  Thanks for your post. I think you are using Premiere pro CS6 as the project option is included in the file menu and in the video there is an option of the project available and visible. Please update your CS6 with 6.0.5 last updated and the problem will be corrected. The link is provided below. Please update once the issue is resolved.

• Audition - First timeline: version the most recent merger with a precedent?

  So, I'm working on this company productiion and I handed the film to my client. All finished and well. But as in the production of each company it is bound to come an Afterburner frome some guy or GAL of marketing or corporate communications. It happened again today: a tiny soundbite must be removed.

  Is there a way to remove this soundbite in my first sequence and send timeline in the project Audition that I already finished, WITHOUT duty adjust, normalize and equalize each clip again manually?

  I guess what I'm wondering really is: y at - it a way to merge the latest version of my Pr sequence with a precedent in the hearing?

  Or you can replace the unwanted soundbite with a voiceover insert that goes: "This replaces the soundbite costumes were missing."

  Y at - it an easy way to drop the ID's that I don't want in my PEOPLE album without deleting the photos concerned?

  This part of the new feature of peoples does not yet well.

  To remove unwanted, faces you'd have to track down the photo in the times, enlarge, click the 'x' on the circle of faces to remove.  But it would be a lot of work and will result in a white, empty people album in your people list. I made a few hundred times and merged the empty thumbnails a face without a name, and I hope that now for a fix to get rid of them. Repair of the library did not help to empty people.

  

  The other alternative is to let the people you dot care to stay around the section add people and ignore, but it will be difficult to add the people that you want to add because the list goes longer.

  What you shouldn't do is their fusion into a single album "strangers". That will mess up the memory and face recognition.

  You could add foreigners individually and then hide them.  But hiding people will prevent the picture with the hidden person are included in the submissions, and you don't want that either.

• Making thumbnails missing in the project timeline

  Just that, really.
  I have a multicam clip in my project with three video and three audio tracks.

  Because I was one video angle to another swap, all the thumbnails have disappeared.

  I trashed the prefs in FCP X launch (using Alt + Cmd) and using the preferences Manager.

  I also deleted the miniature library media - but nothing works.

  

  The appearance of Clip on the timeline setting is correct for the thumbnails.

  Any ideas, anyone?

  On the file menu, remove the generated project/library files.  It is a simple screen refresh problem, should be supported in a future update.

• Can I hide the timeline on the Apple TV when I stop?

  I am a big fan of documentaries and love take a break and read evidence written on the screen. Unfortunately, the calendar that appears on the Apple TV when you pause has a huge thumbnail that dims the screen (example below). Is there a way to hide this timeline, while it's paused?

  P.S. A solution I found is to pull down the top menu (which causes the timeline to disappear) and after about 15 seconds, the settings menu will hide as well.

  First of all, after a crash, remove preferences, because they can be corrupted when an incident (hold down the command and option during startup, and then click on remove preferences).

  There is no "x" in your version of iMovie.

  However, if you click the projects button in the upper left corner of your screen, which will close (and save) your project and return to the Project Explorer where all your projects are listed.  When you reopen your project, it will be just as you left it.  Also, since the project browser screen, you can return to the media pane, which is the main window of iMovie.

  When I look in the mailbox for spam, I have hundreds of old spam came to my Inbox. So, I have to go through all those emails and delete them. So I have a few rules to configure to have emails going to spam. The rules work OK. The problem is that many of these emails sometimes get moved above. Very annoying to have to laboriously deal with hundreds of old unwanted emails. I'm under El Capitan and 9.3 of Mail. How can I stop this from happening?
