  What version of Windows are you using?

  Start > right click on computer and select Manage

  Select Device Manager

  Click on the + next to sound, video and game controllers

  Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

  Restart the computer and Windows will reload the driver

  I recently bought a P305-S8842 with Windows Vista. A few days after the purchase, I went to restart it, and this sound signal strong, smoke detector started emitting from my laptop.

  Sounds that you have installed a light theme (Persona).

  You can uninstall your current/Persona theme and go back to the default theme (Tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

  The notebook is not the program to open the images in. Notepad is exactly what it sounds like as a small program to take notes on.

  Open your images in a browser or photo viewer program.
