and save forms not enabled and if necessary, flatten with 'save a copy '. It is a new feature that has been added, so that previous versions of the Player cannot save unactivated forms.
